MEET STATS: 65 - 287 / $483.00 (-$91.00) BEST BETS: 18 - 27 / $71.30 (+$17.30) SPOT PLAYS: 2 - 27 / $23.80 (-$30.20) BEST BET-LAZ (2nd) SPOT PLAY-BULLY BOY HILL (1st) Race 1 - 40000CLM Trot I think (4) BULLY BOY HILL remains quietly very sharp as he turned in another gaining effort a week ago. He moves inside on the gate here and hopefully will be closer to the action that he has been. (3) BARN HALL is three-for-three since he came into Jeff Cullipher's stable and drew well again tonight. (7) EPOS OSTERVANG DK makes his third start on Lasix for leading trainer Per Engblom and has hit the board in five of his last seven appearances. [DRF HARNESS: Get Harness Eye PPs for this card] Race 2 - 3-6YO 30000CLM Pace (1) LAZ got the job done last week for his second victory in this class. He starts from post one tonight and meets up with another beatable group. (5) CAMOUFLAGE MONEY was second to LAZ when they met a week ago in an improved effort compared to his mile on 4-8. He gets another shot with Jason Bartlett in the bike tonight. (7) MUSIC HALL defeated open $30,000 claimers and faces age-restricted rivals tonight. At his best he's obviously good enough to win again, but as you can see in his lines, he doesn't always fire. Race 3 - Invitational Handicap Trot (4) BENJAMIN HANOVER should have picked up some confidence with an easy win over NW30000L5 company on 4-10 and hopefully will be put on the front-end again here like he was in that victory. (5) SOUTHWIND COORS won the Invitational at Yonkers on the 27th of March and has been out of the top three just once so far this year. He's a definite contender. (6) TIPSY MONI starts from the outside but has been on a tear thus far in 2025 and took the last edition of the Invitational that was held on April 3. Race 4 - NW7500L5/Winners in Last Start of the Base Class NW5000L5 Pace (6) GINGRAS BEACH drops out of the NW10000L5 class tonight and looked like he had pace in the stretch last Tuesday but didn't have any room. (2) NIGHT HAWK came up empty at Pocono most recently but just missed in a NW15000L5 tilt here prior to that. He gets some post relief and is also reunited with Yannick Gingras here. (1) HOPNROLL HEAVEN went over to Monticello and had a third and then a win. That should have boosted his confidence and he adds Bartlett from the pole position. Race 5 - 3-6YO 20000CLM Pace (4) CAUGHTINALANDSLIDE wound up first-over last week and that trip didn't work out for him. I'll hope for a smoother journey from this mid-pack post and give him another shot as all of his recent final quarters are strong. (5) CONTACT ZONE hasn't won yet this year but was second last week to a red-hot foe who isn't in this race. (2) METAMAN drew inside and has hit the board in five of his last seven tries. He also gets to team up with Gingras again. Race 6 - 3-6YO 30000CLM Pace (3) BIG DREAM FELLA exits open $30,000 claimers to face age-restricted foes tonight. He gained ground in the final quarter in this class back on March 27 and was third on March 3 and I'm not in love with any of the favorites in here. (5) FLIP MY CHIP shows a couple of wins in this class but did tire on the front-end a week ago. He does have post relief tonight, though and moves inside on the gate. (4) ALWAYSCUTTINSCHOOL posted a third-place result at this level last Thursday for a high-percentage stable and was Gingras's choice. Race 7 - 30000CLM Pace (3) SAULSBROOK HERO took one shot against $40,000 claimers and it didn't work out from a poor post. He drops tonight to the class where he won two straight and drew better. (5) HAMMERING HANK gets post relief here after three straight tough draws and was third both times he competed in a $30,000 claimer last month. (2) PRICELESS BEACH has a win and a third in his last two appearances at this level and gets a driver switch to Gingras. Race 8 - NW20000L5/Winners in Last Start of the Base Class NW15000L5/NW10 PM Races LT/60000CLM Trot (2) INFINITY STONE romped in his debut for these connections last week and I think he can handle the class hike here. (4) BRAVO ANGEL S moves up from the NW15000L5 level but is three-for-three since she joined the Engblom stable and is likely the one to beat again. (3) P L NOTSONICE comes over from Pocono off a win in her 2025 debut on April 15 and should be sharper tonight with that start under her belt. [DRF HARNESS: Sign up for our FREE DRF Harness Digest Newsletter] Race 9 - 40000CLM Trot (1) MOHATU AS just missed by a head in this class two back and moves inside from post six to the pole position this week. He also gets a new driver with Scott Zeron taking over. (2) OVER AND BACK has won his last two outings for Bartlett & Engblom and should be a threat again from another inside post. (3) AUSTRAL HANOVER broke last week but had a victory and a second prior to that and also shows another tally against $40,000 claimers back in February. Race 10 - 25000CLM Pace (4) KARLOO BRADLEY N slides down from the $30,000 claiming class and shows a win at that level as recently as March 19. (1) SAN DOMINO A comes in with back-to-back second-place finishes and starts from post one in his second outing for these connections. He also has Bartlett in the bike again. (3) WICHITA LINEMAN finished third against $25,000 claiming foes on 4-3 and gained ground in the final quarter of his mile a week ago. He's also getting significant post relief.
