Race 1 - NAADA Eligible Trot

(2) VELOCIRAPTOR faced way tougher competition at Yonkers twice in February than he does tonight and comes off a solid-enough fourth over at the Meadowlands. (3) DROP THE MIC inherited a win via placing a week ago but did race pretty well and kept Tony Beltrami in the bike. (8) IMA STANDUP GUY had three victories in this series but comes off a tiring effort. Watch for a late driver change on race night as that happened several times throughout this event.

Race 2 - NW7500L5/Winners in Last Start of the Base Class NW5000L5 Pace

(1) CAVIART SARGENT double-drops out of the NW15000L5 class and closed out his mile in 27 3/5 in a check-getting performance most recently. He was also Anthony Napolitano's choice. (2) SHAZAM BLUE CHIP slides down a notch from the NW10000L5's and moves inside on the gate from the eight-hole to post two for the potent Jason Bartlett/Per Engblom duo. (5) TWIN B POWERBALL continues to work his way down the ladder tonight but does show a victory over NW15000L5 company as recently as December 9 of last year.

Race 3 - 40000CLM Trot

(3) DOO WOP KID has had success at Yonkers before, exits the Open level over at Monticello and picks up George Brennan from a good draw. (4) HAT TRICK MARLEAU isn't the most consistent type but did close out his mile pretty well last week, shows a second in this class once last month and gets a driver switch to Austin Siegelman. (5) ARCHERY SEELSTER shows back-to-back thirds against NW10000L5 foes at Yonkers and changes drivers to Bartlett this time.

Race 4 - NW5181L5 who are NW L3 Starts / 12500CLM Pace

(1) ALWAYS ROCKIN closed out his mile with a lot of pace last week and drops to the bottom level tonight. He also slides inside on the gate to the pole position and adds Bartlett in the bike. (4) ROLLING WITH SAM moves down from the NW7500L5 class, moves in from the seven-hole to post four and switches drivers to Yannick Gingras. (5) FIZZING N shows a victory against NW7500L5 company as recently as December 12 of last year and drops here.

Race 5 - NAADA Winter Fun Series Final Trot

(4) ITSONEOFTHOSE lost another victory due to placing last week, the second time that's happened in his last three tries. The trainer takes over the driving tonight, and that can often be a sign that a top performance is coming in these amateur races. (6) ALL RISE has hit the board in three straight attempts and showed the ability to gain ground from off-the-pace last week after being on or near the lead prior to that. (1) MUSCLE DAN starts from post one and went a long way on the front-end before he wound up second a week ago.

Race 6 - NW5000L5 who are NW L3 Starts / 12500CLM Pace

(3) WARRIOR FOR TRUTH posted a second-place finish behind a well-meant foe a week ago and takes a second crack at the bottom level tonight. (6) HUGH HESTON hasn't won in a while but did gain ground in a third-place result last time out and it's tough to overlook Bartlett/Engblom horses. (5) UNDRTHSOUTHRNSUN N didn't have much of a chance from the eight-hole last time out but did race pretty well with a good final quarter prior to that and slides inside on the gate here.

Race 7 - 3-6YO 20000CLM Pace

(2) RICARDOSHILYSHALLY looks like he's tailed off since December, but I think this is the softest spot he's been in and he also starts from an inside post for the first time in a while. (6) SOUTH POINT is on a lengthy streak of finishes in the exacta and goes for new connections off another claim. Napolitano picks up the drive as well. (1) HELSINKI just missed by a nose against open $15,000 claimers last Wednesday and debuts for a stable that often does well with first-timers here.

Race 8 - F&M Invitational Trot

(6) TIPSY MONI often wins when she shows up in this class, including in her last attempt on 2-20, and she avoided the outside post. (3) DIAMANTE TRIO IT was second at this level a week ago and also won in the Invitational back on February 6. She recently added Lasix, too. (2) YO BETH D comes into this race with back-to-back third-place finishes in the Invitational, and that's where I'm going to slot her again this time.

Race 9 - NW21001L5/Winners in Last Start of the Base Class NW15000L5/NW10 PM Races LT/60000CLM Trot

(8) CANTSTOP YANKEE drew post eight but was third in the Invitational a week ago, and I have to think he's going to be put into play given the class drop and the fact it's another Bartlett/Engblom entrant. (1) STORMONT DIVIDE slides out of the Invitational in his third start back after a layoff and starts from the pole after a pair of poor draws. (2) THE PRINCE has three straight victories and didn't have any difficulty handling the hike from the $40,000 claimers to the optional $60,000 claiming level.

Race 10 - 40000CLM Trot

(3) INFINITY STONE finished second against $40,000 claimers back on January 30 and also posted a win in the class back on November 14 of last year. He also gets reunited with Austin Siegelman. (5) BE DIFFERENT comes in off a victory against $40,000 claiming company last week and also shows two other wins at this level. (1) AIRMANS JACKPOT got the job done a week ago and had a second prior to that. Add in that she starts from the pole, and she's very usable again.
