Race 1 - F&M NW5000L5/12500CLM Pace

(4) BULLVILLEKARLA finished second two back in this class and then had to do the hard work from first-over on 10/20. I'll hope for a better trip tonight, and I like that she has Scott Zeron to drive again since he usually handles her well. (6) KEYSTONE NIKKI was on a nice run until post eight derailed her most recently. She draws slightly better here and I can easily see her getting back on track. (5) JEWELS FORREAL is sure to get some attention dropping out of the NW7500L5's tonight. She shows finishing second against NW10000L5's and third against NW17500L5's, so she's definitely capable of winning at the bottom level.

Race 2 - NW2/32500LT Trot

(2) KANDY SWEET closed with trot last week after sitting in. She has a race over the track now, and I think is worthy of another chance. (1) STRAVINSKY made the Goodtimes final and raced in the Simcoe in Canada, so he's probably a good fit against NW2's, especially given how many horses come from Woodbine Mohawk Park and race well at Yonkers. (5) QUAKER'S CREDIT is one of these horses that have shown up recently from fair circuits with a bunch of wins that don't count towards their pari-mutuel total. That mile two back at Harrah's Hoosier Park wasn't bad and his trainer should know him better after the one attempt over at Plainridge.

Race 3 - F&M NW7500L5/Winners in Last Start of the Base Class NW5000L5/15000CLM Pace

(7) CORAL BELLA continues to draw awful posts, but she does drop another notch after finishing third to the classy I'm Very Special last Thursday, and I'll hope Mark MacDonald puts her in play. (5) COVEREDNDIAMONDS N was second at this level two back and entered for the optional claiming tag to land in it tonight. She was Tyler Buter's choice as well. (1) KAITLYN N broke a lengthy losing streak last time out. She steps up from the NW5000L5's but was third against NW7500L5's three back, so I don't think this is too difficult a spot, especially since she retains Bartlett and has the pole.

Race 4 - F&M NW7500L5/Winners in Last Start of the Base Class NW5000L5/15000CLM Pace

(1) POPPY DRAYTON N dominated a group of NW5000L5's a week ago in her debut for Tritton and out-drew the rest of them tonight. (2) MAGIC FORCES woke up in a big way when she got to drop last Thursday. She hikes up here but has beaten better before and might have her confidence back. (3) ISLAY N held second behind Magic Forces last week and might be able to sit another inside trip behind the top two and add some value in trifectas.

Race 5 - F&M NW10000L5/Winners in Last Start of the Base Class NW7500L5/20000CLM Pace

(2) A CRAFTY LADY returns to Yonkers tonight after making her last two appearances in Pennsylvania. Trainer Gil Garcia-Herrera has been sending out his share of live horses lately, and I'll hope she is in this spot. (1) TELL ME A JOKE looks like the favorite in here as she drops and shows a couple of second-place finishes against much better. (8) BETTERB CHEVRON N is stuck out in post eight again but did finish with interest back on the 15th and has shown plenty of early foot in the past if Bartlett thinks he can take a chance and leave with her.

Race 6 - F&M NW10000L5/Winners in Last Start of the Base Class NW7500L5/20000CLM Pace

(1) FEELIN RED HOT receives additional class relief tonight, and I have to think she has landed in a winning spot. Short price coming. (4) CRYSTAL SPARKLES N led but was overhauled when I'm Very Special attacked her from first-up last Thursday. She won't be the favorite tonight, so you'll be rewarded with a better price if you go back to her this week. (3) BRONZE OVER N scored two weeks ago on the drop down to NW7500L5's but was threatening in this class too prior to that. Bongiorno gets a chance with the DiDomenico trainee since Brennan stuck with my top pick.

Race 7 - F&M Preferred Handicap Pace

(6) ALEXA'S POWER is racing very well right now and scored from off-the-pace last Thursday, giving Zeron more options with her than I thought he had. She has been offering odds around 9-2 to 6-1 in this class and that's what I'll look for here. (8) LADY DELA RENTA A couldn't have worked out a better trip from post eight two weeks ago if she tried, and she even paid 10-1. If she gets that clean a journey again she'll likely win again. (2) APPLE BOTTOM JEANS has lost a step from last year but does draw inside to show some early speed and perhaps land an inside trip like she had down at Harrington last time out.

Race 8 - F&M NW15000L5/Winners in Last Start of the Base Class NW10000L5/25000CLM Pace

(3) PAMMY JO had the misfortune of running into a well-meant Maczaffair N and was no match for her last Thursday. She hooks what looks to be an easier group tonight, and I'll give her another chance. (5) TIPP CITY might need to drop a notch to be a bigger threat, but she did close in 27 4/5 on 10-15, perhaps signaling she's sitting on a good race tonight. (2) IRON MISTRESS should continue to offer a square price. She just missed hitting the board two back in this class and moves inside after having post seven a week ago.

Race 9 - NW4/50000LT Trot

(6) KOMBUCHA improved from her first start with DiDomenico to her second one. She's been the favorite in both of her local appearances, but I don't think that'll be the case tonight, so I will put her on top in hopes of a little value. (1) MANWILLING is likely to continue to drop in price since he has the pole position here, but his last two efforts were both solid from the seven-hole, and he is certainly usable. (4) NO MAS DRAMA disappointed as the favorite when she broke in the Simpson at Harrah's Philadelphia. She owns a prior win over NW4's at Yonkers, and Bongiorno is always capable of having her horses turn around quickly.

Race 10 - F&M NW15800L5/Winners in Last Start of the Base Class NW10000L5/25000CLM Pace

(8) SIESTA BEACH roared home to finish a gaining second to Maczaffair N last Thursday. She has been sharp in all her appearances for Devita thus far, and I will hope she's capable of overcoming the eight-hole. (5) WISHY WASHY GIRL drops tonight, and I have to think Bongiorno tries to wire this group like she did three back. (2) GRANT ME THIS steps up from the NW10000L5's, but she keeps racking up the on-the-board finishes at good prices.
