She gets another shot to be driven by Daniel Dube. (5) FAITHFUL DESIRE double-drops from the NW10000L5's to the bottom level. Her last win came in the corresponding class to this one down at Freehold. [DRF HARNESS: Get Harness Eye PPs for this card] Race 2 - NW6/75000LT / NW4/50000LT Trot (6) HUNTING AS sat on the inside on the final turn last week after making a two-wide move early to get around a struggling rival, then finished with some late interest. I think he's worth another shot. (5) WITH OUT A DOUBT definitely woke up in her second appearance for trainer Gil Garcia-Herrera last Thursday as she led and nearly pulled off a 46-1 upset. She won't be that kind of price, but I think she definitely has a chance to be on or near the point again. (1) DESWANSLITTLELORIE is a newcomer from the Midwest for trainer Scott Di Domenico. You have to like that early speed she's shown, and she took her seasonal mark over the half-mile track at Northfield Park in 2020. Everything her and her brother Joe are sending out is live right now and a must-use, and I will put on top. (1) DIAMONDTOOTHGERTIE posted her first on-the-board finish of 2021 on March 4 and now slides down to the NW5000L5 class from the pole position. (6) LETME FLY LOW was plagued by bad draws over at the Meadowlands but did get bet in all three starts. I'll include. Race 4 - F&M NW5000L5/12500CLM Pace (4) AMERICAN TOUR N came up a a head shy of victory last Thursday as she rallied well in the final quarter. She has another chance with Todd McCarthy driving her this time, and I'll use again. (3) AL-MAR-GOT A FEVER has been favored in both of her starts since coming in from Miami Valley but hasn't been victorious on either occasion. I'll hope she's vulnerable. (6) LADYBELUCKYTONITE hasn't won since joining the Garcia-Herrera barn, but she did get on the ticket two and three back and gained ground in the last quarter a week ago. Race 5 - NW5000L5 Pace (5) MAJOR BUCKS is another new face in the Bongiorno stable after being claimed, and I will go with him for the same reasons I did with Cinderella Delight back in race three. (3) SOLID ASA ROCK A has been working his way down in class and returns to Yonkers after one appearance over at Pocono. (7) SPORTSKEEPER drew outside again, but he did gain spots and ground in the last quarter on March 9 and could spice things up underneath if he can get on the ticket. Race 6 - F&M NW7500L5/Winners in Last Start of the Base Class NW5000L5/15000CLM Pace (5) MORE THAN MANY had to work hard to get to the lead last week and then was no match for the razor-sharp Sandy's Beach. I anticipate a rebound tonight, especially if the journey is any smoother. (1) SALLY FLETCHER A moves inside this week after having posts eight and six in her last couple. She hasn't been able to score a win yet in 2021, but she has been knocking on the door. (2) COVEREDNDIAMONDS N was re-claimed by Matthew Adamczyk after one start out of his barn that resulted in a victory. She does move up a level, but she had success against optional $15,000 claimers in late January. [DRF BETS: Wager on tonight's Yonkers card at DRF Bets.com!] Race 7 - NW7500L5/Winners in Last Start of the Base Class NW5000L5 Pace (3) WHITTAKER N started from outside posts in his last three tries at the Meadowlands. He gets a better post here for his first try at Yonkers in a while, and while rejected by Jason Bartlett, he gets a quality replacement in Todd McCarthy. (4) SILAS SEELSTER kicked home in 27 3/5 on 3-8 against NW10000L5's and now drops back to the class where he's finished second three times in 2021. (1) WARDAN EXPRESS A also slides down from the NW10000L5 level and gets to begin from the pole position to help his chances. Race 8 - F&M NW17150L5/Winners in Last Start of the Base Class NW10000L5/25000CLM Pace (7) GOLDEN QUEST N performed very well in both of her starts at the Meadowlands since returning, finishing second to high-quality foes in Machnhope and Sweet Lucy Lou. She's won at Yonkers before, too. (2) BRONSKIMACKENZIE A squeezed into this class by $25 and should appreciate dropping out of the Open and the Preferred. (5) BETTERB CHEVRON N also exits the Preferred. She was a good second in a NW20000L5 contest back on March 4. Race 9 - F&M NW10750L5/Winners in Last Start of the Base Class NW7500L5/NW7500L5 Drawn Inside Pace (8) SANDY'S BEACH jogged to two easy wins over NW5000L5's and NW7500L5's. She steps up again and moves outside here, but I think she's capable of overcoming it and might offer a bit of value she wouldn't otherwise since she's got the eight-hole. (3) SCANDALICIOUS finished third against a pretty tough group of NW10000L5's last Thursday. I think this could be a softer group, and she starts from an improved post. (6) I'M VERY SPECIAL closed well after an off-the-pace trip a week ago. It's definitely possible she goes back to a more forwardly-placed strategy tonight. Race 10 - F&M NW15000L5/Winner in Last Start of the Base Class NW10000L5/25000CLM Pace (5) BYE BYE FELICIA gives the Bongiornos another contender on this card as she drops to the level of her most recent win on January 28. (4) PONDER THE ODDS looked great in her comeback last Thursday as she won comfortably in a NW10000L5 race. This is a step up in class, but when she got good in 2020, she stayed that was for an extended period of time. (1) ROLLING GOING GONE has hit the board in six straight races and was a good second on March 4 behind the Bongiorno-trained Imprincessgemma A.
