Race 1 - 30000CLM Pace
(3) MIKEY CAMDEN gets a second chance at $30,000 claiming company here after finishing fifth against a tougher field on April 24. He won three back and can hopefully duplicate that this afternoon. (4) MINGO JOEL is very sharp but takes another hike up in class and I'll take a shot against him. (2) POINTOMYGRANSON went a long way on the lead in a NW5702L5 event on 4-28 before getting overtaken in the stretch. I thought he performed better when he raced from off-the-pace before that, and perhaps they'll switch up tactics in this tilt.

Race 2 - F&M NW7500L5/Winners in the Last Start of the Base Class NW5000L5/15000CLM Pace
(4) FEELIN RED HOT has had plenty of success at Yonkers before and debuts for a high-percentage barn here. (5) PURAMERI turned in a solid effort from first-over when she dropped down to this level on April 27 and gives it another try today. (3) VILLAGE JADE returns to Yonkers after a couple of starts over at the Meadowlands. She was facing tougher foes when last seen locally and is probably the one they'll have to beat.

Race 3 - F&M NW8/100000LT / F&M NW6/75000LT Drawn Inside Pace
(5) SOMESWEETSOMEWHERE is in good form with six straight top-three finishes, including two wins. She's going to get a shot with Jason Bartlett today and I'll give her a chance on top. (6) KELE KELE has won both of her starts at Yonkers so far in 2023 but moves outside on the gate and isn't likely to offer much value. (4) LYDEO drops out of the Blue Chip Matchmaker Series and gets post relief to go with it, but she didn't deliver as the favorite a couple of times before that event, and I think she's worth taking a stand against.
Race 4 - 3-5YO 50000CLM Pace
(7) SOUTHWIND BRONN performed well against NW6 rivals at Yonkers since coming over from the Meadowlands, and although he is stuck outside again, driver Brent Holland isn't timid about sending one out of there and getting position. (5) COALITION HANOVER put in another good effort to finish second on April 26 and remained hot property at the claim box as he's now with trainer Cory Stratton. (1) STRIKING IMPACT shows a second in the Preferred Handicap at Freehold two back and has been competitive at the Meadowlands as well lately. He has the pole to aid his chances, too.
Race 5 - NW7500L5/Winners in the Last Start of the Base Class NW5000L5 Trot
(7) IM THE MUSCLE showed speed last time out on April 26 but wound up getting parked by a well-meant Oh Boy, who went on to an easy win while this guy tired. He was a heavy favorite in that contest but should offer a better price in here while still remaining one of the main contenders in my opinion. (1) INFINITY STONE floated out from post six on 4-26 but couldn't find a seat and then retreated. He shifts to the pole position here and gets to slide down from the NW10000L5 class. (3) MUFASA AS returns to Yonkers after a confidence-building win over NW5000L5's down at Harrah's Philadelphia. I'll include him.
Race 6 - F&M NW4/50000LT / F&M NW2/25000LT Drawn Inside / F&M NW1/12500LT Assigned Pace
(5) HIGH FASHION STAR met some tough foes last time at the Meadowlands and had to settle for fifth, but she won impressively over NW4 company at Yonkers before that and merits top call. (6) COALFORDSNSHINE GB has missed the board just once since coming to the United States and defeated both NW2's and NW4's locally last month. (2) DINNER AND DANCING comes off a victory over NW2 foes on April 26 and drew inside my top two selections.
Race 7 - NW10306L5/Winners in the Last Start of Base Class NW7500L5 Trot
(3) SWISS HOUSE ONFIRE drops out of the NW15000L5 class and has post relief to go with it. While he never threatened in his last start on 4-13, he did trot a strong final quarter and was second the last time he raced at this level on March 15. (2) HUNTING AS got into this race by a dollar as he has $10,305 earned in his last five starts. He should appreciate getting to start from an inside slot after having the eight-hole last time out but has to avoid a miscue like he made before the start on the 19th of April. (7) OH BOY steamrolled NW7500L5 company last time out and moves up a notch here. If he's that good again he might be able to handle this group, too.
Race 8 - NW5000L5/12500CLM Trot
(5) BAZILLIONAIRE rarely wins (just one-for-42 over the last two years), but he finds the bottom level and a beatable group here. He also doesn't have to start from post eight like he did in his last outing. (2) EMOTIONS RICHES was scratched lame on April 19 but came back with a good qualifier at Pocono after that and had trot on the end of his mile in a NW7500L5 tilt on 4-12. (1) EMPEREURTHEBEST FR is probably going to take some play on the drop and post one draw, but he hasn't made much of an impact in any of his local tries thus far.
Race 9 - F&M NW10000L5/Winners in the Last Start of the Base Class NW7500L5/20000CLM Pace
(5) SILK CLOUD A finished with pace in her first start in the U.S. on April 26, and I'll use her tonight. This mare was a Group 2 winner Down Under and raced in several Group 1 events, too, so she has plenty of class. (6) ALTA MADEIRA N exits the Blue Chip Matchmaker Series and shows a victory over NW15000L5 foes on 3-10. (3) CASH ROLL was third in a NW15000L5 test in her Yonkers return on the 21st of April and gets to drop a notch today.

Race 10 - NW5681L5/12500CLM Trot
(4) MARK OF A BEAST made one start at Yonkers in the John Brennan Series and then returned to Saratoga where he's been racing at or near their top class. He lands in against bottom level foes in his Westchester comeback, and I'll swing. (5) LOS BALLYKEELAMIGO exits that contest that Oh Boy dominated in on 4-26 and fits this race by a dollar as he has $5,680 earned in his last five starts. (1) BY A HOFF HANOVER has been facing tougher company in Pennsylvania in recent weeks and gets post relief after starting from the eight-hole at Pocono last time out.
Race 11 - F&M NW5000L5/12500CLM Pace
(6) ALWAYS BE TRUE slides down from the NW7500L5, and I think she has some "sneaky good" form given her 28 second and change final quarters in her last three tries at the Meadowlands and here at Yonkers. (1) ASHTINI is still in search of her first win in 2023 but has hit the board against bottom level foes twice in her lines and has post relief in this spot. (4) TRIZZLE TRAZZLE went down the road to win in this class on April 27 and is in for the optional claiming tag again, allowing her to stay at the same level.
