Her last win came in the corresponding class to this one at Harrah's Philadelphia on June 10. (7) BAZILLIONAIRE doesn't have a victory yet in 2022 but does slide down from the NW10000L5 level, and I think that puts him in the hunt to hit the board. (1) MUSCLE STAR doesn't have a lot of form in his lines, but this is likely a softer spot than than the $50,000 claimers and he drew inside again. He also has the potent tandem of Jason Bartlett & Gareth Dowse in his corner. (4) ACES ROCK makes his second start for trainer Cory Stratton here and shows two wins in his lines again better back in June. (7) CARRACCI HANOVER just missed on July 23 in his first appearance back in the Scott Di Domenico barn, and I think he's capable of handling the bump from $12,500 to $15,000 claimers. He drops a level tonight and has both and driver and trainer change. (2) THE DOWNTOWN BUS also exits the $40,000 claiming level and moves inside on the gate. He has five on-the-board finishes in his last seven attempts. (1) BLACK CHEVRON N makes his second start back after a brief layoff and had to do the first-over work a week ago. Race 4 - 15000CLM Pace (4) MACHIAVELLI plummets in class out of the $30,000 claimers, and although that can sometimes be a cause for concern, it's Bartlett and Dowse, so I have to think he'll be fine. (1) LETTUCERIPITA A couldn't deliver at 3-5 a week ago but did finish second and does start from the pole position tonight. He has a new driver in Dan Dube, too. (2) P H KENNY has won just once in 2022 but has been pretty regularly hitting the board and getting checks, so I'll toss him on underneath. Race 5 - NW10000L5/Winners in the Last Start of Base Class NW7500L5/20000CLM Trot (2) ZIG ZAG scored his most recent victory the last time he raced in this base class on June 11 and has George Brennan in the bike on this occasion. (3) BELIEVER was fourth as the favorite in a NW15000L5 tilt when last seen at Yonkers on 6-24 and returns tonight after racing in the Open at Tioga lately. (5) WINDSONG PIONEER won a NW10000L5 event back on the 4th of June and drops out of the NW15000L5's. He was also Brent Holland's choice over others. Race 6 - 40000CLM Pace (2) SHERIFF N scored pretty comfortably against $40,000 claimers in his debut for Dowse on July 29, and he drew inside again. (3) SEAFARER was second to Sheriff N when they met in that dash on July 29, and I'll look for the same result to happen here. (1) I GET THAT had a recent three race win streak over $40,000 claimers and was claimed by Dennis Laterza last time out. Race 7 - NW10000L5/Winners in the Last Start of Base Class NW7500L5 Pace (2) HEAVENLY SOUND thumped NW7500L5 foes last time out in his third start for trainer Dan Morrissey. He does step up a notch tonight but has Bartlett to drive again and also drew inside again. (3) BRONX SEELSTER looms as the one they're probably going to have to beat as he double-drops out of the NW20000L5's and gets reunited with George Brennan. (7) GINGRAS BEACH has even more class relief than Bronx Seelster as he exits a NW30000L5 base class race. He picks up a new driver in Braxten Boyd. He was Brennan's pick tonight and I'll look for him to double-up. He also took his mark on a half-mile oval last year. (2) BEERTHIRTY K tallied in a NW10000L5 base class event on 7-2 here at Yonkers and drops after facing better in his last two. (7) HAT TRICK MARLEAU continues to work his way down the ladder tonight and gets an aggressive driver in George Napolitano Jr. who might try and send him down the road. Race 9 - 30000CLM Pace (2) MAJESTIC KIWI N drew inside tonight after a couple of outside posts in his last pair and has new connections after a claim on 7-29. (4) ABERDEEN HANOVER hasn't won since joining Dowse's barn after his race on 6-18 but drops out of the $40,000 claimers here. (1) NORTHERN NETWORK had zero chance last Saturday after he drew post eight. He landed the pole tonight and we've seen Boyd and Laterza team up for some upset wins.
