Yonkers: Analysis for Tuesday 11/30

MEET STATS: 410 - 1221 / $2,193.70 (-$248.30)
BEST BETS: 56 - 113 / $174.40 (-$51.60)
Best Bet: SOUTHWIND PETYR (5th)
Spot Play: LISBURN (3rd)
Race 1: NW4 races or $50,000 lifetime Pace
(2) FROMASHESTOASHES N was a nice pocket-sitting winner upon arrival from a similar spot as tonight and now he goes for Garcia-Herrera off the purchase; recent import could have even more to offer. (6) SCHWARTZ BROS PAT went a decent effort to be third best after shipping in from Hoosier and now he exits the age-restricted claimers into this NW4 condition; he did show some speed over the bigger track so I expect Kakaley to have him in play. (1) FIRST GLANCE is one of a couple of Ontario shippers in here and draws best for his new connections in the Cory Stratton barn; Jordan drives.

Race 2: NW6 races or $75,000 lifetime Pace
(6) VEL MR NICE GUY cruised in his last two starts while he climbs the NW conditioned ladder; he will be forwardly placed, hopefully to the front, but he showed the ability to make two moves to get the job done last out. (8) MYSWEETBOYMAX picked up a check in the Jug final so obviously the ability is there; clearly the post presents a major problem but he should be offering value. (1) RED RIGHT HAND invades from The Meadowlands for Nancy Takter and he's been racing very well of late.
Race 3: NW15000 in last 5 starts Pace
(4) LISBURN gets a bit of class relief tonight off a series of even efforts and he's proven capable with this type in the past. (6) CODY HANOVER graduated from NW8 and transitioned to open company nicely with that recent second-place finish. (1) NOCTURNAL BLUECHIP returned from Mohawk Park and beat lesser at odds-on; this is a jump in class but he does draw best.

Race 4: F&M $50,000 Claiming Pace
(1) DELITFULCATHERIN N dropped in for this tag last start, added Lasix and went a big trip in defeat. He moves all the way inside and has a very live chance. (4) BOLT OF BEAUTY never got involved last out at The Big M but was a good winner here her two prior starts; Erv Miller trainee carries a $72,500 tag now and should fit well here. (3) COWGIRL LILLY is just shy of a four-race winning streak.
Race 5: NW6 races or $75,000 lifetime Pace
(2) SOUTHWIND PETYR gets much-needed post relief and this may be a spot where Bartlett tries to control the action. (1) UCANTTOUCHTHIS was just short last out and the Team Bongiorno trainee is an obvious player but note how much money he's burned recently. (7) BAYFIELD dug in determinedly last start but the start prior he was unable to overcome the two-move trip and he may be facing a similar journey tonight.
Race 6: NW4 races or $50,000 lifetime Pace
(3) UNCONTROLLABLE seemed to have raced well enough to win in his last two but had to settle for board spots; this seems like a good spot to get back to the winner's circle. (6) ROHDENA ROAD has been awesome in three local starts for the Forte barn and it will be interesting to see how aggressive Stratton is in the early stages. (4) WOODMERE ALVIN is an interesting shipper from The Maritimes and he has a 1:53 2/5 mark at Truro Raceway; clearly talented.
Race 7: NW20000 in last 5 starts Pace
(6) ON THE CARDS N failed to get involved last start but he takes a drop in class and Brennan will be on the move early. (3) ENVIRONS HANOVER has looked like a solid claim so far for the Renaud barn; he tries for a second straight and three of four overall. (1) HERRICKROOSEVELT N came back fresh off a layoff with a good runner-up effort but he's now missed almost a month with a sick scratch last scheduled start.
Race 8: F&M $50,000 Claiming Pace
(2) POPPY DRAYTON N just missed versus similar last out and she seems logical here with much of the speed relegated to outside posts. (5) CLASSY CHAPEL N has worked her way up from a $10K claimer earlier in the year to recent winner here tagged for $50K; sharp sort could be an interesting price option. (8) ROCKN PHILLY has the early speed to overcome the awful post and she can take this if not used too hard.
Race 9: NW7500 in last 5 starts Pace
(3) ITSMYCHECK GB wired the field in his debut for the Stratton barn and he may have more to offer facing better. (5) WALTER MITTY was overmatched in his first start for new connections after being claimed for $30K; class relief should help. (2) ZACH MAGUIRE N can be excused for his last race where be pulled up with broken equipment; veteran should be saving ground and can land a small share.
Race 10: NW8 races or $100,000 lifetime Pace
(3) IMMA BE blasted down the road in his last two and was claimed by Jenn Bongiorno; I expect his winning form to continue. (2) CAPTAIN FANCY added Lasix for his last start and rallied for second at 48/1. (5) DEAN B HANOVER hasn't had the best of trips since arriving locally but still raced well; Gillis trainee deserves a look.
Race 11: NW2 races or $25,000 lifetime Pace
(2) SETH HANOVER went a huge trip in defeat in his first start after the Burke purchase and he absolutely deserves top billing here. (1) MIDNIGHT REBEL clearly has the best chance of beating the top one in what looks like a chalky two-horse affair. (4) MARC IN THE BOX is a recent Iowa shipper for connections that have had success with these types and he can round out the Tri.
Race 12: $12,500 Claiming Pace
(2) BLUEBERRY HEAVEN was second best to the runaway winner last start and overall his form has been great; he goes for another new barn off the claim and has a post edge on his main rivals. (8) TEXAS TERROR N came back from one of his many extended breaks in action and the 13-year-old has been very sharp; he almost overcame the eight hole in his last start. (5) RAPTORS FLIGHT N can be tough to figure but one of his better efforts will land him a big piece.
