MEET STATS: 180 - 681 / $1,055.30 (-$306.10) BEST BETS: 44 - 70 / $152.0 (+$12.60) SPOT PLAYS: 9 - 69 / $77.30 (-$60.70) BEST BET - MUSTANG BEACH (2nd) SPOT PLAY - IM A GIGOLO N (8th) Race 1 - NW11576L5/Winners in the Last Start of Base Class NW7500L5/20000CLM Trot (4) MEMO finished a solid second to the well-meant No Drama Please at this level last Saturday and gets another shot at the same class here. (7) KASHA V closed in 28 and change to finish third in the same race my top pick exits and has hit the board in three of his last four starts. (2) HOOLIE N HECTOR owns two wins sandwiched around a seventh-place finish from an outside post. He lost Braxten Boyd to my top selection but gets a good replacement in Tyler Buter. [DRF HARNESS: Get Harness Eye PPs for this card] Race 2 - 3&4YO 40000CLM Pace (3) MUSTANG BEACH put in a strong first-over try to come in second in his debut for trainer Gareth Dowse a week ago. Now he has a driver change to Jason Bartlett. (1) DILLINGER enters with two straight third-place finishes at Yonkers and drew inside again tonight. (2) BAY CITY won at Yonkers earlier this summer and returns to overnight action after getting checks in two straight stakes tries. [DRF BETS: Wager on tonight's Yonkers card at DRF Bets.com!] Race 3 - 30000CLM Pace (6) WHITE HAIR ROCKS dominated on the engine in his return to the Dowse barn on August 20, and I will look for him to double up. (1) SULLIVAN paid immediate dividends on the claim by Scott Di Domenico, winning on the point a week ago. He starts from the pole position again tonight. (2) POSH ONTHE BEACH A came in third in the race won by my top selection on 8-20 and moves inside on the gate here. Race 4 - 15000CLM Pace (3) RANCOUSY defeated $15,000 claimers in a quick mile two back at Harrah's Philadelphia and then couldn't get involved from an outside post at Freehold in a subsequent start. He drew well tonight, and I'll use. (1) TITANIUM N has won a couple of times at this level since coming back off the shelf. He gets Bartlett back in the bike tonight and has significant post relief. (4) BET THE LIMIT rallied from seventh to fourth in the last quarter a week ago and is also moving inside on the gate in this spot. Race 5 - 25000CLM Pace (8) RISKY MILLION faces the same situation he had last Friday as he drew post eight again, but he did win impressively two back and kept Bartlett for the powerful Travis Alexander barn. I'll swing. (1) NOAHS MILL has hit the board the last two times he drew inside and has the pole after starting from post six in his last two efforts. (3) ARTMAGIC came in second against $25,000 claimers two back and slides down after one chance against $30,000 claimers a week ago. Race 6 - 30000CLM Pace (6) LL MYSTRO shows a couple of recent victories over $30,000 claimers and is now in the high-percentage Tahnee Camilleri barn after a claim. He also lured Dan Dube off a Gil Garcia-Herrera trainee, which is rare. (1) REAL LUCKY N downed $30,000 claimers back on July 23 and finished with good pace from an outside post in his last effort. He moves inside on the gate to the pole tonight. (5) SOUTHWIND ONYX was second to the earlier-mentioned White Hair Rocks when that horse crushed on August 20, and this guy could be sharper tonight as he was coming off a sick scratch heading into that event. Race 7 - 3&4YO 40000CLM Pace (5) HIGH BALLER doesn't look like he's in great form right now, but I have to believe this is a softer spot than the races he's coming out of at Pocono, and he woke up at the Meadowlands earlier this summer with a big mile and win after two off-the-board finishes. (4) ARTIST BEST comes back on short rest after finishing third in a NW7500L5 event on Tuesday. That fourth-place result against NW6's here on 7-26 where the winner was a stakes horse interests me. (1) HURRIKANE GEORGIE enters with two seconds and a win in his last three appearances and is now with Scott Di Domenico after a claim. Race 8 - NW10000L5/Winners in the Last Start of Base Class NW7500L5 Pace (6) IM A GIGOLO N owns a win over NW15000L5's on July 25 and returns to Yonkers here at a lower level than that. He was in against tough foes last time at Harrah's Philadelphia but did close in 26 4/5. (1) REIGNING DEO lost Dube to my top choice but comes off a handy win over NW7500L5's and is another contender for the Alexander barn on the program. (7) AS ALWAYS romped in the corresponding class to this one at Harrah's Philadelphia on the 31st of July and Bartlett and trainer Per Engblom have been a potent combination. Sign up for our FREE DRF Harness Digest Newsletter Race 9 - NW7500L5/Winners in the Last Start of the Base Class NW5000L5/15000CLM Trot (2) HL REVADON is a newcomer to the Ron Burke stable. Another trotter named Hammer Time won three straight after the same barn change earlier this summer, and I'll look for lightning to strike again. (6) PUBLICITY SEEKER drops out of the $75,000 claimers, and he also doesn't have to contend with post eight like he did on August 22. (1) TESLA SEELSTER has some additional class relief tonight and adds Bartlett in the bike.
