(5) FIGHT NOT FLIGHT has a second and a win since she slid down to this class and rejoins the Laterza stable off a re-claim. (1) WHO'S PERFECT owns a couple of recent thirds against $20,000 claiming foes, including most recently, and starts from the pole for a high-percentage stable. [DRF HARNESS: Get Harness Eye PPs for this card] Race 2 - 15000CLM Pace (7) SHINE A LIGHT drew poorly but has been lording over this class for a long time and catches a group here that's not in good form overall. (2) HUGH HESTON was third against $15,000 claimers two back and moves inside on the gate from the six-hole to post two tonight. (1) ENFORCER was facing tougher foes when last seen locally and returns off a third from a bad post at Tioga most recently. Race 3 - 40000CLM Trot (7) MASSIVE DESIRE landed a bad post here but debuts for the leading stable and gets co-owner Yannick Gingras to drive. That often bodes well, and I'll swing with him. (4) JAS BLUESTONE broke on 4-23 but hasn't been outside the trifecta in his other appearances at Yonkers and makes his second start for these connections. (2) BONTONI DEGATO S gained spots and ground in a third-place effort a week ago and now gets a driver switch to Jason Bartlett. Race 4 - F&M Invitational Trot (6) PAYBACK MONI hasn't had any issue overcoming this post in back-to-back wins, and I'll look for her to get the job done again tonight with Gingras in the bike. (5) ALWAYS A STORY and (4) GLUTES HANOVER finished second and third, respectively, to PAYBACK MONI a week ago, and that's where I'm going to slot them again here. Race 5 - 25000CLM Pace (5) ITALIAN LAD N tired off a parked-out trip last week but hit the board in two starts before that and hails from a stable that's winning piles of races out of town right now. (7) CURLY JAMES A continues to work his way down the ladder tonight and beat optional $75,000 claimers as recently as March 23. (1) TELITONTHEMOUNTAIN was third when he dropped to this class a week ago and starts from the pole for the leading driver/trainer combo. Race 6 - 40000CLM Trot (3) WARRAWEE WHISPER comes in with back-to-back victories since he joined this stable, including a romping, open-lengths tally a week ago. (1) CHULO has been outside the exacta just once in his six recent appearances at this level at Yonkers and landed the pole position for the top driver/trainer tandem. (2) STACKING GREEN rallied to score in this class last Thursday and makes his third start for these connections from a good post here. Race 7 - Invitational Trot (8) TAKE ALL COMERS is stuck out in the eight-hole but has closed well in back-to-back outings and has shown plenty of speed off the gate in the past. (7) SOUTHWIND COORS teams up with Gingras again and was able to hold off my top pick to win in the Invitational a week ago. (6) ASTEROID took the Invitational on May 7 and was third behind TAKE ALL COMERS and SOUTHWIND COORS last Thursday. He's hit the board in four of his last seven outings overall and races out of a high-percentage stable. (4) MAHONE SEELSTER prevailed in this class on 3-19 and 4-9 and enters with a second and a third in his last two starts. (6) FULL OF MUSCLES drops out of the Invitational and won handily at this level on April 16. Race 9 - 30000CLM Pace (5) ZEBS KRAFTY took his Yonkers debut on 5-5 and also prevailed at Woodbine Mohawk Park prior to that. He got the nod from Matt Kakaley over another one in here and I'll go with him as well. (4) EVER M was fourth when he hiked up to this class on May 4, ending his run of wins and on-the-board results. He does get a driver switch to Bartlett here, so I'll include. (2) BETTOR BY SEASIDE gets significant post relief and closed with pace in back-to-back tries.
