Race 1 - NW5000L5/12500CLM Pace
(6) THRASHER takes a second shot at bottom level foes tonight while he gets a barn change and a new driver in Jason Bartlett. I'll expect improvement and use. (5) MARLBANK ROAD could be ready for an aggressive approach again after racing from off-the-pace in his last outing. He went a long way on the front-end on 8-7 before ending up second-placed-third. (2) JUDDY DOUGLAS A won in the corresponding class to this one two back at Harrah's Philadelphia and was Brent Holland's choice in here.

Race 2 - F&M Invitational Trot
(3) CANTKEEPMIASECRET was handled very conservatively a week ago and never got involved. I anticipate with Dan Dube hopping in the bike that she'll go back to being sent, and I'll give her the nod. (2) DIAMANTE TRIO IT turned a pocket trip into a victory in this class last Thursday and she has a post advantage on the other fancied contenders in this contest. (4) P L NOTSONICE returns on short rest after posting a fourth against the likes of Jiggy Jog S in an Invitational at Pocono on Saturday. She's capable, but I also expect she'll be taking back to last or next-to-last.

Race 3 - 25000CLM Pace
(3) CAVIART ROCKLAND tired on the front-end last Wednesday but I respect anything coming out of this stable, and he gets to drop a bit from the $30,000 claimers to the $25,000 claimers. (1) ALOTBETTOR N has hit the board in five straight outings and has a pair of victories within that streak. George Brennan guided him to his most recent tally and is back at the controls tonight. (2) TUXEDO BAY shows a couple of thirds against $30,000 claiming handicap company at Pocono back in June and gets post and class relief here. Holland also takes over the driving.
Race 4 - 3-5YO 30000CLM Pace
(3) PORTERS MAN finished a game second against NW1 company on 8-13. He makes his second start out of this stable tonight and recently added Lasix. (4) CAUGHTINALANDSLIDE shifts over to this class here after facing NW7500L5 and NW10000L5 foes recently. I like that he's been finishing out his recent miles with strong final quarters. (6) BEGGIN FOR BACON drew outside but has hit the board in both of his appearances since he went on Lasix and prevailed at Yonkers back on July 9.
Race 5 - NAADA Summer Series Finale Trot
(1) STICK WITH ME KID got parked out for a ways and predictably tired a week ago. Here, he moves to the pole and doesn't face either the winner or the second-place finisher from that race last Thursday. He has the best form in this tilt, and I expect he'll wire this group. (7) PSALMSFORTYSIXFIVE drew poorly but has been performing well since he came back with trotting hobbles last month. He won a leg of this series on 7-25. (4) RACEACE was second against my top selection when they met on the 10th of July and trainer/driver Alan Schwartz has been doing well at Yonkers through 2024.
Race 6 - 40000CLM Trot
(3) MAX delivered a win in a $40,000 claiming event last Thursday, and moves inside on the gate tonight. I think he'll still have some value and is worth a shot. (2) PASSIONATE PROMISE scored two weeks ago in this class and slides in from post five to the two-hole. (5) ROGER RABBIT has been in the top three in five of his last seven trips behind the gate and is a second-time starter for trainer Dennis Laterza.
Race 7 - 3-5YO 30000CLM Pace
(2) MIND HUNTER had to settle for second as the favorite in a NW5000L5 race on 8-13 but has performed well in both of his outings since joining this stable and gets another shot with Bartlett at the controls. (6) TO THE HUNT drew outside but is in great form and was claimed again by trainer Cory Stratton out of his victory on August 12. Jordan Stratton takes over the driving. (5) LAST POUND rallied to just miss by a nose in this class a week ago and trainer Gil Garcia-Herrera has been sending out several live horses as of late.

Race 8 - Invitational Trot
(6) INCOMMUNICADO is riding a three-race win streak in the Invitational and even showed a new dimension on 8-8 as he left and led most of the way. (3) MISSISSIPPI STORM saw his run of on-the-board finishes end last week but he did finish with trot. I'll include. (2) CRISTAL TRIO IT was a longshot in the Invitational a week ago but performed well to come in a dead-heat for second. He has a post advantage on the other obvious one in here.
Race 9 - 40000CLM Trot
(1) SKYWAY PROFESSOR appears to have a similar profile to stablemate Max back from race six as he is switching to overnight competition off some good efforts in amateur contests, which Max did last week and then won a $40,000 claimer. Add in that he drew the pole and adds Brennan, and I'll put him on top. (4) STEUEBEN HANOVER had some trot in the lane after riding the pylons last Thursday. Perhaps that'll have him primed for a more aggressive approach tonight. (5) NO MORE SWEETS comes in from Northfield in sharp form and is now with Per Engblom. That also gets him Bartlett at the lines.
Race 10 - NW20000L5/NW10 PM Races LT/60000CLM Trot
(2) CECIL HANOVER owns a three-for-three mark at Yonkers with Dan Dube driving him, including a victory in this class on 8-8. I think he could even offer a bit of value tonight due to the presence of (1) ARI FERRARI J, who qualified well at Pocono last week and has raced in nothing but stakes events so far in 2024. (4) TACHYON double-drops out of the Invitational here and did win the last time he was below that level on the 20th of June.
