(3) BRAVE BY DESIGN lost all chance when he broke prior to the start last week but just missed prior to that and was Yogi Sheridan's pick over another one in here. (1) PAPA JOE LOZITO finished second to a well-meant winner a week ago and tonight he has by far the best post he's had in his lines. (6) SKY BOX enters with three consecutive on-the-board finishes, including a victory at Yonkers on 4-10. (3) HAT TRICK MARLEAU has finished second or third in his last three tries and drew inside my top two selections. Race 3 - 40000CLM Trot (3) WARRAWEE WHISPER prevailed at this level two back and debuts for a high-percentage stable off a claim from an improved post tonight. (2) CHULO has the leading driver/trainer combo behind him and won handiy against $40,000 claimers last Thursday. (6) JAS BLUESTONE broke on 4-23 but has a win and a second in his two other appearances at Yonkers thus far in 2026. Race 4 - F&M Invitational Trot (5) GLUTES HANOVER never got involved last week but I have to think a much more aggressive approach will be forthcoming tonight and that she'll rebound. (6) PAYBACK MONI gets co-owner Yannick Gingras back in the bike tonight and owns a victory in this class back on 3-26. (3) HOT FLASH KIMMY has hit the board in six of her last seven outings and obviously has a post position advantage on my top two picks in this contest. Race 5 - NAADA Spring Series Leg #8 Trot (5) WINDSONG PIONEER was locked in the pocket and couldn't get out last week. He moves in a couple of notches on the gate tonight, and I expect he'll be taking no prisoners. (6) BIG CHARLIE MORAN comes in with five straight on-the-board finishes and has shown the ability to take a lot of air on the outside and keep trotting forward. (2) SOUTHSIDE BAR debuts for new connections and shows a pair of recent victories at Northfield. He was also Sheridan's choice of a pair of horses. Race 6 - NW20000L5 / Winners in Last Start of the Base Class NW15000L5 / NW10 PM Races LT / 60000CLM Trot (5) HIGH SPEED SWAN closed with trot in a third-place finish in this class on 4-23 and gets reunited with Jason Bartlett here. He was also Bartlett's choice over a horse from the leading stable at Yonkers. (1) PEDAL ON METAL had no shot from the eight-hole last week but moves inside to the pole position here, gets reunited with Austin Siegelman and hit the board in three straight tries from April 3 through April 17. (3) MON AMOUR was third when he hiked up to this level last Thursday and has been in sharp form overall for a while for a high-percentage stable. Race 7 - NW21311L5 / Winners in Last Start of the Base Class NW15000L5 / NW10 PM Races LT / 60000CLM Trot (3) CANTSTOP YANKEE tallied from the eight-hole two back in this class and then just missed in another strong effort last week. (1) KARINCHAK just missed by a nose last week to a horse who'll be one of the favorites in tonight's Invitational and starts from the pole position again. (2) AQUARIUS FACE S squeezed into this race by a dollar as he has $21,310 earned in his last five starts. He's on a six-race streak of top-three finishes for the leading trainer and gets Bartlett back in the bike. (5) SECURITY PROTECTED comes in with back-to-back victories, including in the Invitational on April 23 where he was able to rally past my top selection. (4) SOUTHWIND COORS tired on the front-end on 4-23 but raced well from first-over prior to that and gets reunited with Gingras. Race 9 - 25000CLM Pace (3) THONG CONTROL scored in game fashion when he dropped to this level last week and now debuts for a high-percentage stable off a claim. That also gets him a driver switch to Bartlett. (1) THEFLYINGROCK has hit the board in three straight tries against $25,000 claimers, including a win on 4-8. He debuts for new connections after being claimed again, gets significant post relief and parters with Gingras after Bartlett opted for my top selection. (2) HARD TO CATCH was third in this class two back and slides back down after he took one shot against $30,000 claiming company on April 27. Race 10 - F&M 20000CLM Pace (3) IRIS SEELSTER doesn't have a win yet in 2026 but has shown the ability to hit the board against $20,000 claimers. She gets some post relief this time and was Siegelman's choice over two others. (2) FORTUNADA has a win and a second since Joe Bongiorno started driving her. He's in the bike again tonight as she moves in from post five to the two-hole. (5) IDEAL SKIES has on-the-board finishes in four of her last seven outings, including victories last week and also on April 1.
