Race 1 - NW2/25000LT Pace

(4) TWIN B DELUXE has shown some ability in his recent tries against NW1's and NW3's at Harrah's Philadelphia, and I will look for him to deliver in the opener. (1) CAPTAIN BUTLER finished fourth when matched up against my top pick on 5-25 at Harrah's Philadelphia and starts from an improved post tonight compared to the seven-hole he had most recently at Pocono. (3) TEAM MAC won two back and then couldn't get involved from an outside post on June 1. He drew a better slot tonight and picks up Jim Marohn Jr.

Race 2 - NW7500L5/Winners in Last Start of the Base Class NW5000L5 Pace

(1) DARLING'S DRAGON probably needed that start down at Freehold on May 21 like many horses do in their first starts up from Florida. He starts from the pole rather than post seven and meets up with a field that lacks a clear standout. (4) WATERWAY finished third against NW15000L5's when last seen at Yonkers on 5-16. Anything close to that type of effort would make him pretty dangerous. (6) CAMPORA N has been facing better in his recent outings, and maybe they take a chance and blast out of there tonight.

Race 3 - F&M NW2/25000LT Pace

(1) SHANGHAI SEELSTER debuts for trainer Ron Burke here. She's made just one start in 2022 and has been idle since May 12, but I will bank on her being ready and use. (7) HESTON HONEY romped to an impressive win over NW2's last Wednesday, and while she does move outside on the gate, I would expect them to be aggressive with her again. (5) MISS DOTTIE MAE has hit the board in five of her seven starts in 2022 and returns to Yonkers after winning last time out at Harrah's Philadelphia.

Race 4 - NW4/50000LT Pace

(4) TUFFENUFFTOWEARPINK invades from Harrah's Philadelphia in good form in their NW3 and NW5 classes, and I will use. (6) MY MIKI BEACH won pretty impressively over NW2's in his debut for trainer Doug Dilloian Jr. last Wednesday, and I think is capable of handling the hike up to the NW4 level. (1) NORTHERN NEWTORK was a pretty game third in his race on 6-1 as he was first-over for an extended period over a sloppy track. Perhaps he can work out an improved journey from the pole tonight.

Race 5 - NW7835L5/Winners in Last Start of the Base Class NW5000L5 Pace

(3) LYONS AMUSEMENTS changes barns here to the high-percentage Jared Bako stable. I believe that will result in an improved effort, and I'll put him on top. (5) IM A POWERPLAY A overcame racing in a complete downpour to score a handy win over NW5000L5's last Wednesday, and I think looks usable again tonight. (7) SAULSBROOK HERO moves up from the bottom level but has three straight sub 28 second final quarters and dominated NW5000L5's on June 1.

Race 6 - F&M NW6/75000LT Pace

(6) GABBY'S GIRL raced well to finish second to the sharp Babs Jansen last Wednesday and faces straight NW6's rather than the mixed NW6/NW8 foes she did that night. (2) SHEZAFREAKLIKEME has been out of the top three just once this year, and that's when she faced Graduate Series foes at the Meadowlands last time out. Trainer Stacy Chiodo has done a great job piloting this 4YO daughter of Sweet Lou. (4) PLZDONTLIETOME N was third in the same race my top pick comes out of and was victorious on May 10.

Race 7 - F&M 50000CLM Pace

(3) WOODMERE SKYROLLER finally gets a chance to avoid the red-hot Morning Has Broken tonight. She been second or third to that foe in her last three tries, and hopefully she can take advantage of this opportunity. (1) LUCKY ARTIST A finished third to Morning Has Broken last Wednesday and did some first-over work to get into contention. She drew much better tonight after starting from post seven in that contest. (6) CYCLONE SISTER was in against NW20000L5's when last at Yonkers on May 12 and finished fourth. I believe a similar type of effort would put her in contention here.

Race 8 - F&M NW4/50000LT Pace

(4) BET I'M LUCKY shows a couple of sixth-place finishes since coming into Jenn Bongiorno's barn, but I'll hope some additional post relief and the logical ones drawing outside might help her out. (8) MIKI ROSE trounced NW4's last Wednesday, and though she remains at the same level, she does move to post eight. I'll swing against but she could certainly win again. (3) ROBMOTION BLUECHIP was third in the race won by Miki Rose last time out and starts from another inside draw.

Race 9 - NW5000L5 Pace

(3) LORD OF MISRULE takes a third crack at NW5000L5 rivals tonight. I like the inside draw and hope that he'll offer a bit of value. (7) I'M BENICIO A finished third last Wednesday in his best result since joining the Bako barn. He is stuck outside again but has Jason Bartlett to drive again. (4) KENRICK A was making his first start since December 1 of 2020 on 6-1. He drew an improved post tonight, and this trainer/owner combination is capable of having one ready to fire.
