Race 1 - NW6166L5/12500CLM Trot

(1) NO DRAMA PLEASE plummets in class and starts from the pole in his Yonkers return, both factors that I will look to result in a winning effort. (2) P L OSCAR squeezed into this race by a dollar as he has $6,165 earned in his last five starts. He was third in a NW7500L5 test in his last outing on 9-16. (7) CANTSTOP YANKEE broke last Saturday but is double-dropping from the NW10000L5's and was third two back in a NW8 contest.

Race 2 - F&M NW1/13651LT Pace

(7) CANNERY ROW was second to a well-meant favorite a week ago and makes her second start for Jenn Bongiorno tonight. She also gets a driver switch to Joe Bongiorno. (5) BOSTON CREME ships over from Monticello off a victory and has a new driver with Tyler Buter taking the lines. (2) DONTKARENIFIDO invades from Minnesota's Running Aces where she missed the board just once in six outings. She gets some post relief here off her last three efforts.

Race 3 - F&M NW6/75000LT Pace

(4) TWIN B ECHO won over NW4's two weeks ago and has been sharp in both starts since coming back after a layoff and adding Lasix. (5) TREACHEROUS PENNY cruised to a facile victory in a NW4 test last Saturday and partners with Buter again tonight. (3) LIGHT AND TIGHT exits stakes company for this overnight race and was victorious the last time she competed in the New York Excelsior "A" Series at Yonkers in early August.

Race 4 - NW10041L5/Winners in the Last Start of the Base Class NW7500L5 Trot

(4) TIMESTORM gets some major post relief tonight off his last two appearances at the Meadowlands and Yonkers, and hopefully that'll result in him getting a victory. (1) WINDSONG PIONEER drops in class and moves inside on the gate from the seven-hole to the pole position in this spot. (3) TACHYON miscued on the final turn last Saturday but was moving into contention while doing so. Buter has had some success with him in the past and takes over the driving tonight.

Race 5 - NW5731L5/12500CLM Trot

(6) UP HELLY AA is just one-for-22 in the win column this year but finds the bottom level in his third start back after a brief layoff and makes his second start on Lasix. (2) TAD KRAZY HANOVER was second in a NW7500L5 tilt last Saturday and drops again here. (1) STICK WITH ME KID has hit the board in his last three outings, including a win two back.

Race 6 - F&M NW7500L5/Winners in the Last Start of the Base Class NW5000L5/15000CLM Pace

(2) SPORTS FLIX finally has an inside draw after two eight-holes and a post seven since coming back off the shelf. I think she'll also appreciate moving out of the $50,000 claimers. (8) FADE OUT starts from the outside but is dropping out of a NW10000L5 race last week where she finished out her mile with pace. (6) CASH ROLL was fifth in the same event that FADE OUT was fourth in a week ago and also gained ground in the final quarter of that dash.

Race 7 - F&M NW10000L5/Winners in the Last Start of the Base Class NW7500L5/20000CLM Pace

(3) SMOOTH DEBATE N missed by just a nose the last time she competed in this class back on 8-12 and moves inside on the gate here as she slides down from the NW15000L5's. (5) TECHYS ANGEL A also exits the NW15000L5 class and gets a driver switch to Jordan Stratton for a barn that's been sending out some live horses. (2) ROCKNROLL ANNIE picked up some confidence with a decisive win in a NW7500L5 base class tilt a week ago. Dan Dube takes over the driving with George Brennan not competing on this program.

Race 8 - NW15000L5/Winners in the Last Start of the Base Class NW10000L5/NW9 PM Races LT Trot

(8) SLAY drew outside but has a win and a second in this class since he added Lasix and should offer some pretty good value from the bad post. (2) HAYEK returns to Yonkers after racing twice in the Open down at Harrah's Philadelphia. He shows finishing second in a NW30000L5 event here on August 24. (5) UNEVERGONNAGETHIS added another on-the-board finish to his run of sharp form last Saturday, and I'll include him again tonight.

Race 9 - F&M NW4/50000LT Pace

(1) EXTREME Z TAM didn't have a chance to get involved from post seven last week but moves inside to the pole tonight and was second in a NW4 race on August 19. (4) TRUE BLUE HANOVER takes a second crack at this class after finishing third a week ago. She gets a new driver this time with Dan Dube taking the call. (2) TARGARYEN EXPRESS went a long way on the lead before ending up fourth at this level last Saturday and was second prior to that.

Race 10 - F&M NW5000L5/12500CLM Pace

(7) CAPTAIN'S STAR was unlucky at the draw but she closed well to finish third in a NW5000L5 event in her last pari-mutuel try on July 9 and then qualified well over the oval on 9-22. I'll hope that has her ready to fire. (5) PLZDONTLIETOME N makes her second start back after a layoff and picked up positions to get a third in her comeback last Saturday. (4) SILENT CROSSING was game from first-over a week ago and ended up second. Buter gets a chance to partner with her this time.
