(7) ROCK DIAMONDS N somehow went off at 7/1 last week and cruised on the front end again to make it five straight (last 5 starts = $73,500, cha-ching). Why jump off the bandwagon? (4) THE REGULATOR drops in for a tag and returns to Bartlett. This may be a spot where he tries to leave for the front then yield to the top choice for the trip. Or not. (1) MICKY GEE N has been fine in his last few races and a similar effort grabs him a good share.

Race 2: NW15000 in last 5 starts Pace
(2) THIS IS THE PLAN got it done last week and while he steps up a notch he doesn't seem to face much tougher. It would be nice to see this triple millionaire take another. (1) HIGH VOLATGE DEO moves all the way inside and will be in the thick of the action. (3) PANETTONE HANOVER failed miserably at 40 cents on the dollar last start when looking for three straight. Tonight the price goes way up and he can land a share with one late move.

Race 3: 2-4YO NW2 races or $15,000 lifetime Pace
(3) AYR BALMORAL GB was never involved in his local debut for Burke but he lands a much better post here and deserves another look. (4) BEGGIN FOR BACON has hit the board in 8 of 10 races and also looks to show more coming out of the same race as the top choice. (2) FIREARM raced pretty well from the pocket last out considering he was a big price; Cassar trainee lands another good post.
Race 4: 2-5YO Winners of 2-4 races or $60,651 lifetime Pace
(6) ENDOFSTORY went a wicked clip last out and was run down but it took a 1:51 2/5 mile to defeat him. Post doesn't figure to present a problem as this 3YO is aimed for the front. (1) REGGIE THE FOURTH is also a speedy stakes-placed 3YO for the Alexander barn and he's banked $118K in just 9 lifetime starts. He figures to stay sharp in this overnight event. (4) SINBAD N tries Bartlett tonight and he always finishes well. If the top two falter he may be the one sailing by,
Race 5: NW22011 in last 5 starts Pace
(4) BLUE LOU certainly took to the change in scenery as he jogged on debut from Oak Grove. Engblom trainee may have more to offer. (2) SEMI TOUGH came up just shy in his last couple and is an obvious threat to take all. (1) MY ULTIMATE BYRON A certainly seems fast enough to compete with the top two and he's the third player here in what looks like a chalky race.
Race 6: F&M $20,000 Claiming Pace
(1) TYRA MAKES BANK failed to get the job done first time out off the Laterza claim but she lands the rail again in this pretty soft division of the $20K ladies and figures to go down the road. (5) PINK RUBY hasn't put in a bad effort in ages but figures to be at a tactical disadvantage trying to chase down the speed; I'll use underneath. (6) CHARMING VIXEN was a winner at this level three back and with a meltdown of the speed she can get close in the late stages.
Race 7: F&M $20,000 Claiming Pace
(4) ROLL WITH SHORTY is clearly the most consistent of these and has been knocking on the door; top billing as the likely chalk. (3) ACEFORTYFOUR ALEX has a 17-0-0-2 record this year but she's been better lately and seems due for a positive form cycle. (1) BROOKDALE JESSIE goes from posts 8,8,7 to the rail for co-owner Austin Siegelman. That alone makes her worthy of consideration.
Race 8: F&M $50,000 Claiming Pace
(1) PARADISE ROCK L moves back inside and faces what seems to be a softer field than usual for this class; with the aggressive Holland driving I expect her to be trying to secure the front or sitting right in behind. (4) LLOYD'S LOVES had two consecutive eight holes after being claimed for $30K by Garcia-Herrera; she deserves a look with the post improvement. (2) HEAVEN'S SHOWGIRL A was a no-match third last week in a race that went faster than we'll probably see here.
Race 9: NW10000 in last 5 starts Pace
(6) RACING RAMPAGE has dominated in two starts since arriving from Ohio and joining the Alexander barn. Despite another move up in class he seems impossible to go against. (3) SLING SHOCK came home fast but too late last out; post relief helps. (2) ROCKIN N TALKIN arrives from Canada to make his debut for Megan Scran which means Zeron is driving. He may need an acclimating mile or two but can be considered to fill out the tri/super.

Race 10: F&M $20,000 Claiming Pace
(6) SHEIKH YABOOOTY N has finished in the top two in four of her last five starts and she's got the early speed to overcome the outside post. If not roughed up too early the Bongiorno trainee can win this at a fair price. (1) TERACITA woke up with a strong win last week and can obviously repeat. (4) PLEASURE SEEKER has been a model of consistency for the Koch barn but now she goes to Laterza via claim. If she maintains her form she should be right there. Quick mention to (5) PROVE EM WRONG arriving from Hoosier now going for Engblom/Bartlett. If not a "must-use" she's at least a "must look at".
Race 11: F&M $25,000 Claiming Pace
(4) CALLMEQUEENBEE A was reclaimed out of last week's start by the Height barn, and she ran second for this outfit when they had her for one start back at the end of May. Improved post hopes to give her a legit chance at a price in this competitive field. (2) ON THE MONEY GB just got up last start, just missed the start prior, was a winner three back. (1) ALWAYS BE CITY finished a close-up third in three of her last four.
Race 12: F&M $20,000 Claiming Pace
(5) SHOTGUN PERSUASION has speed but has had trouble finishing lately. Maybe the fresh hands of Bartlett helps the cause. (4) LARJON LEAH has taken three of four, two of them for this barn; looks like the Laterza trainee is currently best of the locals. (2) FREESTARFLIGHT ships up from Harrington and moves to the Stratton barn. Draws well, gets Jordan to drive.
