MEET STATS: 53 - 242 / $405.50 (-$78.50) BEST BETS: 16 - 23 / $64.30 (+$18.30) SPOT PLAYS: 2 - 23 / $23.80 (-$22.20) BEST BET-BROOKVIEW DARIUS (3rd) SPOT PLAY-HURRIKANE CHEYENNE (5th) Race 1 - 40000CLM Trot (2) ARCHERY SEELSTER shows a couple of recent on-the-board results in this class and moves in on the gate from post eight to the two-hole for a high-percentage stable. He also gets a driver switch to Scott Zeron. (4) AIRMANS JACKPOT romped to a victory in a $40,000 claimer a week ago and has been in sharp form for an extended period of time overall. (1) AUSTRAL HANOVER starts from the pole position again and owns a win at this level back on 2-20. He comes in off a solid second-place effort in his last outing on March 27. [DRF HARNESS: Get Harness Eye PPs for this card] Race 2 - NW20000L5 / NW10 PM Races LT / 60000CLM Trot (6) SISTER MARY MAUDE is on a quick turnaround as she was fifth in her race on Saturday at the Meadowlands. She's been excellent on half-mile tracks through her career and I think she'll enjoy the switch off the mile track tonight. She also gets to partner with Yannick Gingras. (5) DIAMANTE TRIO IT steps up but comes in off a romping victory over NW15000L5 company on March 28 and has shown the ability to be competitive at higher levels than this in the past. (2) SWANS EYE gets to drop out of the Invitational and F&M Invitational and drew inside again to boot. I'll include. Race 3 - 40000CLM Trot (5) BROOKVIEW DARIUS took one shot against optional $60,000 claimers and now returns to the level where he was racing well prior to that. He also adds Gingras in the bike. (4) PASSIONATE PROMISE had not shot last week after she got parked but was in sharp form both here and at The Meadows prior to that difficult trip. (1) OVER AND BACK has an inside post for the first time since he came to Yonkers and joined Per Engblom's stable. I wouldn't be surprised if he improves. Race 4 - NW20000L5 / NW12 PM Races LT / 60000CLM Trot (2) BLACKHAWK ZETTE makes his 4-year-old debut here. He had an excellent campaign a year ago, including a third in the Pennsylvania Sire Stakes final. He added Lasix before 2024 ended, remains on it and his qualifier at Pocono was solid. (4) RITSON faces a much more wide-open group tonight than he did a week ago when he was in against some tough foes and gets another chance to partner with Zeron. (3) WHEELZABLAZIN raced well when he was at Yonkers back in the winter and returns tonight off several strong performances over at Pocono. He was Jason Bartlett's choice of two in this tilt. Race 5 - 30000CLM Pace (5) HURRIKANE CHEYENNE comes south from Woodbine Mohawk Park and has been racing very well up there for a high-percentage stable. (8) SADDLE UP starts from the eight-hole but is in sharp form and just missed by a nose from the outside two back. (2) PRICELESS BEACH burned some money last time out as he could only manage a seventh, but that was against $40,000 claiming company. He won at this level prior to that and was Zeron's choice. Race 6 - 40000CLM Trot (3) KOVU AS drew well tonight after three straight eight-holes and gets reunited with Matt Kakaley. I'll hope the post relief makes a big difference and give him top call. (2) BARN HALL has won two straight since joining Jeff Cullipher's stable and moves inside a couple of slots on the gate here. (4) EPOS OSTERVANG DK was third against $40,000 claiming company in his last try on 3-27 and it's difficult to overlook any horse Engblom is putting on the track right now. Race 7 - NW30401L5 / NW12 PM Races LT / 75000CLM / Higher Money Earners who are NW L3 Starts Draw Outside Trot (1) LEXUS KODY was on his best behavior last Thursday and cruised to victory. I think he should be sharper tonight as this is his second start back after a layoff and I don't see the step up the class ladder being an issue. (6) BENJAMIN HANOVER drops out of the Invitational. He's raced from off-the-pace in his last two tries but has shown much more early speed in the past. (2) BLACK MAGIC slides down from the Invitational also and was in great form before his try in this class a week ago. [DRF HARNESS: Sign up for our FREE DRF Harness Digest Newsletter] Race 8 - NW7500L5/Winners in Last Start of the Base Class NW5000L5 Pace (4) BRAKE AHEAD came in third in a NW10000L5 contest last time out and drops to face NW7500L5 foes here. (5) IDEALSOMEMAGIC A found a winning spot at Pocono on 3-24 and has done well in the past against much tougher rivals than he faces tonight. That confidence boost of getting back to the winner's circle might have been all he needed. (3) SAMHARA N hasn't won in 2025 but his last two miles have been good and he closed in 27 and change in his third-place effort on March 27. Race 9 - 25000CLM Pace (3) TWIG didn't threaten in his last two starts but both of those were from outside posts. He drew well tonight, just missed by a head back on 3-17 and has Bartlett in the bike again. Also note Bartlett took him over an Engblom horse, which is often significant. (4) IM A POWERPLAY A also moves inside on the gate as he had the seven-hole last week. He was the runner-up in his race on March 24 and gets reunited with Gingras. (1) BETTORBUCKLEUP starts from the pole position and enters off a third-place finish in his last outing. Race 10 - 3-6YO 30000CLM Pace (3) I'M THE PRINCE wound up too far back last week and had to settle for a gaining second-place finish. It was another good effort and he moves in on the gate tonight. (2) FLIP MY CHIP romped on the front-end in his return to this class a week ago. He was re-claimed out of that race by Dennis Laterza, and he was two-for-two out of his stable in March. (1) RICARDOSHILYSHALLY hikes up from the age-restricted $20,000 claimers but was a winner in his first outing for Engblom last Thursday and drew post one. Race 11 - 3-6YO 20000CLM Pace (2) ON DAYBOO posted a second-place finish to a sharp rival in his last outing on 3-27. Tonight he gets post relief and a driver switch to Bartlett. (5) SHOCK TROOPER invades from The Meadows off two straight victories. He's now in a stable that's capable of having one ready to fire off a big mile, recently added Lasix and gets Gingras in the bike. (4) DONTTELLMENOW has been racing pretty well against open $20,000 claimers lately and faces age-restricted company tonight.
