[DRF HARNESS: Get Harness Eye PPs for this card] Race 2 - 20000CLM Pace (3) MINOTAUR shows three recent victories and slides in on the gate from the seven-hole to post three here for a high-percentage stable. (1) SHAKE IT has a win and a second in his last two outings and landed the pole position this afternoon. (5) DISMAS tallied in handy fashion against $20,000 claiming company last Saturday and debuts for new connections off a claim today. Race 3 - F&M Winners of 1 but not more than 4 PM Races or 60000LT / Winners of 5 PM Races LT who are NW L3 Starts Pace (2) MAGGIE Q N enters with three consecutive victories, including against NW2s at Yonkers a couple of weeks ago. She gets post relief off that effort here and I'll give her top call. (1) BYTHELITEOFTHEMOON has hit the board in both of her local tries since she came in from Kentucky and moves in from the six-hole to post one this afternoon. (3) YOULLFINDOUT tired after she worked hard to get to the front most recently at the Meadowlands but was in sharp form prior to that. Race 4 - NW2/30000LT Trot (5) AJAX BLUE CHIP has a lot of breaks in his lines but stayed flat at the Meadowlands on 5-15 and was a solid third to two stakes horses. Add in that close runner-up finish he shows in a Kentucky Sire Stakes leg last July and I'll give him a chance. (6) GAMELA HANOVER drops out of stakes competition and had two wins and a second in overnight races in April and May. (2) AUGUSTUS BLUE CHIP prevailed at this level last Saturday and moves in on the gate from post six to the two-hole today. Race 5 - 15000CLM Pace (3) CAPTAIN DEE TEE gained spots and ground in a third-place finish in his debut for this stable last Saturday and gets some post relief today. (7) OVER THE HORIZON drew poorly again but has four victories in this class since March 23, including in back-to-back outings. (1) ARTIST BEST tired after making multiple moves last Saturday but had a win and a runner-up finish prior to that when put on the front-end. He may be able to get in that position here from post one. Race 6 - Winners of 5 but not more than 7 PM Races or 90000LT Trot (1) HALFADOZEN prevailed in this class two back and I can overlook her poor result last Saturday as she had a bad post. She starts from the pole today, and I expect she'll be driven aggressively. (3) SEVEN LAYER finished a good second to a well-meant foe a week ago and makes his second start after a qualifier this afternoon. (6) MARIN COUNTY came in third in the same race SEVEN LAYER exits and has hit the board in five of his last seven tries overall. Race 7 - 15000CLM Pace (1) MR PROFETA was victorious the last time he had the pole position on 4-15 and has been hampered by bad posts in two tries since then. (3) DANCE ON THE BEACH doesn't have great form but gets a class drop/post relief combo and was George Brennan's pick. (6) J B GRAM has hit the board in four of his last five trips behind the gate and defeated $15,000 claiming company on May 14. [DRF HARNESS: Sign up for our FREE DRF Harness Digest Newsletter] Race 8 - 20000CLM Pace (1) TONTO RETURNS triumphed over $20,000 claimers twice in May for the track's leading stable and gets a driver switch to Jim Marohn Jr. this afternoon from a much better post. (2) MOVIN' ON UP has hit the board in four of his last five trips behind the gate and was Colin Kelly's choice over my top selection. (3) FOXHUNT owns a victory at this level back on the 8th of April and has a second and a third in his last two appearances. He gets reunited with Andy Miller today. Race 9 - NW8591L5 / Winners in Last Start of the Base Class NW5000L5 Pace (6) MAC'S MARVEL came in third against NW30000L5s as recently as 4-6 and was in the Borgata Series prior to that. I'll bank on him being put in play this afternoon as he gets to drop again. (4) HURRIKANE CHEYENNE was fourth against NW1000L5 base class rivals a week ago and slides down a notch on the ladder here. (5) CAPTAIN FEAR crushed NW5000L5 foes and that should have given him some confidence as he hikes up today.
