Race 1: F&M $50,000 Claiming Pace

(5) CHUPPAH ON is back in a more realistic spot and if #4 doesn't cause early problems for her she can go the distance. (2) SHECANDANCE N was empty coming first up in her local debut; I'll consider her again though. (4) HP XANADU went coast to coast as the only leaver last week and now steps up the claiming ladder to face better; won't be as easy but not impossible.

Race 2: F&M $20,000 Claiming Pace

(5) TRIZZLE TRAZZLE has dominated in her last couple and faces much of the same tonight; hard to make a case against her. (3) A CRAFTY LADY has chased the top one as no match the last two weeks; could be a similar scenario here, either grinding uncovered or from the pocket. (1) PRAY THE ROSARY gets Holland back in the bike and finally lands an inside post - that's two positives for this mare.

Race 3: 3-5YO NW7 races or $75,000 lifetime Pace

(3) FROZEN HANOVER makes his third start for Lachance after shipping down from Canada; proven connections with these types figure to be put in play with the post improvement. (4) SEVEN HUNDRED has raced well in three starts since arriving for this barn and now he picks up leading driver Bartlett; he's a logical and seemingly capable favorite here. (5) HURRIKANE JONNYBOY was used too hard last week and now unfortunately is drawn outside his main competition; he may be off the pace tonight looking to rally for a share.

Race 4: NY Excelsior A - 2YO C&G Pace

(4) POP IT has looked good for the Schnittker barn over just two lifetime starts and it's hard to look past this Huntsville colt from this spot; short price, however. (3) I B LOVIN took money in his career debut but never got close trying to rally from the back into an accelerated pace at Vernon; he will be value tonight and could be better with a race under his belt. (1) CHOOSE CAREFULLY was scratched sick in his last Excelsior try which is always a bit concerning but seems talented enough if he can race like he did on debut.

Race 5: F&M $25,000 Claiming Pace

(2) TUGGINGONCREDIT was second best in her last two tries at this level and she goes for a new barn tonight off the DiDomenico claim. Brennan will likely be looking to take control early. (3) SWEET SANDY LOU rallied well from behind the top choice and the Gillis trainee goes back to Stratton tonight. (6) RHYDS ECLIPSE GB drops in for a tag for the Bako barn and she could be a good fit with this type; switch to Kakaley is interesting.

Race 6: 3-5YO NW4 races or $50,000 lifetime Pace

(8) STRENGTHANDHONOR N got going late and just missed from the pocket last week; import moves from the rail all the way outside but he did show good early speed two back; hoping for an aggressive try from Joe B at a price. (2) CHURCHVIEWFRANKL IR has been a model of consistency for Burke since arriving; deserving favorite. (4) CENTURY INSPECTOR has been decent in all local tries without a win to show for it; that probably continues tonight-use underneath.

Race 7: F&M $50,000 Claiming Pace

(1) FEELIN RED HOT is as inconsistent as they come but this looks like the softest field she's seen in quite a while and she may not have any challengers. (4) HARMONY OF NOTES raced well for second four back from a similar spot. (7) ACEFORTYFOUR ALEX needs a lot of help from this spot but she is one of the few in here that is proven at this level.

Race 8: NYSS - 2YO C&G Pace

(2) SUPPLEMENTAL FEE made his NYSS debut last week at Vernon and was a good second after being repelled by the winner (#3 in here); I could envision him moving forward off that effort and hell offer some value for those who don't want the short price of the favorite. (3) HUNTINGFORCHROME already has a 1:50 2/5 mark from The Big M and the Jenn Bongiorno trainee has looked super-impressive thus far. (6) DARIUS has three wins already, including two at the NYSS level; Schnittker trainee is a major threat to hit the ticket.

Race 9: 3-5YO NW2 races or $25,000 lifetime Pace

(4) SILK ROAD was a good second last week chasing from the pocket after stopping on the lead the prior two starts; Brennan will be heading out towards the front with the Burke trainee looking to show further improvement. (3) CLEVELAND B MIKI is 0 for 14 and counting but has hit the board eight times. (6) BOOM TOWN BOY was an okay third in his local debut and can build off that effort.

Race 10: F&M $50,000 Claiming Pace

(3) CALLMEQUEENBEE A meets some tough veterans here in her debut with claimers but her last few races have been good enough to the point that I think she can go with these. Better price looming than from deserving favorite (2) MIKI ROSE, who goes for six of seven tonight. (4) GOLDEN QUEST N is back with Daguet off the reclaim and she's done very well in this barn.

Race 11: NW15000 in last 5 starts Pace

(3) SPLASH BROTHER finally gets some post relief and drops in class again as well. Versatile veteran has option from this spot. (2) SPORT SECRET looks imposing here off those last couple of efforts at Philly and Pocono; Bartlett drives for Cullipher and he'll take plenty of money. (1) CODY HANOVER has been hit-or-miss since arriving for Bongiorno but he should be looking at a smooth trip from the rail.
