Race 1 – F&M NW5000 in last 5 starts Pace

(2) SHES SPORTY A has proven to be a perfect fit at this bottom-level class; she qualified effectively for Garcia-Herrera and lands a good post in a soft field. Having Troy Beyer in the bike should help her price. (3) EDEN PAIGE N has always been a bit on the inconsistent side but she generally races well at Yonkers and she looks ready off that nice winning qualifier; trainer Derue handles the driving duties. (4) LOVERS COVE hails for connections that are always live here (Bartlett/Blackler) but she looked a bit short in those Goshen qualifiers.

Race 2 – NW2 races or $25,000 lifetime Trot

(5) SORPRESE has had some moderate success in the NYSS for Dan Daley and the filly finds a winning spot in this overnight event. (7) SEEKING ROYALTY has been a steady earner in Excelsior events in her brief career and this trainer/driver combo teamed up for a win here last week. (2) SWEET HEART AS picks up Bartlett for the Lorentzon barn, always a good angle but this gal has shown very little; does she have more to offer? (1) SOUTHWIND HILLRAZR hails from the Melander barn and will be a player if he minds his manners.

Race 3 – NW4 races or $51,000 lifetime Trot

(4) LA DOLFINA makes his debut for new trainer Shane Tritton, gets Stratton in the bike and has shown good speed and manners over at The Meadows; missed time is a concern but the gelding is obviously deserving of a look. (5) CHARLOTTE CHAPLIN jogged up at Tioga in an Excelsior event and clearly looks like the one to beat. (1) BAZILLIONARIE needed that last start at The Meadowlands and he's shown some potential here before the shutdown.

Race 4 – F&M NW10000 in last 5 starts Pace

(4) MY RONA GOLD N is more fresh Shane Tritton stock making her debut for this barn off what looks like a private purchase; contender. (3) CABOWABOCUTTIE has always been a good earner but has been a bit short and doesn't pass horses late; class relief and good post here, and Bartlett will likely be sending her to the front. (6) WOODMERE OLEKSIAK was a big upset winner in her last local try versus lesser and likely benefitted from that start across the river. (8) TRIPLE DIP has ability but has been erratic; she qualified well from off the pace at Pocono and Tetrick gets the catch-drive.

Race 5 – F&M Open Handicap Pace

(5) IMPRINCESSGEMMA A closed with plenty of late pace from too far back last week in her local return at the Jenn Bongiorno trainee has done nothing but good things since arriving in the U.S.; she may offer some value in this event with some big names signed on. (3) SNOBBYTOWN was a solid front-end winner last out with good speed at both ends; Burke trainee will be on the move again. (7) CAVIART ALLY and (8) SHARTIN N are the two biggest mares in training and have provided us with some entertaining races over the last few seasons. Obviously both face uncertain trips from their assigned outside posts.

Race 6 – F&M NW25000 in last 5 starts Pace

(2) KENDRA N put in a great effort in her U.S. debut, making a bold uncovered move into the rated odds-on frontrunner and she held her ground very well late. Pete Tritton trainee can take the next logical step forward tonight. (5) DON’T THINK TWICE A returns from The Meadowlands off a game uncovered win; Harris trainee faces better but seems sharp enough to compete. (3) ALEXA’S POWER is a talented top-level mare who surely benefitted from last week's race at The Big M; she gets Tetrick back in the bike tonight. (6) LISPATTY came back from an extended vacation and promptly won two straight but she’s got some tough ones inside of her tonight.

Race 7 – NW8 races or $100,000 lifetime Trot

(4) PURPOSE BLUE CHIP was a good earner in the NYSS for Dan Daley then missed all of his 4-year-old campaign. He came back this season and looked very sharp taking two straight up at Vernon and could prove faster than these. (5) WINDSONG PIONEER qualified willingly behind Atlanta with Lasix added and could be a player here at a decent price. (1) OUR WHITE KNIGHT ships up from Delaware for good connections, has speed and the best post.

Race 8 – F&M NW17500 in last 5 starts Pace

(4) FEELIN RED HOT is accustomed to facing better than these and has performed admirably versus that type of rival. Brennan will be looking to take these down the road at a short price. (6) NEVERFORGETWHOUR has been a solid earner here over the past couple of seasons but she returns to the races off two underwhelming qualifiers; accept a good price if looking to beat the favorite. (2) SUDDEN CHANGE N is clearly not in top form but she's capable of better. (1) FAITHFUL DESIRE gets some needed post relief.
