SPOT PLAY - FOXHUNT (8th)
Race 1 - 30000CLM Pace
(1) STELLAR YANKEE gets significant post relief in his second outing for this high-percentage stable, and with Brett Beckwith taking over, I think he'll be handled aggressively. (2) FEELIN WESTERN has a win and two seconds in three of his last four outings and has another inside post for a stable that's been sending out a lot of live horses lately. (8) EVER M will have to overcome the outside post but is very sharp and debuts for new connections off a claim.

Race 2 - 3-6YO 20000CLM Pace
(8) HARD TO CATCH landed the outside post but is dropping in class and getting a chance to partner with Beckwith. I'll give him a try in the hopes he's in play against a fairly wide-open group. (1) AIN'T NOSTOPN TIME has the pole position for the third straight time and has a win and a third since he came over from the Meadowlands. (4) ALL MY LOVIN is a first-timer for these connections off the claim and was Jim Marohn Jr.'s choice off a victory and a runner-up effort in his last pair of tries.
Race 3 - F&M NW3/30000LT Pace
(3) PAPI'S OPINION comes in with back-to-back 28 second final quarters and on-the-board finishes. Her form stands out quite a bit compared to the others in here, and I'll give her the nod. (2) MIDNIGHT LACE has two straight thirds in NW2 races and gets away from a couple of impressive winners in those events. (4) HAY BETH gets to partner with Beckwith and has been in the trifecta in four of her last seven appearances.
Race 4 - 15000CLM Pace
(4) WALKINSHAW N won handily on the front-end on August 12, and I think will offer a better price than (1) LAST BEACH, who prevailed in an amateur event on 8-11 and gets a driver switch to Beckwith this afternoon. (5) OZONE BLUE CHIP moves in on the gate from the eight-hole to post five and has hit the board in three of his last four starts.
Race 5 - NW10831L5 / Winners in Last Start of the Base Class NW7500L5 Pace
(4) WATTSUP SUNSHINE A continues to work his way down the ladder today and shows a third against tougher NW15000L5s on July 27. (1) CAVIART LOTUS hikes up a notch this afternoon but won handily from off-the-pace last Saturday and gets to team up with Andy Miller again. (2) LOTTO MAX gets both post and class relief here and shows a couple of recent victories on five-eighths-mile tracks in Ontario.
Race 6 - NW2 PM Races/30000LT Trot
(5) MISTY BLUE romped in her debut for these connections at the Meadowlands last Saturday. Beckwith was in the bike for that victory and has the assignment again this afternoon. (3) YOU AND ME AS broke most recently at The Red Mile but tallied two straight times at Scioto prior to that and races out of a high-percentage stable. (4) B TOTALLY NUDE broke her maiden in this class at Yonkers a couple of weeks ago and should be full of confidence off that effort.
Race 7 - F&M 20000CLM Pace
(3) BETTOR'S TICKET made a miscue when last seen at Yonkers on 8-1, but she's had success at the oval before and adds Marohn Jr. in the bike today. Marohn Jr. has been hot this month at Yonkers, winning at a 23% clip. (4) TALENT TO SPARE A doesn't have a victory yet in 2026 but has hit the board in four of her last six efforts and moves in a couple of notches on the gate this time. (5) WHO'S PERFECT cruised to a win on the front-end a week ago in a career-best mile and would be hard to beat if she shows up with that kind of performance again this afternoon.

Race 8 - 20000CLM Pace
(2) FOXHUNT didn't get involved from the eight-hole on August 1 but moves way in on the gate today and shows a pair of victories against $20,000 claiming foes back in June. (5) MOVIN' ON UP has hit the board the last five times he's faced $20,000 claiming company at Yonkers and was Daniel Dube's choice. (1) KOMODO BEACH lost all chance last Saturday when he broke stride behind the gate. He double-drops in class and starts from the pole, so as long as there are no residual issues from that miscue, he should be one of the contenders in here.
Race 9 - 15000CLM Pace
(6) DELIGHTFUL TERROR rallied past the top horse in this class, Shine A Light, last Wednesday. He does move out on the gate a bit but his form is sharp and he merits top call again. (4) DECISION DAY is riding a six-race streak of on-the-board finishes, including wins on 7-24 and 8-3. He switches drivers to Brennan today after he was in an amateur event most recently. (2) CYRUS N got the nod from Marohn Jr. over my top selection and defeated $15,000 claiming company back on the 27th of July.
