Race 1 - 40000CLM Trot
(3) LIGHTFOOTEDLEGEND finished with good trot off dull cover last Thursday and gets to move inside on the gate tonight. (5) THE BALLYKEEL DEAL has two straight second-place finishes to a couple of classy foes in All Champy and Manclane and probably faces a softer group here. (2) BAR COINS rode the rail and was fourth in this class a week ago and has some additional post relief in this contest.

Race 2 - F&M Invitational Trot
(3) PARISO closed well in this class in a third-place finish a week ago and had a bit of a gap in her schedule coming into that race. Her trainer Shane Tritton is having a very strong meet. (2) P L NOTSONICE owns two wins and a second in her last three tries at this level and has post relief this week. (5) PERFECT VIXEN was second in the race won by P L NOTSONICE last Thursday and has hit the board in her last seven appearances overall.

Race 3 - 40000CLM Trot
(2) ALL CHAMPY came up just a neck short of a second straight victory a week ago. He gets to move in a couple notches on the gate this time, and I'll swing with him. (4) MAX was able to rally past ALL CHAMPY to get the win last Thursday and is definitely usable again here, though he does move out on the gate. (5) PERRON has been in the top three in his last couple of tries, including a third behind MAX and ALL CHAMPY last week.
Race 4 - 30000CLM Pace
(2) BALLERAT BOOMERANG is winless in 2024 after an excellent campaign last year, but he gets significant post relief here, and the last time he had an inside post on 4-15, he was fourth in a fast mile in this class. (1) GENIUS MAN was second in this class a week ago and goes for new connections off a claim tonight. He also gets a driver switch to Jason Bartlett. (3) HURRIKANEKINGJAMES saw his streak of on-the-board finishes end last Thursday but gets to move in from post six to the three-hole this time.
Race 5 - NW7500L5/Winners in the Last Start of the Base Class NW5000L5 Pace
(3) YOROKOBI N continues to work his way down the class ladder tonight, and the last time he was in a NW7500L5 base class event back on 3-7, he was a winner. (2) DUVAL STREET also drops out of the NW10000L5 level and gets significant post relief to go with it. He showed the ability to finish fourth in a NW15000L5 race two back. (1) THE REGULATOR is another horse in here that's finding a softer spot compared to recent races. He gets reunited with Bartlett for leading trainer Per Engblom.
Race 6 - Amateur Race for Winners Over 5700L5/17500CLM Trot
(2) CAL MILES N SHELL enters this race off a win and a second in a John Brennan Trotting Series consolation and starts from an inside post, too. I'll put him on top as this should be a much easier spot. (4) BONTONI DEGATO S had no chance from post eight in a John Brennan Trotting Series consolation race a week ago but gets to move inside on the gate here and is having a very strong 2024 campaign. (1) DOO WOP KID starts from the pole and was third in a leg of an amateur racing series at Yonkers last Thursday.
Race 7 - NW20391L5/Winners in the Last Start of the Base Class NW15000L5/NW10 PM Races LT/60000CLM Trot
(4) GAELIHILL tired on the lead last week but that was in a higher class and against a couple tougher rivals. He gets co-owner Yannick Gingras in the bike again, and I'll be hoping for another aggressive try. (5) EPOS OSTERVANG DK broke last week, but that's very out of character for him. He's normally reliable to hit the ticket, and I'll look for him to rebound quickly. (1) DW'S POINT MAN was third following a first-over try at this level a week ago. He makes his second start on Lasix here.
Race 8 - Invitational Trot
(2) HERODOTUS was a good second to a classy foes in Keg Stand in a NW30000L5 race a week ago. He has a big post advantage on the logical horses in this event, and I'll look for him to improve in his second outing of 2024. (7) NOWS THE MOMENT won impressively on the front-end last Thursday. He does move outside on the gate tonight, but he has plenty of early foot to overcome it if Jordan Stratton chooses to send him again. (5) ROYALTY BEER couldn't get involved from the eight-hole in the John Brennan Trotting Series final last week but has post relief this time and has been sharp all year.

Race 9 - NW23821L5/Winners in the Last Start of the Base Class NW15000L5/NW10 PM Races LT/60000CLM Trot
(3) HIGHLAND MOWGLI double-drops in class out of the Invitational and hit the board against tougher NW30000L5 foes twice back in April. (1) JULA MUSCLE PACK slides down from the NW30000L5 level and gets reunited with Bartlett this time. (4) VINNY DE VIE won a NW20000L5 race a week ago and doesn't have to move up here. He does lose Gingras to my top pick, so Brent Holland takes over.
Race 10 - 3-5YO 30000CLM Pace
(5) FINAL CHEESERECIPE tallied at this level two starts back and finished with a ton of pace from an outside post last week. (3) BIG DREAM FELLA led throughout and won a week ago. He's been sharp for a while outside of the one appearance where he made a miscue on 3-28. (1) LAZ owns a win in this class back in late March and was third in the same event FINAL CHEESERECIPE and BIG DREAM FELLA exit from last Thursday.
