Race 1 - 3-5YO 30000CLM Pace
(4) PEPPERMINT MAN finds a much softer spot here than he's been in lately. He was not Jason Bartlett's choice but picks up Dan Dube, who drove him in a stakes event at Freehold back in late September. (1) BARRYWHITE HANOVER shifts to the pole position after two straight eight-holes and was second in this class two back. (6) UP THE CREEK held sway on the front-end to win at this level on 10-16 and has three straight on-the-board finishes overall.

Race 2 - 25000CLM Pace
(6) GOLDEN GESTURE invades from Indiana and joins Per Engblom's barn. That often results in improvement, and he gets a chance to partner with Yannick Gingras. (2) HURRIKANEKINGJAMES is enjoying a solid campaign with 18 top three finishes from 28 starts. He was third in this class on 10-6 and then turned in a winning qualifier at Monticello on October 18. (5) ROAN COLOR drops a notch from the $30,000 claimers and gets reunited with Bartlett. Bartlett also took him over my top pick.

Race 3 - NW500L5/12500CLM Pace
(3) ONTO EL DORADO N finds the bottom level off a fifth-place finish against NW7500L5's last Thursday. He wound up first-over in that race after losing cover, so hopefully he finds a smoother trip here. (2) GINGRAS BEACH closed well to finish second at the Meadowlands on Saturday night and has a quick turnaround here. He was third the last time he competed against NW5000L5's at Yonkers on 9-2. (7) STRAIGHT UP COOL advanced from last to fourth in a NW5000L5 tilt on the 12th of October and got the nod from Bartlett despite another poor draw. I'll include.
Race 4 - 3-5YO 30000CLM Pace
(2) ONE CRAZY GUY faced open $30,000 claimers last time out and returns to age-restricted company here. He won in this class on 10-9, gets reunited with Bartlett, and moves back inside on the gate. (3) HURRIKANE GEORGIE turned a pocket trip into a win at this level on October 16 and finished third prior to that. He's starting from post three for the third straight time. (5) JK STANDINGOVATION has burned some money in his last two attempts. You should get a better price tonight and he gets a new driver with Gingras taking over.
Race 5 - 50000CLM Trot
(8) BRAVE BY DESIGN starts from post eight but was game from first-up in finishing third last week and I think he can get involved. (4) PAPA DOC turned in two quality efforts versus NW6's, including a romping victory last Wednesday, and now gives this class a try. Austin Siegelman hops in the bike tonight with George Brennan opting off. (2) IN MY DREAM owns prior victories at this level and might be ready to go back to front-end tactics like he won with two starts back.
Race 6 - NW22871L5 / NW10 PM Races LT Trot
(5) HIGHLAND MOWGLI squeezed into this race by a dollar as he has $22,870 earned in his last five starts. He went a long way on the lead last Thursday before finishing second in this class and makes his third start back after a layoff. (2) CREDIT CON takes another crack at this level after finishing third as the favorite a week ago. He had to do the first-over work in that contest and might be dangerous with a smoother journey here. (7) UNEVERGONNAGETHIS has been sharp for a long time and hit the board again last week with a gaining second-place finish.
Race 7 - NAADA Amateur Fall Series Leg #10 Trot
(2) CALL ME THEFIREMAN cut the fractions and ended up second in a leg of this series last Thursday. He has another inside starting spot tonight and can hopefully deliver a win. (1) BY A HOFF HANOVER is riding a nice streak of top three finishes and moves in to the pole position after having posts six and seven in his last two tries. (7) FAIR GLIDER has another outside starting spot but overcame the eight-hole to grab a third a week ago and has been sharp for a few weeks.
Race 8 - Open Trot
(3) PAPPARDELLE trotted a fast final quarter to get up and finish second in the Open Handicap on 10-12 and got the best of the open draw tonight. (6) INCOMMUNICADO won the Open Handicap at Yonkers the last time he was in it on August 10 and returns tonight after two stakes tries that included a victory in the Charlie Hill Memorial at Scioto. (7) STORMY KROMER drew outside but has hit the board in his last two tries, including a win on October 5. He was Dube's choice over INCOMMUNICADO.

Race 9 - 50000-75000CLM HCP Trot
(1) GRINDER slides inside to the pole position off an effort last week where he made up a lot of ground in the final quarter. He was sharp at Saratoga before that, too, and gets a driver switch to Jordan Stratton. (7) EPOS OSTERVANG DK hasn't missed the board in a long time, even when he's drawn outside. I'll use him underneath. (6) STEUBEN HANOVER makes his third start back off the layoff and just missed by a nose in this class a week ago. He gets reunited with Gingras on this occasion.
Race 10 - NW7500L5/Winners in the Last Start of the Base Class NW5000L5 Pace
(7) BUDDY HILL had an issue with broken equipment last time out at Pocono, so that's easy to overlook. He was facing much tougher NW15000L5's here at Yonkers before that and picks up Bartlett tonight. (5) DP REALORDEAL takes another crack at this class after taking plenty of wagering support and finishing second last Thursday. (3) JUDDY DOUGLAS A was fourth in a NW10000L5 tilt on October 9 and gets to drop another level here.
