He comes off his best performance since coming back at the Meadowlands on August 4, and I'll give him a shot against this bottom level group. (1) BAZILLIONAIRE drops again here and moves inside on the gate. He is just one-for-54 in the win column over the last two years, but this is probably as good a chance as he'll get. (5) HOOLIE N HECTOR is also in search of his first victory of 2022. He had a best finish of third in recent efforts against NW7500L5's and gets reunited with Jordan Stratton tonight. [DRF HARNESS: Get Harness Eye PPs for this card] Race 2 - 3&4YO CLM Allowance 30000 Pace (1) DILLINGER turned in some good efforts against NW4's over at Pocono recently but then had no shot last time out when he got parked the mile. He drew the pole tonight and I'll put him on top. (4) CAVIART SARGENT won handily over open $30,000 claimers last Saturday and faces age-restricted company tonight. (7) BOILER MAKER has new connections after being claimed by Jared Bako on July 30. He didn't fire that night but did prevail over $30,000 claimers on 7-23. He picks up Jason Bartlett's driving services tonight. [DRF BETS: Wager on tonight's Yonkers card at DRF Bets.com!] Race 3 - NW7500L5/Winners in the Last Start of the Base Class NW5000L5/15000CLM Trot (4) WINDSONG PIONEER went a long way on the lead a week ago before getting overtaken in the lane. He slides down from the NW10000L5's and has a new pilot tonight in Jim Marohn Jr. (3) HOBBS overcame a tough trip to win an amateur race last Friday and gets to team with up with Jordan Stratton here. (7) ARMAGEDON SEELSTER has a trainer change to Gareth Dowse that will probably attract plenty of attention, and that also gets him Bartlett in the bike. Race 4 - NW10000L5/Winners in the Last Start of Base Class NW7500L5 Pace (5) WAR DAN DELIGHT N finished second against NW10000L5's when he raced in this class on July 16 and returns to it tonight after facing better in his last two outings. (4) MOONLIGHT SHADOW shows recent on-the-board finishes against both $50,000 and $75,000 claiming company. He has post relief tonight after starting from the eight-hole in his last try and has a driver switch to Stratton. (7) DIAMONDBEACH continues to work his way down the ladder here. He was in the Open as recently as June 20, so you have to think he'll get it going in the right direction soon, and he gets a chance with George Brennan driving. Race 5 - NW10000L5/Winners in the Last Start of Base Class NW7500L5/20000CLM Trot (3) HAMMER TIME is two-for-two since joining Ron Burke's barn and catches a pretty beatable group for this level tonight. (2) ALL CHAMPY delivered off a pocket trip in a NW7500L5 race a week ago and has Bartlett to pilot him again. (1) KASHA V landed another inside post here and was one of a number of horses bothered in a slow second quarter a week ago. He gets reunited with Marohn Jr. here. Race 6 - 30000CLM Pace (4) SULLIVAN rallied from seventh to fourth in the final quarter a week ago, showing his couple of good efforts in Pennsylvania prior to that were no accident. He moves in a couple of notches on the gate tonight and switches drivers to Brennan. (7) IAMMRBRIGHTSIDE N has been racing well and been popular at the claim box. He's now with Tahnee Camilleri and gets Stratton to drive. (2) GINGER TREE PETE shows three on-the-board finishes in his last four tries, and in the one where he finished off the ticket, he had broken equipment. George Napolitano Jr. is here to drive again this week and got the call at scratch time. Race 7 - 15000CLM Pace (7) TITANIUM N scored for the Bartlett/Dowse duo at this level a week ago, and if anything I'd expect him to be sharper tonight since that was his first pari-mutuel start since back in February. (3) CAROLINA MAGIC finished fourth in the race won by Titanium N last Saturday and moves inside on the gate tonight. (5) KIMANI N has just a two-for-57 win record over the last two years but has finished third in back-to-back outings and races for a high-percentage barn in Jared Bako's. (2) ROCK CANDY drops after getting a check against NW15000L5's on August 1 and has a driver switch to Bartlett. (5) OUR CORELLI N is sharp with two straight runner-up efforts and is back on a regular schedule tonight after being scratched on July 23. Race 9 - 30000CLM Pace (4) LL MYSTRO retreats out of the $50,000 claimers after two unsuccessful tries. He was racing well at this level prior to that and could get overlooked in the wagering. (5) SWEET N FAST N pulled a big upset two back but then couldn't duplicate that effort in a subsequent appearance. He switches drivers to Brennan tonight. (2) ROCK N TONY races for a combo in Braxten Boyd and Dennis Laterza who have been connecting for some upsets lately and moves inside on the gate.
