Race 1: 3-5YO NW4 races or $50,000 lifetime Pace

(4) CLEVELAND B MIKI lands in a seemingly softer field tonight and from this post Lachance has options; wouldn't mind seeing an aggressive try. (5) GAZOO had an excuse last week in his Yonkers arrival but he'll be overbet again with Bartlett catch driving. (7) UNDER YOUR SCARS has rallied well for small shares recently and the same can happen tonight despite the poor post; Brennan gets the catch drive.

Race 2: F&M $50,000 Claiming Pace

(3) TRAFALGAR has been a monster claim thus far for the Lance Hudson barn and after winning by open lengths last out she'll be deservedly favored to win again. (2) HP XANADU is tailing off but maybe a pocket ride will be in the works tonight; could that help her out? (5) SALE EL SOL is a model of consistency at this level for Bako; not the easiest spot to grab a win but she's a must-use again in the number.

Race 3: NW10876 in last 5 starts Pace

(4) SOHO LENNON A tends to thrive when able to drop to this level and despite the presence of #3 to his inside the classmaster should be moving early; price should be decent as well. (3) TWIN B HEART THROB also drops, draws better, gets Bartlett tonight and is hard not to consider for the top spot as the probable chalk. (5) MY ULTIMATE BYRON A has raced well here for an outfit with some recent local success; import should be moving late.

Race 4: NW17511 in last 5 starts Pace

(3) SONNY WEAVER N hasn't found the winner's circle in a couple of months but he does have five wins on the season, mostly against better. Class and post relief loom large here. (4) KINGSVILLE was a winner two back when at this base level and the DiDomenico trainee has been good for an extended period of time. (2) LOU'S BEACH may lack the class of some others in here but he's looking for two straight and he does has speed from a good post.

Race 5: NW21682 in last 5 starts Pace

(2) TYPHOON BANNER N finally moves back inside after a string of tough posts and the Bongiorno trainee also takes an important drop in class; import is still winless on the year and through five U.S. starts so it's 'go' time to show if he's got the goods. (7) HEAVEN ON HIGH is another recent import and he's looked good so far. He failed to polish it off last week after an eight-hole speed try and does have to bump up a level but he definitely has the talent. (3) FREQUENT IMAGE failed at odds-on last start but he lands Bartlett on the catch drive subbing for Kakaley and he figures to be a speed player from the decent post.

Race 6: NW15000 in last 5 starts Pace

(3) LAYTON HANOVER picks up Pantaleano on a catch drive and he's got good early speed and is facing a slightly softer field. Couple of months back he wired a similar field in 1:52 3/5. (1) BENHOPE RULZ N is perfectly capable of securing position from the rail and either leading or stalking from the pocket; big player. (5) SLING SHOCK has live moves but comes up just shy way more often than he wins; hard to love as the 2/1 early chalk.

Race 7: NW10000 in last 5 starts Pace

(3) JIMMY CONNOR B has been double-digit odds in his last five and failed to make a serious impression. With tonight's class drop he figures to take money and can push off the gate, like he did six back when last at this level. (2) FROZEN HANOVER just missed last week in a good try by Lachance. (5) BETTERROCK got beat two back at five cents on the dollar...ouch! He followed that up by stopping on the lead last week. Maybe off the pace tonight?

Race 8: F&M $50,000 Claiming Pace

(2) PARTY CRUISER is proven at this level and she likely benefitted from last week's race. Mare gets a post edge on most of her rivals and could be ready to resume winning ways. (5) MIKI ROSE has earned a whopping $4,400 since being claimed for $72,500 but her last two races were much better efforts so maybe she's turning the corner; she's overdue for a top-two finish. (1) BETTER DOUBLE FLIP moves all the way inside after two consecutive eight holes and should show more.

Race 9: 3-5YO NW4 races or $51,291 lifetime Pace

(8) BUGABOO LOU is just 1 for 15 on the year but look at the competition this Burke trainee has been facing. Eight hole is tough but the 3YO deserves the chance. (4) BOOM TOWN BOY goes for two straight after turning things around last start; Dube gets the drive now with Marohn on #1. (2) ALL ATTITUDE qualified effectively after being a lame scratch in advance of his local debut for these connections. Bartlett gets the drive from a good post.

Race 10: F&M $20,000 Claiming Pace

(1) SWEET SANDY LOU has been a contender most every start here since arriving from Canada and she looms large from the rail in the finale. (3) SPORTS FLIX seems like she's been around a long time but is only 7 years old; she's raced well here on a number of occasions and showed more life last week for Bongiorno when dropped in class.
