2026 MEET STATS: 65 - 193 / $341.72 (-$44.28) BEST BETS: 11 - 19 / $35.38 (-$2.62) BEST BET: FORWARD FLASH (2nd) SPOT PLAY: AARDIES FLASH N (7th) Race 1: F&M $20,000 Claiming Pace (1) UNCONTROLLED has won two of her last four and finds a very similar spot to her score last week, where she edged by late. Should be stalking the speed again and can repeat. (3) DISARONNO HILL is back with Bartlett and with a better post but she's burned money recently and will be another short price. (2) MCANGEL debuts for another new barn tonight via claim but she's been good her last few and she remains at the level that suits her best. [DRF HARNESS: Get Harness Eye PPs for this card] Race 2: 3-5YO Winners of 2-4 races or $63,707 LT Pace (3) FORWARD FLASH took some money last week but did not get involved from the eight hole; gelding moves to a much more reasonable post making his third start as a 4YO and I think he's set for a big effort. (5) LAFITTE looks ready to go for the Alexander barn off that Pocono qualifier and he won two straight to end his 3YO campaign. (2) BIG EGO also lands an improved post in his second return start from The Meadowlands. Race 3: 3-5YO NW2 races or $38,796 LT Pace (1) TELITONTHEMOUNTAIN had a very encouraging local and barn debut. Engblom trainee moves in to the rail and seems ready to take the next logical step forward. (2) ALABAMA LUCKY has two seconds and a third in his three races as a 4YO but look at the Schnittker trainee's lifetime record of 36-1-7-9 so he's tough to trust on top. (4) TWIN B FRESH BET was third upon arrival in what was a fast mile and though it may be tough to get past the top two ones in here he looks best of the rest. Race 4: F&M $25,000 Claiming Pace (4) DW'S DARLENE was pretty game to hold on to second in her first start back in the Stratton barn, and it proved she can compete at this $25K level after racing primarily a level lower. Mare should offer the better price of the main contenders. (1) FIGHT NOT FLIGHT goes to another new barn tonight but performs well for everyone and will look to bounce back from last week's odds-on defeat. (3) ILLUSION SEELSTER showed improvement after dropping back down in class from the $50K level which proved too tough. Decent draw can keep her close with a chance to hit the board. Race 5: 3-6YO Winners of 5-7 races or $90,000 LT Pace (6) WORLD OF WISHES had a decent 3YO season for the powerful Chris Ryder barn and he returned last month at The Meadowlands looking like he's in midseason form. Gelding was a Messenger finalist for what it's worth. (3) DOWNBYTHEWATER also won in his 4YO debut at The Big M for the Toscano barn and Marohn is back in the bike after winning with him in a qualifier. (2) BOXER SEELSTER has been razor sharp for Lachance and is hard not in include, especially with the good draw. Race 6: F&M $50,000 Claiming Pace Hard for me not to stick with (1) YS SENSATIONALCITY as she's been racing well from off the pace recently but also has controlling speed which may be on display tonight. (3) WAITFOREVER N draws a much-improved post making her second start at this $50K claimer and the recent Saratoga shipper can make some noise in here. (2) ATREACHEROUS A has a win and three other in-the-money finishes in six overall starts since Lachance reclaimed her and moved her up in class. Race 7: NW20021 in last 5 starts Pace (3) AARDIES FLASH N gets a new driver tonight as Gingras takes the lines and he's back in a spot to go to the front and attempt to control the action. (6) STERLING CHOICE saw his Yonkers win streak snapped in his 2026 debut when he finished fourth, but overall it was a decent and useful effort. Bako trainee is clearly the one to fear. (1) JUST ENUFF STUFF has been good for these connections. [DRF HARNESS: Sign up for our FREE DRF Harness Digest Newsletter] Race 8: NW8061 in last 5 starts Pace (2) SHAKESPEARE picked up Bartlett last week in a very soft spot and dominated. I think he comes right back for another as he moves up the class ladder. (1) TWIG has plenty of speed to protect the rail draw and Holland can set up a trip. (6) OURMATEMENKO N has been an underachiever but he did keep up pretty well in his last couple and possibly he can land a piece at a big price with a rail trip. Race 9: NW5000 in last 5 starts Pace (7) OUTLAW MAN N was just 'okay' in his first race at Pocono off the bench and he returns locally also getting Bartlett in the bike. Blackler trainee was facing considerably better when we last saw him here. (4) YOROKOBI N is not a prolific winner by any means but he drops to the basement level and is probably the one to beat. (1) TEXAS HOLDEM has some speed and an inside draw.
