Race 1 - F&M NW5000L5/12500CLM Pace

(2) HIGH ROLLING A ended up in a speed duel last time out at the Meadowlands, so I'm just throwing that race out. She owns a recent win over NW5000L5's here, gets reunited with Bartlett, and has an inside post. (5) CABOWABOCUTTIE wasn't Brennan's choice, but she sharpened up her speed last Thursday and might be tighter tonight with Marohn Jr. driving for a barn that's winning some races. (4) KEYSTONE NIKKI owns two straight third-place finishes with Larry Stalbaum driving, and he partners with her again.

Race 2 - NW4/50000LT Trot

(4) VINNY DE VIE turned in a big effort a week ago, finishing second from first-over. He gets a driver switch to Brennan tonight, and I'll put on top. (5) NO MAS DRAMA was the winner of that race my top pick comes out of after following his cover. That was a sharp performance, and she draws an ideal post for that type of trip again. (6) BEERTHIRTY K couldn't finish it off after making his way to the front in that same contest. He did win over NW2's at Yonkers back on the 27th of August, so he's not without a chance.

Race 3 - F&M NW5000L5/12500CLM Pace

(8) HEAVENS CHALLENGE finished a gaining third against NW7500L5's last Thursday and drops here, though she did get the worst of the draw. I'll hope for an aggressive Siegelman drive as she runs into a wide-open bunch. (2) SALLY FLETCHER A has burned a bunch of money in her last pair in this class, and I think you have to take a shot against her for win based on that, though DiDomenico could get her back on the right foot at any time. (3) TYRONBETTORSELLA N is one of these Blumenfeld horses that rarely wins but can add value underneath when they hit the board, which she is capable of doing from a good draw.

Race 4 - F&M NW5000L5/12500CLM Pace

(4) ZOE ELLASEN slides down from the NW7500L5's off a rallying performance. She doesn't own a victory yet this year, but none of these are win machines, so if she's ever going to break through, hopefully it comes here. (1) LOVERS COVE had every chance back on 9-29 but couldn't hold on. She takes a third crack at NW5000L5's tonight, and maybe that'll be the charm. (3) KAITLYN N raced better a week ago against NW7500L5's a week ago and lands at the bottom level here. George Brennan is in the bike, so maybe she gets a chance on the engine.

Race 5 - F&M NW7500L5/Winners in Last Start of the Base Class NW5000L5/15000CLM Pace

(7) MILLIONDOLLARGEM A gets some class relief tonight as she enters for the claiming tag off a good second against NW10000L5's last Thursday. She also might offer some value from this outside post. (2) PITTSTOP DANIKA didn't take advantage of moving down to this level a week ago but does move in from post five to post two. (1) SUDDEN CHANGE N returns to Yonkers from Ohio. She shows racing in the Open at Scioto, so she should find these to her liking and has a good history here, too.

Race 6 - F&M NW7500L5/Winners in Last Start of the Base Class NW5000L5/15000CLM Pace

(2) MALNIFICENT draws inside again and drops down from the NW10000L5's for a driver/trainer combo that had a win together on Monday. This mare is capable of beating these with a performance like she had back on 9-10. (3) ACEFOURTYFOUR ALEX closed well from post six last Thursday against better and moves down a notch. She is winless this season, but has hit the board in eight of her 15 appearances. (7) ANNABETH picks up George Brennan tonight and did beat NW10000L5's with an aggressive drive from an outside post back in July. Maybe she gets that here.

Race 7 - F&M NW10000L5/Winners in Last Start of the Base Class NW7500L5/20000CLM Pace

(5) BETTOR JOY N isn't having nearly the success she did last year when she was competitive in stakes action, but she lands in a soft spot here if she can couple it with a good performance. (1) BRONZE OVER N gets the pole position tonight after closing with some interest back on th 24th of September. Watch for Brennan to protect position from the inside. (2) OLIVIA CAMDEN GB comes in with four straight wins up at Saratoga. You have to respect that, but I do think this is tougher competition.

Race 8 - F&M Open Handicap Pace

(6) ROBYN CAMDEN shows a knack for taking advantage when the pace gets hot in the Preferred or Open, and I'm going to hope that happens here. I like where she's drawn and hopefully she can follow cover into the race. (3) ALEXA'S POWER raced well behind Lady Dela Renta A and Snobbytown a week ago and has the benefit of another inside draw. (8) MY RUEBE STAR N really hasn't done anything wrong yet in the U.S., but she's never started from post eight here. I'm going to hope maybe things don't go her way tonight, and she can be beaten, though I respect what I've seen from her thus far.

Race 9 - NW8/100000LT Trot

(4) MAGICAL JOURNEY broke last Thursday, but he was victorious prior to that, and I'll hope he minds his manners since he should have some value with what looks like a big favorite in here. (1) REIGN OF HONOR is capable of winning this race at the low odds he's sure to offer, but he's never competed on a half-mile track before and comes off a defeat as the favorite at the Meadowlands, so I will take a swing against. (2) STINGLIKE A B K performed well a week ago to get a third in the same race Magical Journey exits and is drawn perfectly to get another stalking trip.

Race 10 - F&M NW15000L5/Winner in Last Start of the Base Class NW10000L5/25000CLM Pace

(5) COLOR ENVY ended up in the Open last Thursday and was in against the razor-sharp Ponder The Odds prior to that. She gets away from those types tonight into what could be a winnable spot. (1) DIXIE STAR N finished second behind a runaway Lispatty a week ago. She retains the pole position and was Stratton's choice. (2) BE BEST finished third in that same event Dixie Star N was in most recently and gets Bartlett to drive again.
