Race 1 - F&M NW5446L5/12500CLM Pace

(8) PARADISE ROCK L drew the outside but meets up with bottom-level foes and is a first-timer out of the Per Engblom barn. I will look for that factor, plus the addition of Bartlett, to spark an improved effort. (4) SPITTING IMAGE had a difficult journey in her last outing and tired after getting parked by a well-meant winner. She takes a second crack at NW5000L5 base class rivals tonight. (7) NORMAN'S MADELINE is in post seven again but has shown speed in her last two outings, and this is a spot where she can be dangerous in.

Race 2 - F&M NW1/12500LT Pace

(3) HERE WE GO BB made the final of her Indiana Fairs Championship, so she had plenty of half-mile track experience, and she debuts for new connections on the East Coast tonight. (4) GEORGIA THOMPSON ships south from the Canadian Maritimes and is in the midst of a super campaign with seven victories. (6) URSULA BLUE CHIP has a recent second against NW1 company over at Pocono and would add some value underneath.

Race 3 - NW10000L5/Winners in the Last Start of Base Class NW7500L5 Trot

(1) SWEET SOUL DAVID will be a heavy favorite, but he looks pretty imposing from the pole as he gets additional class relief off three straight third-place results against NW20000L5's and NW15000L5's. He also adds Bartlett with George Brennan not here tonight. (7) IMMANUEL K S came up empty at Pocono last time out but was racing well prior to that, and driver Dan Dube and trainer Ake Svanstedt often have success together at Yonkers. (8) KASHA V lost all chance when he broke before the start on 8-26. He didn't have any luck at the draw obviously, but he rallied from eighth to the fourth the last time Tyler Buter drove him on the 5th of August.

Race 4 - F&M NW7701L5/Winners in the Last Start of the Base Class NW5000L5/15000CLM Pace

(7) VILLAGE JADE had to settle for second after a first-over attempt a couple weeks ago. She was the favorite that night, but I'll hope she offers a better price here after the defeat and the switch to an outside post. (5) GOLDEN QUEST N had pace on the end of her mile on 9-5 and moves down in class from the $50,000 claimers. (2) CLEAR THE WAY returns after a bit of a layoff here. She qualified pretty well at the Meadowlands and picks up Bartlett.

Race 5 - F&M NW4/53159LT Pace

(3) JUST ROSAS LUCK has been off since August 26 but won impressively that night in this class, and I'll put her on top tonight. (2) TERACITA was a winner in her debut for Engblom on the 2nd of September and switches pilots to Bartlett for this try. (6) HUNTRESSVILLE A closed well to finish second to TERACITA in that contest on 9-2 and owns a prior victory at Yonkers on 8-5.

Race 6 - F&M NW4/50000LT Pace

(2) TWIN B ECHO finished with plenty of pace from post eight on September 2. She makes her second start back after a layoff tonight and moves way inside on the gate. (8) AMERICAN CRISPIN has the outside post but drops out of stakes company and won the last time she was in an overnight race on 8-15 at Pocono. (1) FRONDEUR saw her run of on-the-board results end in her most recent attempt on the 26th of August but has another inside post and switches drivers to Tyler Buter.

Race 7 - F&M NW2/25000LT Pace

(6) PRINCESS ARONA starts out of Engblom's barn for the first time and comes off an excuse line most recently at Saratoga as she suffered broken equipment and went off-stride. (1) BULLVILLE HILDA gets significant post relief off a victory versus NW1 company at Yonkers in her last appearance on 8-26 and has been sharp overall since returning from that qualifier back in mid-July. (2) TEAM COLORS had to settle for second as the wagering choice in a NW2 contest at Yonkers on the 2nd of September. She drew inside again and switches pilots to Buter.

Race 8 - NW10000L5/Winners in the Last Start of the Base Class NW7500L5 Pace

(1) IGNATIUS A plummets in class from the NW30000L5's, moves inside on the gate after three poor draws, and switches drivers to Jordan Stratton. (2) BETTERROCK got a start over the oval against tougher competition on September 7 and finds a softer spot tonight. He also adds Bartlett for a high-percentage barn. (5) CAVEMAN A ships north from Harrah's Philadelphia with back-to-back second-place finishes in the corresponding class to this one.

Race 9 - NW5000L5/12500CLM Trot

(8) TACHYON was going to win pretty easily over NW10000L5 base class foes here on 8-26 but made a break on the last turn. Hopefully Stratton can keep his mind on business tonight as I think he's the one to beat, even from post eight. (5) FULL RIGHTS took two shots against NW7500L5 company and now retreats to the bottom level. I'd expect he'll be on or near the lead. (1) DIRTY MONEY closed well to hit the board in a NW5000L5 contest on 9-5 and now gets post relief here.

Race 10 - NW7500L5/Winners in the Last Start of the Base Class NW5000L5 Pace

(4) GAMBLINGTERROR went a long way on the lead before ending up fourth in this class on 9-7. He catches a wide-open group here, and I think he merits a chance. (3) MAJOR SHOW had a difficult trip on September 7 and tired. He moves inside on the gate off that mile and does show a win against NW6400L4's at Pocono in late July. (1) GINGER TREE PETE drops out of the $40,000 claiming level and starts from the pole. He was second the last time he was in a NW7500L5 tilt on the 5th of August.

Race 11 - NW8271L5/Winners in the Last Start of the Base Class NW5000L5 Trot

(4) JULA MAGICIAN drops another level tonight after a fifth-place finish from post eight in a NW10000L5 tilt on 9-5. He picks up Bartlett and gets to move inside on the gate here. (6) VELVET STYLE finds a more reasonable spot here than the NW8 race he was in on September 7 and he's been minding his manners as far as staying on-stride. (1) SWAN FLYER broke in his debut for Ron Burke on the 5th of September but gets post and class relief tonight.

Race 12 - NW15541L5/Winners in the Last Start of the Base Class NW10000L5/NW9 PM Races LT Trot

(5) BRIDGE TO VICTORY couldn't get involved from the eight-hole last Thursday but drew a better post here, was sharp prior to that last effort and also gets reunited with Brent Holland. (6) SLAY got the job done in a NW15000L5 contest on 9-5 and remains at the same level tonight. (2) OH BOY continues to work his way down the class ladder and shifts back inside on the gate.
