MEET STATS: 106 - 421 / $585.80 (-$256.20) BEST BETS: 28 - 42 / $94.70 (+$10.70) SPOT PLAYS: 4 - 41 / $38.80 (-$43.20) BEST BET - KEYSTONE BLADE (6th) SPOT PLAY - GINGER TREE PETE (5th) Race 1 - 50000CLM Pace (2) OURRHYTHMNBLUES N has hit the board in six of his last seven starts and was a solid third on May 31 against what I think was a tougher group of $50,000 claimers than the group he faces here. (3) B LIKE CRUISER advanced from eighth to fourth in the back-half of his mile last Saturday in his first start for trainer Jenn Bongiorno. He gets significant post relief tonight off that performance. (7) ELWELL beat $75,000 claimers back in late April and gets reunited with Matt Kakaley here. [DRF HARNESS: Get Harness Eye PPs for this card] Race 2 - NW10000L5/Winners in Last Start of Base Class NW7500L5 Pace (7) PRETTY HANDSOME continues to draw poorly, but he slides down from the NW15000L5 class and picks up Kakaley, who guided him to both of his wins this year back in March. (4) SHNITZLEDOSOMETHIN makes his second start for Ron Burke here and went a long way on the lead last week before finally giving way in deep stretch. (3) MARLBANK ROAD doesn't own a win yet in 2022 but was third at this level two back. I'm expecting he'll get handled aggressively with Dan Dube driving. [DRF BETS: Wager on tonight's Yonkers card at DRF Bets.com!] Race 3 - 30000CLM Pace (1) SWEET N FAST N got rolling too late last Saturday and had to settle for fourth. He was claimed out of that race, shifts to the pole position, and adds Jason Bartlett. (6) LL MYSTRO cut the fractions and was second in a $30,000 claimer a week ago. He stays at the level here and has the powerful duo of George Brennan & Ron Burke in his corner. (2) SOUTHWIND ONYX hasn't found the winner's circle lately but he has hit the board in four of his last six outings and switches back to Marcus Miller tonight. Race 4 - NW10685L5/Winners in the Last Start of Base Class NW7500L5 Pace (8) GENIUS MAN double-drops out of the NW20000L5 base class, and although he drew outside, I have to use him given that factor. (3) MOTIVE HANOVER comes in with two straight impressive victories and if he's that good again, the others will probably struggle to beat him. (2) MOHAWK WARRIOR has finished third in his last two tries at this level and drew inside again here. Race 5 - 40000CLM Pace (4) GINGER TREE PETE left from post seven last Saturday but couldn't clear and wound up getting parked. I take it as a sign of positive intent that he was sent from the outside, though, and he gets some post relief here, plus a driver switch to Kakaley. (1) MACINTOSH N had a pocket trip a week ago but was beaten to the outside by Dark Energy N and had to settle for second that foe. He makes his second start for Gareth Dowse here and will probably be a contender again. (2) MISSILE SEELSTER lost all chance last week when he suffered broken equipment after the start and didn't finish. Prior that he was fourth and third at this level, and I'll include. Race 6 - NW11480L5/Winners in the Last Start of Base Class NW7500L5/20000CLM Trot (5) KEYSTONE BLADE probably would've won his race last Saturday if he'd been able to find room in the stretch, but he got boxed in. I will use and anticipate he'll be live. (2) MAJESTIC MARVEL has been facing much better foes out of town in his recent pari-mutuel starts and also moves inside on the gate. (4) CHIEF JUSTICE partners with Dube again and has been third and fourth in his last two tries in this class. Race 7 - 30000CLM Pace (3) URBAN RENEWAL takes a second crack at $30,000 claimers here in his second start for trainer Nick Devita. Devita has been putting some live horses on the track lately, and this 9-year-old was a late-closing third a week ago. (4) REGAL SON threw in a bit of a clunker last Saturday but drops out of the $40,000 claimers and gets Kakaley back in the bike. (1) MONTY MONO closed in 27 and change to finish second in a $30,000 claimer last week and was claimed out of that race by Jenn Bongiorno. Let's see if he's more forwardly-placed tonight with Dube taking the lines. (3) TIGERS WAY raced in the same event my top pick did on 6-3 and finished second despite suffering broken equipment. (6) PEPPER GUY has failed at odds-on in his last two outings, and while you have to respect anything Dowse sends out, I think you want to try to beat this one for the win. Race 9 - NW5000L5/12500CLM Trot (8) BLUEBIRD DEACON is stuck out in post eight, but he takes a large drop in class compared to what he shows in his lines, and so like Genius Man earlier on the card, I will give him a shot. (3) EPOS OSTERVANG DK was fifth in one try at Yonkers back in March. I anticipate he's going to get bet heavily since he has a driver change to Bartlett. (4) MY BOY CHRISTIAN came in second in the corresponding class to this one at Harrah's Philadelphia on May 26 and adds Dube.
