Race 1: F&M $50,000 Claiming Pace
(5) GOLDEN QUEST N has been solid in all recent efforts without a win to show for it but she gets away from her main rivals tonight and will look to take advantage. (2) CHUPPAH ON folded badly on the front end last start after being used early; Bartlett gets a try tonight looking to rebound. (1) VEL DONNA didn't get involved last week after being relegated to last but she lands the rail now and can work out a nice trip.

Race 2: 2-4YO NW1 race or $15,211 lifetime Pace
(1) EVERYBODYLOVESLOU was sent to the front last start and cruised along but gave way; Toscano trainee picks up Bartlett and seems to have found a softer spot. Maiden-breaking win tonight? (2) RAYRAY showed some improvement last out and can build off that effort; main threat. (3) VORACIOUS broke and lagged upon arrival but he moves in a couple of spots and seems capable of tracking along to land a share.

Race 3: 3-5YO NW2 races or $25,000 lifetime Pace
(4) LAZ improved significantly in his second local start but had to settle for second as the winner got away and held safe; Alexander trainee seems primed to score. (3) FUGLEMAN came out of the same race as the top one and loomed large for a better piece but ended up third. Engblom trainee is the clear threat to the top one. (2) PINE BUSH ITALIANO has done little to get excited about through five seasonal starts but he does move back inside and can garner a piece.
Race 4: F&M $50,000 Claiming Pace
(1) WILDCAT ANTONIA found what appeared to be a winning spot last week and Siegelman drove the Burke trainee accordingly; mare lands the rail again looking for the repeat. (3) COWGIRL LILLY has reeled off three straight in game fashion but now enters a new barn via claim; obvious player again assuming she maintains her good form. (2) FLIP THE SCRIPT was a solid second from the pocket to the top choice last out and Dube figures to have her close to the front again.
Race 5: NW15000 in last 5 starts Pace
(7) YOROKOBI N swept strongly to win his U.S. debut for Pete Tritton then was too far back to threaten last week. Import lands outside again but doesn't face a particularly scary field here and I suspect Stratton may want to try being closer to the pace tonight. (3) LOU'S BEACH raced well at this level last week and he looks like the main early speed. (5) BLANK STARE didn't really fire last start chasing a rated then stepped-up pace and overall he doesn't seem to win as often as he's capable of. Use caution especially when there doesn't figure to be much value.
Race 6: 3-5YO NW4 races or $50,000 lifetime Pace
(2) AMBITIOUSBEACHBOY left alertly last week for a midpack tuck at over 99/1 and raced okay from there to round out the superfecta. Lorentzon trainee may be trending upwards and the move inside to the two hole helps the cause. (4) EXCURSION did the best he could to garner show dough coming out of the same race as the top choice (and many of these) did. Bartlett drives again from an improved post. (7) HUNTSVILLE PLACE has left the gate well in his most of his starts this year and I expect forward placement again from the Erv Miller trainee; there will be value to be had with the move outside.
Race 7: Can You Go The Distance? Final - 1 1/4 mile Pace
(6) SIMON SAYS HANOVER has dominated in four straight since shipping back from Canada to join the Bako barn. Hard to go against him regardless of the distance. (2) GARDYS LEGACY A has finished second to the favored top choice in his last two and he draws well again. Forte trainee should be primed for another good effort from this spot. (4) FLOW WITH JOE secured a long-awaited win last week and while he loses his regular driver Siegelman (who owns #5) he picks up the red-hot Kakaley in the bike.
Race 8: NW21191 in last 5 starts Pace
(3) BELMONT MAJOR N showed plenty of promise when we first saw him locally a couple of years back and while he's not a top-tier pacer he's been a steady earner; Brennan picks up the drive in his return from Saratoga and may offer some value. (1) GROOVY JOE is logical here but did burn plenty of money here two back. (8) ULTIMAROCA makes his debut for the connections who bring us Funatthebeach N and Covered Bridge. Ex-Burke trainee is all the way outside but does have some early speed.

Race 9: 3-5YO NW6 races or $75,000 lifetime Pace
(2) LOUS THE ATTITUDE has been solid in all four local starts as he's making his way up the class ladder and the Engblom trainee looks odds-on again from this spot. (3) HURRIKANE JONNYBOY makes his local debut after picking up a few runner-up placings over at Pocono; Dube may be looking for the trip behind the top choice. (5) TWO FACED has been going just evenly in all recent starts but his last quarters have been good; closing threat?
Race 10: NW15000 in last 5 starts Pace
(2) UNDRTHSOUTHRNSUN N was used twice in that wild race last week and had an excuse to be outfinished; a smoother trip on or near the lead can get the Bongiorno trainee into the winner's circle. (4) JM'S FINALTREASURE ships back in for Burke and he did have a decent effort here towards the end of 2022. We know this barn is great at shuffling around their stock to find live spots. (1) SCOTT ONTHE ROCKS may lack the class of some of the others in here but he's picked up his game out of town in recent starts.
