Race 1 - 3-5YO 30000CLM Pace

(2) CAPTAIN T HANOVER won in this class a couple times back in July and trainer Scott Di Domenico has been sending out plenty of live horses as of late. He also gets reunited with Jim Marohn Jr. (1) TWO FACED miscued before the start last Thursday but was claimed by a high-percentage stable and gets a driver switch to Jason Bartlett. (4) HE'S SPECIAL went down the highway to win at this level on 8-29 and makes his third start for this barn and on Lasix.

Race 2 - Amateur Race for Winners Over 3249 Trot

(3) FANATIC didn't have much of a chance on 8-29 from post eight but drew well tonight and rallied to finish second in a similar race to this two back. (5) SWISS HOUSE ONFIRE switches over to the amateur ranks out of the NW20000L5's. Based on who he's been facing, he should be one of the main contenders against this group. (2) PSALMSFORTYSIXFIVE shows just one finish outside the top three in his last seven appearances and scored in an amateur tilt at Yonkers in late July.

Race 3 - 40000CLM Trot

(5) STEUBEN HANOVER has been knocking on the door lately and is worth another shot, I think. He moves in a couple of notches on the gate after having post seven last time out and George Brennan often does well with Travis Alexander's horses. (2) BAR COINS has a recent two-race win streak in this class and goes with Bartlett tonight as Joe Bongiorno is at The Meadows. (1) LOS BALLYKEELAMIGO rebounded from a miscue on 8-22 with a closing second-place effort in a $40,000 claiming event most recently.

Race 4 - 40000CLM Trot

(2) FULL STRENGTH is going to get another shot from me this time as the horses he was facing before coming to Yonkers just stand way out to me, and he is a first-timer out of the hot Cory Stratton stable after being claimed. (1) PASSIONATE PROMISE captured a $40,000 claimer on 8-8 and enters off a rallying second-place result last Thursday. He gets a new driver with Jim Marohn Jr. hopping in the seat. (3) PC FREE WHEELING has won at this level before and should get back into contention as she slides in from the eight-hole to post three.

Race 5 - 3-5YO 30000CLM Pace

(6) TARGET AQUIRED finished up his mile well from off-the-pace in his first try in this class last Thursday. He starts from another outside draw tonight but gets Bartlett in the seat and is worth sticking with. (1) TO THE HUNT is in sharp form and won at this level in his last try. He slides inside on the gate to the pole position, too. (3) HUNT FOR CASH wasn't Bartlett's pick but gets a quality replacement in Jordan Stratton and has prevailed against 3-5YO $30,000 claiming company before.

Race 6 - Amateur Race for Winners Over 4,001 Trot

(1) CAL MILES N SHELL took an amateur race back on 8-15 and should have a chance to duplicate that feat tonight as he starts from the pole for Vicki and Cory Stratton. (6) STICK WITH ME KID had the one poor result on 8-15 after a tough trip but has been lights out other than that and kept Andrew Adamczyk in the bike. (5) WINDSONG PIONEER led throughout and won an amateur event last Thursday. Adamczyk was listed but opted for STICK WITH ME KID, giving Scott Keppler the call.

Race 7 - F&M Invitational Trot

(3) P L NOTSONICE continues to race well in this class and is capable of winning as she showed back on 7-18. She gets to partner with Dan Dube here, and I'm going to hope she's handled more aggressively by him. (6) DIAMANTE TRIO IT has won back-to-back tries at this level. She does start from the outside but has plenty of early foot that should allow her to get positioned on or near the front. (2) WARRAWEE XENIA hasn't been able to find the winner's circle since her last start at age 3, and while I'll use underneath, I will continue to try and beat her for the top spot.

Race 8 - Invitational Trot

(1) CRISTAL TRIO IT goes back to facing the boys tonight, but I've been impressed with all of her efforts since coming to Yonkers and will swing with her. (4) ONCE IN A LIFETIME was third in the Invitational back on 8-22 and had to work pretty hard to get to the top that night. Any smoother trip would raise his chances here. (5) I GET IT makes his second start back after a layoff and this looks like a softer Invitational Trot than he was in last Thursday.

Race 9 - NW20000L5/Winners in the last Start of the Base Class NW15000L5/NW10 PM Races LT/60000CLM Trot

Maybe (2) ROGER RABBIT is one class too high, but he didn't have a chance to show much from the eight-hole last Thursday. He moves way inside on the gate this time and that should allow for a more aggressive approach. (4) RITSON remains in sharp form and does have that victory at the top level down at Harrah's Philadelphia on 7-18. (1) STREET GOSSIP was third in a NW20000L5 tilt on 8-29 and starts from the pole here, making him usable.
