2026 MEET STATS: 96 - 351 / $661.82 (-$40.18) BEST BETS: 22 - 37 / $70.76 (-$3.24) SPOT PLAYS: 8 - 37 / $108.62 (+$34.62) BEST BET - ZAHEERA (4th) SPOT PLAY - LYONS STEEL (7th) Race 1 - 20000CLM Pace (1) SAILBOAT HANOVER slides in on the gate to the pole position this week and makes his third start back off the shelf. He beat $15,000 claimers on 5-4 at Yonkers and was Brent Holland's choice. (4) SHAKE IT got an aggressive drive from Dan Dube two weeks ago and won and don't be surprised if the same tactics are tried today. (3) SIMPLY FAST steps up from the age-restricted $20,000 claiming level but does so in great form and debuts for new connections off a claim. [DRF HARNESS: Get Harness Eye PPs for this card] Race 2 - NW2/45044LT Trot (2) VERY BUSY is two-for-two since he joined the track's leading stable and gets significant post relief to boot. (3) PRESS woke up with an improved effort most recently at Pocono and gets to partner with a catch driver again this time. (5) CHATTY MATTIE was third in the race won by VERY BUSY at Yonkers on May 9 and recently added Lasix. Race 3 - F&M NW2/38846LT Pace (2) ALWAYSWITHYOU drops to face straight NW2s today and also moves in on the gate. Her efforts two and three back were both solid, but she does need to avoid a miscue like she made a week ago. (5) EXISTENTIAL had just one win as a 2-year-old but it came in a stakes event. She makes her third start off the shelf today and closed well in a third-place effort against NW2s last Saturday. (1) PERLA broke her maiden in a quick mile down at Harrah's Philadelphia on the 23rd of April and starts from the pole for a high-percentage stable. Race 4 - Winners of 2 but not more than 4 PM Races or 67855LT Trot (2) ZAHEERA captured a Grand Circuit race last year at The Red Mile and makes her second appearance of 2026 off a fourth against NW3s at Harrah's Philadelphia. (5) WHAT A BUCKEYE was second when he minded his manners on 5-2 and has been favored in all of his local appearances thus far. (4) BEERSNSUNSHINE DEO lacks a victory thus far in her 4-year-old campaign but has hit the board in seven of her 12 trips behind the gate, so I'll toss her in underneath. Race 5 - 20000CLM Pace I'm going to stick with (2) HURRIKANEKINGJAMES again off the Stratton re-claim. He defeated $20,000 claimers out of that stable on 4-15 and starts from another inside post today. (6) PINK FLOYD HANOVER hasn't found the winner's circle in a bit but has hit the board in five of his last six outings and is back with familiar connections off a re-claim. (5) MOVIN' ON UP led a long way before he wound up third a week ago and has a trio of recent triumphs at Yonkers. Race 6 - Winners of 5 but not more than 8 PM Races or 90000LT Trot (3) KIERKEGAARD K qualified back well for his 2026 debut here and this stable usually sends them out ready right away. (6) KAYS IN CHARGE has won three of her last four starts and in two consecutive tries for the leading stable. Colin Kelly gets the live drive with Jason Bartlett not here today. (5) GREEN MEL came up half a length short of winning as the favorite a week ago and hails from the powerful Ron Burke stable. Race 7 - NW10601L5 / Winners in Last Start of the Base Class NW7500L5 Pace (3) LYONS STEEL has a win over NW15000L5s at Harrah's Philadelphia as recently as April 19 and faced tougher NW20000L5 base class rivals from a bad post when last seen locally on April 28. (2) ALL CLASS returns to action for the leading stable this afternoon and shows a second against NW30000L5s back in early March. (1) MOMENT IS HERE exits a couple of 1:49 and change miles at Pocono where he was competitive and starts from the pole here. [DRF HARNESS: Sign up for our FREE DRF Harness Digest Newsletter] Race 8 - F&M 20000CLM Pace (4) IRIS SEELSTER was second two back at this level and gets some post relief this time. She also kept Austin Siegelman over two others. (2) BECA MITCHELL comes in off a poor result but hit the board in two tries prior to that, including a third as the favorite in this class on April 28. (6) BOUT DAMN TIME A has been out of the trifecta just once in her last seven trips behind the gate and debuts for new connections off a claim. Race 9 - 15000CLM Pace (3) ARTIST BEST tallied down at Harrah's Philadelphia two back and then led into the stretch before he wound up second here on 5-14. He gets significant post relief today, and I'll give him top call based on that, plus his form. (8) OVER THE HORIZON is stuck out in post eight but shows four recent victories against $15,000 claimers, including in his last appearances on May 15. (1) HE'S SPECIAL posted a win and a third over at Pocono on the 27th of April and 5th of May, then gained spots and ground in the race won by OVER THE HORZION most recently. That run of good results and a pole position draw today makes him very usable.
