Race 1: NW2 races or $29,550 lifetime Pace

(7) GETYOURLICENSELIAM arrives from Canada via a couple of qualifiers at Monti, the second of which was a good down-the-road effort. 4-year-old is 8 for 16 lifetime. (4) HUMBOLDT HANOVER left from the outside last start but could not muster a second move; this is a better spot tonight. (3) MASK ON MASK OFF was recently an injured scratch but he's back in to go and that win on Dec. 29 at Philly was encouraging.

Race 2: NW4 races or $50,000 lifetime Pace

(1) HIGH ST CORRIDOR added Lasix for his seasonal debut and raced willingly from the pocket to be second best to the heavily favored (5) IMOUTTHEDOOR; he can be tighter this time around and spring the mild upset. The latter breezed through NW2 then stepped up and won again; deserving favorite going for four straight. (3) ARTS ATTITUDE shipped in from Philly and ran well to be second best; lightly-raced 5YO should be a player.

Race 3: NW10000 in last 5 starts Pace

(6) RUNRUNJIMMYDUNN N plunges from $75K claimers, where he had two consecutive eight holes, to this much softer class. There doesn't appear to be a ton of early speed inside of him if Bartlett wants to take a shot off the gate. (4) THE BOOK OF LIFE also exits claimers, where he was a decent third last week after saving ground. (1) EAST BEACH blew away lesser recently at Freehold in 1:52 4/5 over a surface rated two seconds slow; obvious contender.

Race 4: NW6 races or $75,000 lifetime Pace

(3) SETH HANOVER was a winner in NW4 to start the season, then had too far to come last week; Burke trainee lands a much cozier post tonight. (1) SEE YA WRITE N seems to have underachieved in two starts since arriving in the U.S.; still worth a look, however. (6) COALITION HANOVER jogged in a Freehold qualifier in preparation for his debut for new trainer Jenn Bongiorno.

Race 5: NW10000 in last 5 starts Pace

(4) LIKE CLOCKWORK went a big trip last week beating a notch lesser and he may be sharp enough to handle these. (1) FIZZING N gets class relief, draws best and has the tactical speed to secure a good trip. (7) UNCLE JORD A also faces softer and gets a driver chance to Zeron.

Race 6: NW7500 in last 5 starts Pace

(6) MARTY MONKHOUSER A likely needed last week's start after being off a month and he also drops from the $30K claiming level into this conditioned class; hopefully Stratton can hustle him from the gate. (4) IM A GIGOLO N ships in making his debut for the Garcia-Herrera barn and the ex-Burke trainee looks like a good fit here. (3) FOUR STAR FLASH gave way badly on the front end last out; will we see an off-the-pace try tonight?

Race 7: NW5000 in last 5 starts Pace

(1) KNOCKING AROUND gets the important combo of class and post relief tonight; Koch barn has had some live stock recently and this veteran seems like the one to beat. (6) MCSPIDEY was decent in his local turn and could show more now. (2) ST LADS BEAT IT has been decent recently up in Canada and he ships in to join the Harris barn; Bartlett drives.

Race 8: NW20000 in last 5 starts Pace

(2) SHADOW CAT faces a softer group tonight and lands a desirable inside post; he can get it done with a smooth trip. (3) MICKY GEE N just hasn't looked good in his last two but he's classy enough to turn things around in a hurry. (6) DEAN B HANOVER was a bit short in the late stages last week and had to settle for third and now he moves outside but he does keep Stratton.

Race 9: F&M $50,000 Claiming Pace

(4) THUNDRA didn't seriously threaten last week when dropped in for this $50K tag but that was her first start in five weeks and she figures to be tighter now. (6) COWGIRL LILLY has good early speed and is a nice fit with this type. (1) POPPY DRAYTON N finally lands an inside post and figures not to let the opportunity pass.

Race 10: NW8 races or $100,000 lifetime Pace

(1) SAULSBROOK HERO has been awesome since arriving and though the Forte student faces his toughest test to date he may be able to trip out from in behind the speed. (5) ULTIMAROCA figures to be heading to the lead again; maybe he lasts, maybe he doesn't. He'll be a short price to find out. (4) TELL THEM LOU raced very well last week at a price.

Race 11: NW7500 in last 5 starts Pace

(1) THE DOWNTOWN BUS got going a bit too late last week and he did rally well for second money. It's been a long time since he last saw the winner's circle, but this does feel like a good spot. (3) PEPPER GUY jogged in the same race as the top one, showing previously unknown speed. Sharp sort can repeat. (4) OUR CORELLI N was a pricey $50K claim last week for Team Bongiorno and he drops back down in class; he figures to be taking plenty of money.

Race 12: NW5000 in last 5 starts Pace

(4) SOHO WALLSTREET A raced well in his first start off the Edwin Quevedo claim and this classy veteran seems way overdue for a win. (5) TIGER BARON also was improved last week when down in class and he should be able to make his presence felt at some point. (3) DENALI SEELSTER shipped in from Truro Raceway, joined the Cassar barn and he finished very willingly. He's an interesting option here as the likely third choice.
