Spot Play: ALWAYS WATCHING (5th)
Race 1: NW7500 in last 5 starts Pace
(1) LOUIE THE HORSE N raced decently upon arrival from Pennsylvania and now he gets to drop and draws best with Bartlett driving; Cullipher trainee makes plenty of sense here. (3) DELIGHTFUL TERROR also lands in a much better spot tonight and the Gillis trainee is overdue for a wakeup call. (4) WATERWAY was close up from the pocket facing the likes of Family Recipe and Walkinshaw N last start; he merits consideration here.

Race 2: 3-5YO NW6 races or $75,000 lifetime Pace
(5) NAUTICAL HANOVER has been chasing some of the top three-year-olds most of the season and he jogged the last time he was in an overnight event, a NW4 at Pocono. Class relief can get the Alagna trainee over the top. (6) TWIN B DELUXE was a NYSS finalist and the last time we saw him at Yonkers he put in a big eight-hole try against the state-breds; Bartlett is back driving. (7) DP REALORDEAL has been rock-solid since arriving for Lance Hudson but he faces tougher here from the outermost post which may derail his chances.
Race 3: NW5000 in last 5 starts Pace
(1) ROCKIN JUKEBOX hails from a barn that's just 1 for 73 locally this season but he may not find a softer spot to convert than what he sees here. (5) COALITION HANOVER bounced back from a poor outing to finish a good second last time to a horse who came back and jogged. Jenn Bongiorno trainee is a major player here. (2) BETTER B SWIFT gets some post relief and should be close to the frontrunners throughout.
Race 4: 3-5YO NW4 races or $50,000 lifetime Pace
(5) SUPERVISETHEMOMENT is one of two horses on tonight's card arriving from Canada to join the Burke barn. This 3-year-old has been showing fine early speed over the smaller ovals up north and Brennan figures to be on the move early here. (3) BETTOR ROLL ON A won at first asking in the U.S. then was second best to a tough one last out; import is a big player. (1) COLD CREEK FILIPE was an easy winner at this level the last time Bartlett drove.
Race 5: F&M $50,000 Claiming Pace
(6) ALWAYS WATCHING ships in from Saratoga, where she has been facing some of the top mares that track has to offer. She gets a big driver upgrade from the trainer Derue to Bartlett. (3) TOBAGO TIME N has class to her and seems overdue for a big effort. (4) SHEIKH YABOOTY N has missed some time with a sick scratch but she's been a player in most of her recent starts.
Race 6: NW7500 in last 5 starts Pace
(2) ALTA BLUES A found his stride facing a bit cheaper at Freehold and he returns off a 1:53 4/5 in Jersey; Dilloian trainee lands a good post and picks up the leading driver. (5) GINGRAS BEACH hasn't found the winner's circle in quite some time but he's always a solid player at these lower levels and Brennan should be on the move early with the gelding. (3) CAMPORA N can save ground and pick up a piece at a big price.
Race 7: NW10000 in last 5 starts Pace
(4) SOHO LENNON A jogged last week with the successful 'drop and pop' and though the oldtimer faces better here he's capable of stringing a few together. (1) CLEVER CHARACTER offered nothing in his local debut but he was off almost a month; new addition to the Bako barn should appreciate both the class and post relief. (6) MICKY GEE N is on the comeback trail yet again and we know what he's capable of with the right setup.

Race 8: NW20000 in last 5 starts Pace
(4) LOU'S SWEETREVENGE crushed his foes last week to nobody's surprise as he was sent off at 3/5 odds on the dropdown; Bartlett drives again and may have an easy time repeating. (5) ODDS ON OSIRIS is an interesting shipper for Burke, and he's a master at shuffling around his horses to find the best spots. This gelding was a top 3YO including winning the Milstein at Northfield and he arrives off a win there in a female drivers event. (3) IMSTAYNALIVE figures to save ground with Lachance and he can pick off the rest at a price.
Race 9: F&M $50,000 Claiming Pace
(3) ASHTINI isn't a prolific winner but she's been third best in her last three at this level and figures to offer the best price of the main contenders. Holland is back driving. (2) LAURIE LEE has failed to seal the deal in her last three including last week where she was outfinished late at odds-on. Don't take too short of a price. (4) CHUPPAH ON was a winner two back and closed belatedly last start; she could be aggressively handled from this improved post.
