Race 1: F&M $50,000 Claiming Pace

(2) MILLWOOD BONNIE N moves back inside and she's always a major player when drawn well; mare should be stalking from just off the pace and could prove freshest late. (1) CALLMEQUEENBEE A just missed last week and that's three solid efforts in a row; Cullipher trainee is clearly the one to beat but will also be odds-on. (5) BETTER WATCH IT spent overtime on the rim in her two local starts and hung in gamely; 4-year-old has quickly proven that she belongs with this type.

Race 2: 2-5YO NW2 races or $25,000 lifetime Pace

(3) PINE BUSH ITALIANO is undefeated in his brief career and the Shane Tritton trainee gives Yonkers a shot after jogging at Monti in 1:56 and 1:56 2/5; Bartlett drives. (4) HE'S SPECIAL is a recent Iowa invader for Buter and he won at first asking; we've seen plenty of these types do well here. (5) THORN TOAD is another midwest shipper who looks encouraging; he's made over $100K this year racing on the Michigan stakes circuit.

Race 3: F&M $50,000 Claiming Pace

(8) CHUPPAH ON is arguably sharpest in here and we've seen Stratton blast with her from the outside in the past; price will be good in this evenly-matched field. (3) NUTTINBUTTHEBEST has been coming up a little short recently but the Alexander trainee still remains a major player. (4) PAIGE'S GIRL beat this kind three back and should be included.

Race 4: 3-5YO NW4 races or $50,000 lifetime Pace

(1) BETTOR ROLL ON A lands another good post tonight and is likely looking at a live trip, probably behind (5) AMP IT UP N. Gelding figures to offer the better price. The latter invades from Philly where he's won two straight at their NW3 level; leading driver Bartlett gets the call. (3) SPORTS SECTION could have more to offer in his second start off the bench.

Race 5: NW7500 in last 5 starts Pace

(5) MANKAT plunges from the $50K claiming level (where he has not fared well for his new connections) into this softer conditioned spot and he gets Braxton Boyd back in the bike. He lands outside his main competition but that will help the price as he figures to be third choice. (1) THE FLYING ROCK ships from Philly for the Engblom barn and gets Bartlett; 4-year-old looks like a good fit here. (4) SARANAC BLUE CHIP returns off a confidence-boosting score at Freehold and is an obvious player here.

Race 6: NW10000 in last 5 starts Pace

(2) IMSTAYNALIVE was a sharp pocket-sitting winner last week versus a good field but was taken down for late interference in a tough call. That enables the Lachance trainee to drop again looking to make amends. (4) DELIGHTFUL DUDE N was uninvolved in his first U.S. start but he wasn't that far off at the finish. I expect the import to be put in play tonight. (6) NOWHERE CREEK N finished third in his last two races at the NW15K level and should be a board threat again dropping a notch.

Race 7: 3-5YO NW6 races or $81,716 lifetime Pace

(3) BB LUCKY BOY was a sharp winner in his first two local starts when in the Dowse barn and now he returns after two blowout sub-1:50 wins out of town and he's now in the Brett Pelling barn. 3-year-old appears to have real talent. (2) PREMIER DREAMER comes into town from Hoosier for the Burke brigade and that outfit is masterful at classifying their horses at venues all over the place. I'll trust that he'll fit well here. (1) POMPEO HANOVER arrives off a shocking 61/1 upset at Philly and from the rail he can save ground and pick up a piece for his new barn.

Race 8: NW20000 in last 5 starts Pace

(4) ODDS ON OSIRIS didn't factor last week over at The Meadowlands but he was a game winner here the start prior; Burke trainee is one of multiple options in here and should offer a competitive price. (3) PEACE OUT POSSE picks up Braxton Boyd and good things seem to happen when this youngster is driving. (6) MICKY GEE N has been going well lately and we all know he's capable of closing a ton.

Race 9: F&M $50,000 Claiming Pace

Three divisions of this popular class tonight. (2) LAURIE LEE, much like her stablemate earlier on the card, seems to do as well as she draws, so she should be in line for a live trip from this inside spot. (5) TOBAGO TIME gets Bartlett in the bike tonight after being hung to dry last week. (3) ENGLISH ROSE N moves in a few slots and was a good second three back.

Race 10: NW5000 in last 5 starts Pace

(1) SIMPLE KINDA MAN was outfinished late by a couple of classy rivals in his last start and overall it was nice improvement for these current connections. Veteran appears overdue. (2) FOX VALLEY REN was just short chasing Alex Tye last week and he drops another notch tonight. (4) ALWAYS ROCKIN has been facing better in all recent with just limited success; be careful at a short price.
