Race 1 - NW6/75000LT Trot

(1) ONION GUM raced well to finish second from the eight-hole in this class a week ago and moves inside to the pole position here. (6) SEVEN SINS cruised to a win in the New York Excelsior "A" Series final at Batavia in his first start out of Jeff Cullipher's barn on 9-13 and returns to overnight competition here. (2) WANIA has hit the board in four straight outings for a high-percentage barn and has some post relief tonight.

Race 2 - 3-5YO Open Pace

(1) LUCKBEWITHALEX finally has an inside post and gets reunited with Jordan Stratton. I like his back-to-back 27 and change final quarters and will use. (3) JM'S FINALTREASURE tallied in his debut in this class a week ago and starts from another good draw tonight, making him a logical contender again. (2) SOUTHWIND PETYR hasn't been outside the top three since the 1st of August. Tyler Buter takes back over the driving here, and they just missed by a nose at this level when they partnered up on 8-31.

Race 3 - NW8/100000LT Trot

(5) IN A TINY WAY finds a softer spot here than the F&M Open she was in last Thursday and also gets Buter back in the bike. (3) CREATIVE VENTURE made a break on 9-14 but was racing very well prior to that and I will include in the hopes of a quick rebound. (2) DESTINYS DARLING knocked off NW6 company last Thursday at big odds. She moves up in class tonight but starts from post two again.

Race 4 - 50000CLM Trot

(2) PERRON didn't have much of a chance last Thursday from post seven in a NW30000L5 test but gets class and post relief tonight. (1) IM THE MUSCLE rolled on the front-end to a victory a week ago in his second start for this barn and slides inside to the pole here. (5) ABBEY D has raced well in her last two outings, including a second in the F&M Open last week.

Race 5 - NW4/50000LT Trot

(7) ROSE RUN YANKEE closed with some interest on 9-14 after an inside trip. Iam hoping the non-winning effort and shift to an outside post inflate his odds tonight. (2) WILD WAY rallied to finish second in her Yonkers debut a couple of weeks ago and was coming off a sick scratch into that race. (1) SHOPPING IN PARIS hasn't been outside the top two since coming to Yonkers from Kentucky. She does step up in class but offsets it by starting from the pole.

Race 6 - Open Handicap Trot

(6) STORMY KROMER wasn't able to threaten in the Robert Miecuna Invitational on International Trot Day after starting in a trailing post but is a well-known commodity at the Open level and starts on the gate tonight. (5) PAPPARDELLE has had success at Yonkers before and hit the board in back-to-back tries in the Open at Harrah's Philadelphia. (4) NOWS THE MOMENT took advantage of facing NW30000L5 company last Thursday to score a convincing victory and is back in the top class here.

Race 7 - NW2/25000LT / NW1/12500LT Drawn Inside Trot

(3) DIVINE ZETTE broke a couple weeks ago but had moved into second when she did and makes her second start for these connections in a wide-open race tonight. (2) GOTTA HABIT hasn't been able to find the winner's circle since coming down here from Canada but is riding a four-race streak of hitting the board, so I'll include him underneath. (5) BAR KEEP DE VIE was a gaining fourth against NW2's at Yonkers on 9-7 and returns to overnight company here after racing in a leg of the New Jersey Standardbred Development Fund Series at Freehold.

Race 8 - 50000CLM Trot

(1) IN MY DREAMS had some late trot from off-the-pace last Thursday and makes his second start for these connections tonight from the pole. He tallied in this class on August 31 and gets a driver switch to Brent Holland. (6) BELLA CAVALLA comes down from Woodbine Mohawk Park with back-to-back runner-up finishes in their optional $50,000 claiming class and hails from a high-percentage stable. (3) FOR A DREAMER rallied from last to fourth a week ago and moves inside on the gate this time.

Race 9 - NW30000L5/NW12 PM Races LT/75000CLM/NW20000L5 Drawn Inside Trot

(5) GLOBAL BELIEVER S double-jumps up from the NW15000L5's but hasn't lost since coming into Per Engblom's barn from Sweden and romped to an easy win in his most recent start. (6) CREDIT CON broke stride in the Miecuna Invitational but qualified well on 9-19 at Harrah's Philadelphia and gets a rare opportunity to exit the Open level. (2) SWEET SOUL DAVID is hiking up from the NW10000L5's but is doing so off a victory and was in the Open back in the summer.

Race 10 - NW7500L5/Winners in the Last Start of the Base Class NW5000L5 Pace

(3) MY MIKI BEACH lands in a much softer spot here than anything he's been in lately, and I'm going to bank on him taking advantage. (5) TUGGIN ON MY HEART gained a couple of spots in the back-half of his mile on 9-18 and now has class and post relief in his second start for Jenn Bongiorno. (2) CAVIART SARGENT has finished third in both of his tries since dropping to this level a couple weeks ago and takes another crack at it tonight.
