Race 1 - F&M NW3/25573LT Pace
(3) BLUE POINT had a good enough campaign to make the NY Sire Stakes final at age 2 and comes over from Pocono this evening following a third-place result in their NW4 class most recently. (5) LINEMUP KNOCKMBACK has hit the board in all five of her starts thus far in 2024 and returns to action tonight after a good qualifier at Yonkers on May 3. (7) OBJ moves outside on the gate here but romped over NW2's last Saturday and also tallied twice in Pennsylvania last month.

Race 2 - NW7500L5/Winners in the Last Start of Base Class NW5000L5 Pace
(6) SPRINGSTEEN has had success for Shane and Lauren Tritton in the past and is back with them now. He romped to a facile victory in a similar class to this one back on 3-9 at Pocono. (3) MY CARBON COPY N didn't really fire last Saturday but did have a bit of a gap in his schedule. He closed in 27 and change in a third-place effort against NW7500L5 foes on April 19. (1) NOME HANOVER comes north from Freehold with a win and a third in his last two tries and was a heavy favorite both times.

Race 3 - NW10221L5/Winners in the Last Start of the Base Class NW7500L5/NW7500L5 Draw Inside Pace
(6) DEETZY was a rallying second in a NW15000L5 event on 4-29 and gets to drop a notch on the ladder tonight. He's shown the ability to race well both with early speed and from behind. (3) ROLLING WITH SAM finished third in this class the last time he was seen at Yonkers on April 2 and returns after two more on-the-board results at Plainridge and Tioga. (4) ALEX TYE upset in a NW7500L5 contest last Saturday and also shows a win at this level back in mid-March.
Race 4 - F&M Winners of 3 but not more than 5 PM Races or 61034LT Pace
(4) AMBUSHED won in this class last Saturday, and given that was her first start of 2024, I'd expect her to be even sharper tonight. She was also Matt Kakaley's choice of three horses. (5) DEVILISH DREAMS closed well and finished second to my top pick a week ago but does move outside from the pole position to post five. (6) VARSITY BLUE CHIP had a four-race win streak at Yonkers in February and March and returns tonight after having some success in the Weiss Series at Pocono.
Race 5 - 30000CLM Pace
(5) SULLIVAN showed speed from post seven on 4-18 but ended up getting parked out. Although he ended up with a bad trip, I take it as a positive sign that he was fired out, and he won twice in this class in late March and early April. (2) MAJOR DESIRE won in a $25,000 claimer on 4-25 and backed that up with a second-place finish at this level last Saturday. (1) DON DOMINGO N was racing against $40,000 claimers when last seen in February and has had a couple of qualifiers to get ready for his return to action.
Race 6 - F&M NW1/12500LT Pace
(2) JUST ONE BITE shows two straight 27 and change final quarters down at Harrah's Philadelphia, and she was only six lengths behind a very good filly in Bath Bomb on 4-26. I'll give her a try. (7) AMERICAN HOPE makes her second start of 2024 tonight and was only half a length away from winning in this class a week ago. (1) URSULA BLUE CHIP has been hitting the board with some regularity and usually provides value underneath. She moves in from the six-hole to the pole position this week.
Race 7 - 20000CLM Pace
(1) OZONE BLUE CHIP went a huge trip in finishing third last week despite getting parked the mile. He slides in from post seven to the pole position this time, and hopefully that outside journey didn't take too much out of him. (2) STOP STARING won the last time he was in against $20,000 claimers and hit the board against $25,000 claimers in two efforts after that. (6) CAPTAIN T HANOVER charged from last to second in the back-half of his mile a week ago and has won in this class before.
Race 8 - NW2/34464LT / NW2/12500LT Draw Inside Trot
(6) SKY BOX makes his second start of 2024 here. He was third, beaten 2 3/4 lengths, in a NW3 race at Harrah's Philadelphia on 5-3, and that event was won by a horse who was in the Breeders Crown 2-Year-Old Colt Trot final a year ago. (2) RILEY'S REBEL started her 3-year-old season by finishing a solid second to a heavy favorite in this class last Saturday. (4) DEVIOUS MOJITO AS shows wins in a NW2 dash at the Meadowlands and a NW3 test at Harrah's Philadelphia so far this year.
Race 9 - 15000CLM Pace
(4) ITALIAN DELIGHT N won't offer any value but romped to a win in this class on 4-24 and is probably too fast for the others if he comes with another effort like that tonight. (1) MAJESTIC KIWI N has had no shot from post eight in his last two appearances here and at Harrah's Philadelphia but starts from the pole here and did hit the board twice at this level back in March. (5) LIBERTY N FREEDOM tallied in this class on April 17, and although he's had to settle for a a pair of fourths since then, his final quarters have been solid.

Race 10 - NW1/14001LT Trot
(5) NYMERIA dominated NW1 company at Pocono and now comes east to Yonkers in the same class. She didn't race last year as a freshman but looks to have some talent. (1) VERSACE BLUE CHIP won in a NW2 race up at Saratoga on 4-28 and gets to team up with a catch driver (Tyler Buter) tonight. (4) MAGIC MELVIN gained some spots in the back-half of his mile against NW2 foes last Saturday and meets up with NW1's here.
Race 11 - NW5000L5/12500CLM Pace
(8) GINGRAS BEACH starts from the eight-hole but won convincingly the last time he was in a NW5000L5 event and hopefully will be put in play. (2) MARLBANK ROAD cut the fractions and was third in this class a week ago in an improved effort and gets another chance to team up with Matt Kakaley. (3) WICHITA LINEMAN gets another opportunity to compete at the bottom level tonight after coming in third last Saturday.
