Race 1: F&M $20,000 Claiming Pace
(3) YUENGLING won easily last week, was reclaimed by Laterza, keeps Holland, stays at winning level. (1) WHO'S PERFECT finds the best spot since the claim by these connections. (2) DISARONNO HILL picks up Yannick from a good post and is proven with this type.

Race 2: NW5000 in last 5 starts Pace
(7) SAMHARA N just missed when dropped to this basement conditioned class and obviously fits with these but the outside draws makes things tricky. Worth a look however at what should be a solid price. (1) QUOTE ME NOT N is only 1 for 19 on the year but has generally been facing better. (2) FEELIN WESTERN surged late to just miss last out in a much-improved effort; veteran is dangerous.
Race 3: 3-6YO Open Pace
(1) HOWLENTHEHILLS gets a generous inside post assignment which gives Kakaley a legit chance to take control early and wire these. (3) GO GO GRASSHOPPER was second best in a good try upon arrival from The Meadowlands for the Bongiorno barn. Can he make the front over #1? (2) MOMENT IS HERE steps up to face tougher but he's been a model of consistency for the Burke barn.
Race 4: NW6001 in last 5 starts Pace
(6) ITS A ME MARIO has had issues this season trying to recapture prior glory but he drops to the bottom and gets a catch driver with Buter in the bike. He can make the front and wire these. (1) JUST ENUFF STUFF drops back down and moves inside but he failed to convert in two recent tries at this level and he'll be one of the favorites. (4) BENHOPE RULZ N hasn't been bad in his last two Yonkers races and the classy vet will be a price; capable with a better trip.
Race 5: 3-5YO Winners of 2-4 races or $60,000 LT Pace
(3) REINCARNATED makes his Yonkers debut for Bongiorno on the strength of a solid win at Philly; similar effort can get it done. (1) ALWAYS BET ON ME won his first two starts after moving to the Burke barn but was outfinished in his last two; switches to Gingras, draws the rail and is dangerous. (5) ROCKNACIOUS arrives from Kentucky for the Toscano barn after a couple of tough Sire Stakes races at Oak Grove. Four back he was a winner at The Meadowlands.
Race 6: 3-5YO NW2 races or $30,000 LT Pace
(5) AMERICAN ROAD TRIP debuts for the Blackler barn after arriving from Saratoga, where he was the victim of outside posts in his two races there. 3YO had been competing at Mohawk prior to that and could fit well here at a big price. (3) ADONIS BLUE CHIP is likely the one to beat after finishing second to a runaway last week at Philly. (1) SWEET JOEL has speed and the rail; he's been good in five local starts for the Alexander barn.
Race 7: NW11001 in last 5 starts Pace
(5) KIMBLE A faces significantly tougher but he's looked like a new horse in his last two and Marohn is clearly a perfect fit; I'll go with the "sharp horse moving up" angle any day. (3) COALFORD TOPGUY GB drops down in class off some "okay" efforts and should be close up. (4) HAMMERING HANK also steps up off a winning effort and he's got plenty of back class.
Race 8: NW15301 in last 5 starts Pace
(6) FORCE FULL A was not surprisingly a winner on debut in North America and the Chris Height trainee gets the call to come right back. (3) BONDI LOCKDOWN A was scratched sick last week but is right back in; he's been close in his last three. (5) LYONS FRANKY J just missed in his last two and is clearly knocking at the door. Bongiorno subs tonight on the Engblom trainee for the absent Bartlett.

Race 9: NW22481 in last 5 starts Pace
(4) SOUTHWIND CELCIUS has been in raging form over the last month and though he's got something to prove facing better he will probably offer a legit price to take a shot. (3) SUGAR MAN won his last start at Pocono in 1:47 2/5...hard to ignore that. (2) BOSTON BOUND also ticks up in class off a couple of solid efforts.
Race 10: NW7500 in last 5 starts Pace
(2) SWEETHOMEALABAMA N has not been at his best but he's still got $67K banked this season so the class is there and this has the feel of a very good spot for the Stratton trainee. (5) KOPI LUWAK isn't that far removed from a second-place finish at the $50K claiming level; he'll wake up hopefully sooner rather than later. (4) DUNKIN' is arguably "much the best" in here but he's also inconsistent and he gets a new set of hands with Joe B getting the call. Not sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing.
