Race 1: F&M $50,000 Claiming Pace
(3) TERACITA takes an ambitious step up to face more seasoned foes but she's been a player in her local starts for a live barn and more importantly Bartlett takes the drive. (2) HP XANADU suddenly can't win anymore as she's been nipped in her last three; obviously the one to catch again. (1) HEAVENISSOFARAWAY will be sitting close to the front and can land a piece.

Race 2: NW20000 in last 5 starts Pace
(1) GROOVY JOE could not get involved in his last two when stuck in the eight hole but now this classy gelding moves all the way inside to face a bit easier and the Cullipher trainee is the clear one to beat. (4) QUALITY BUD drops down a notch and finds a spot where Holland could get aggressive in the early stages; veteran has a big chance here. (2) BENHOPE RULZ N does his best work a level or two down but from this spot Brennan will have him close to the front.

Race 3: NW10000 in last 5 starts Pace
(2) HEAVEN ON HIGH N comes in from Pocono and makes just his third U.S. start after looking live in his first two; this barn has done reasonably well lately with their stock. (4) WINDSUN RICKY drops back to a winning level and retains Holland. (1) CODY HANOVER will be close up by virtue of the draw and has a chance with a perfect setup.
Race 4: 3-5YO NW4 races or $50,000 lifetime Pace
(6) UNDER YOUR SCARS was a good second last out chasing the open-lengths winner and though he hasn't shown much early speed if Kakaley could generate some with this 3YO I can see him finding the wire. (1) BOOM TOWN TONY hasn't had a good post to work with in any of his last four races and was unable to seriously threaten; now on the move inside he can be much more involved. (8) COUNTER OFFER looks best in here but will the eight hole be too much to overcome?
Race 5: F&M $20,000 Claiming Pace
(4) HARMONY OF NOTES has been much improved since dropping to this $20K claiming level and she was a winner versus a higher class not too long ago; from this post Joe B has options. (3) BETTORSHIGHLIGHT N hasn't done much wrong in her last three and has two wins to show for it; major player again. (1) PRAY THE ROSARY has a poor win record over the last two seasons but she's usually around to pick up a check; move inside helps.
Race 6: NW22501 in last 5 starts Pace
(3) THE REGULATOR held his own at the NW30000 level recently but tonight takes a needed drop in class which could get him over the top. (4) FREQUENT IMAGE has done very little wrong recently while working his way up the ladder and he was a good second last week from a similar spot. (1) HAMMERING HANK was first-time Lasix last week but the Bongiorno trainee didn't fire; maybe shows more tonight.
Race 7: 3-5YO NW4 races or $50,000 lifetime Pace
(5) BLUE HUNT was in the Jug final last month and now faces NW4 types; I'm not in love with horses like this at short odds but he should get the job done. (1) ELM GROVE QWIGGLY impressed in his debut for the Engblom barn after shipping down from the Maritimes; he steps up a notch now and loses Bartlett. (2) CENTURY INSPECTOR is running out of excuses on the win end but has no excuse not to hit the board from this spot.

Race 8: NW13021 in last 5 starts Pace
(2) MY ULTIMATE BYRON A was second best last out in a 1:51 mile and as previously mentioned horses from this outfit have been going forward. (7) FAMILY RECIPE steps back up off an easy drop-and-pop win and he's got the class, just needs the speed from post seven. (5) LOUS BEACH rallied well last week and Pantaleano is here driving again.
Race 9: NW15996 in last 5 starts Pace
(7) DESPERATE MAN crushed in debut for the Alexander barn and gets the call to repeat despite drawing outside and facing better. (2) I'LL DRINK TO THAT was overmatched in his last couple but drops here and lands a good post; like the top choice he's got loads of back class. (1) KASHED UP A closed well for third in his local return and moves all the way inside.
Race 10: F&M $50,000 Claiming Pace
(6) GOLDEN QUEST N has had a solid season mostly competing at this level and the classy mare does have some early speed; hopefully Siegelman can hustle her out and land on or close to the front. If so, she has a big chance to repeat. (3) BOLT OF BEAUTY has a couple of near-misses recently and should offer some value. (1) SHECOULDBEGOOD N has speed and rail but does need more finishing power; Holland can sit a trip with her and land a share.
