Race 1: F&M $20,000 Claiming Pace
(4) LARJON LEAH was in a tough spot from the outermost post in her first try off the DiDomenico claim but she finished willingly to pick off a few. Landing a better post makes her a major player. (6) PINK RUBY was a winner last out at odds-on and remains at a winning level; contender again despite the post. (1) CAPTAIN'S STAR was also odds-on in her last start but faltered late; she'll offer more value tonight if she rebounds.

Race 2: $60,000-$75,000 Claiming Pace
(5) POINTOMYGRANSON has been back and forth between two barns every start for a while now yet he consistently performs well. 10YO veteran has the speed to make the front and may prove tough to catch. (1) TUFFENUFTOWEARPINK took two straight at the $40K claiming level and Burke jumped in to take the gelding, and steps him up in price. No reason to think he'll regress at all off the barn change. (6) TUGGIN ON MY HEART has also been razor sharp and deserves a mention but he figures to be compromised by #5 leaving right in his face.

Race 3: F&M $20,000 Claiming Pace
(1) MARATHON MARY has a lot to prove in the class department but she raced well last week and that was coming off a sick scratch. Landing the rail tonight seems to give the Shane Tritton trainee a legit shot against a dull group. (4) ITTY BITTY has been a favorite of mine for years and I'm not sure why as I always lose with her; she's still got some speed and Bartlett could be sending her to the front. (3) LOOKATMYART is 0 for 9 in 2024 but she's been consistent and does have four runner-up finishes.
Race 4: F&M $25,000 Claiming Pace
(3) TERACITA returned off a brief vacation with Lasix added and she rolled by late to score. Engblom trainee stays at a winning level and figures to be tough to defeat at a short price. (2) PLEASURE SEEKER races well when drawn inside. I think she's a must-use in the number. (1) DREAM DANCING is back in the Height barn off a reclaim and she'll be cutting the mile or sitting right in behind. If the top choice is legit then this mare will complete a chalky exacta or tri.
Race 5: F&M $50,000 Claiming Pace
(4) NUTTINBUTTHEBEST moved back up to this class last week and was a good second in that quick mile. Alexander trainee has the speed to make the front if Kakaley wants to play it that way. (2) YS SENSATIONALCITY could not last at the 1/5 chalk last out; she gets Bartlett back in the bike, who won with her from a similar spot back in February. (6) NO WIN NO FEED A tired without a major excuse last start and now she's at a post disadvantage. Engblom trainee has the talent to bounce back and take this but needs to be a better price than she's been in all her recent starts.
Race 6: 2-5YO NW2 races or $25,000 lifetime Pace
(2) FIREARM won his seasonal debut then raced well enough to win last week but the winner was tough. Despite that rival is back tonight from the rail I'll give this Cassar trainee another look at what will be a much more attractive price. (1) RENAISSANCE DEO paced a big back half to score upon arrival for Tritton/Bartlett. Tonight he goes from 26/1 to 3/5. (8) AVENGER FORCE showed loads of talent as a freshman and the Alexander trainee looks ready to go off that qualifier but this is a tough spot for that debut. Definitely keep an eye on him though.
Race 7: 3-5YO winners of 3-5 races lifetime Pace
(8) MIDNIGHT THUNDER paced a big back half en route to a lifetime-best score last week. He's got the tough eight hole tonight versus some good rivals as he looks for his third straight but will be a big price so maybe he's worth taking a stab. (2) STATESIDE DEUCE GB promises to be on the front or just in behind, usually a recipe for success. (4) BUGABOO LOU was awful in a local start back in December and he stopped badly in a recent try at The Meadowlands but what a nice qualifier that was last week.

Race 8: NW20000 in last 5 starts Pace
(1) LAYTON HANOVER raced big two back then stepped up to this level last week and scored out of the pocket. From the rail, why not again? (4) TWIN B HEART THROB was going nowhere last out from the seven hole in the age-restricted open but the Cullipher trainee was a winner from a similar spot two back. 12/1 ML in competitive race. (5) ALL ALONE hails from Engblom/Bartlett and is likely to end up with a better trip than he had in his last start.
Race 9: F&M $20,000 Claiming Pace
(1) ALWAYS B MIMI suffered a tough nose defeat last week and now she's right back in from the rail again. Laterza barn has been performing well all year clicking at around 15% and Brent Holland is always a live driving option. (6) DANDY'S SHOWTIME has been bad, good, bad, good in four starts off the Engblom claim. So she's due for a bad effort you say? Depends if I bet her or not. (2) SHEIKH YABOOTY N is always a player at this level and the Bongiorno piece looks to repeat.
Race 10: NW15000 in last 5 starts Pace
(4) SOUTHWIND PETYR is a legit talent from Team Bongiorno and he gets to drop making his third seasonal start. He was 22 for 31 in the money at Yonkers in 2023 banking over $216K. Impressive numbers. Could offer some value with (1) CHIMICHURRI N talking all the money. Fresh import for Shane Tritton scored sharply at first asking in 1:52 2/5 and can have even more to offer as he works his way up the class ladder. (6) DEETZY will be a huge price but the veteran is proven at this level and is as good as any of the remaining entrants in here; consider for 3rd/4th.
