(2) SHOREVIEW returned locally last week in the bottom conditioned class, got away near the rear, snuck up the rail and charged home to win, showing a new dimension in the process by coming from off the pace. He's back in for a tag tonight with a much better post and the Jenn Bongiorno trainee looms a big player. (1) WESTERN BEACHBOY has been solid recently at Saratoga and Monti and he raced pretty well here five and six races back. (8) PARKLANE JET will be a big price but he does have a nice move in him and maybe he can pick off some horses late.
Race 2: NW10000 in last 5 starts Pace
(6) SOUTHWIND MOROCCAN has just been pacing evenly of late but that was facing better than these; Harris trainee drops back to the level of his last win and doesn't seem to have much speed inside of him. (8) OUR CORELLI N bumps up off a win and also moves to the Shane Tritton barn; Stratton takes over the driving duties and it’s extremely unlikely he'll be sitting last. (1) TISADREAM N arrives from Plainridge and joins the Fanning barn; gelding seems like he'll be a decent fit with these.

Race 3: $25,000 Claiming Pace
This is a tough race to figure with a couple of classy veterans entering new barns via claim. (7) GIVENUPDREAMING has always raced well over this surface and he gets Bartlett back in the bike off the Pellegrino claim; he's got good early speed which can hopefully get him in play. (6) IAMMRBRIGHTSIDE N returns locally after a series of good efforts in Pennsylvania and he's another that should be in the early mix. (8) TWIN B SPEEDO is up in class again going for six straight but this looks like a very tough spot.
Race 4: NW10000 in last 5 starts Pace
(2) PATERNITY SUIT A was caught up in a 1:48 4/5 mile last week at the Meadowlands in his debut for the Fanning barn and he seemingly never got involved in the fog; he lands in a softer spot tonight and could be a good fit here. (1) MOHAWK WARRIOR rallied well from the back last week versus a notch lesser and moving all the way inside here makes him logical. (5) BALLARAT BOOMERANG chased a couple of good ones last week and flattened out; perhaps if he follows cover here he can rally late for a piece.
Race 5: Preferred Pace
(3) I'M SOME GRADUATE has been solid for Burke making his way back up the class ladder and he lands in a very live spot here facing a mixed bag of foes in this billed "Preferred" event. Classy veteran may be taking control early. (7) TOOKADIVEOFFDIPPER was used hard in last week's Open and folded up after battling; he's more of a legit Open horse than others in here and should offer a nice price. (8) MOONSHINE KISSES goes for four straight overall but faces a tall order from the far outside post.
Race 6: NW15000 in last 5 starts Pace
(2) BO MACH has pummeled lesser in his last two at Philly and he has a good local history; Dylan Davis trainee deserves top billing from this spot. (1) LYONS KING faltered last week at odds-on facing a notch lesser but it's still hard to discount his chances coming from these connections. (5) BETTOR THAN SPRING and (7) IDEAL JIMMY are a couple of solid upper-level conditioned pacers and both have tactical speed.
Race 7: Open Handicap Pace
(1) ROCK DIAMONDS N got roughed up in his local return but tonight's trip can't possibly be as bad; Cushing import has had some solid winning efforts here in the past and he's proven capable with smooth sailing. (7) OSTRO HANOVER has been razor-sharp and has shown nice versatility as well; he should be a player despite moving outside. (8) SAN DOMINO A enjoyed watching the action last week and sailed by handily; can he leave to improve early position? If so, watch out!

Race 8: NW15000 in last 5 starts Pace
(5) MIGHTY SANTANA N hasn't been all that sharp out of town but horses from this barn are usually live and perform well locally; worth a shot. (4) GLOBAL DOMINATION N was a bit short last out; is the Peter Tritton trainee capable of better? I'm not sure, but I'm also not going to let him beat me. (7) ROLLWITHPAPAJOE is capable but inconsistent.
Race 9: NW15000 in last 5 starts Pace
(2) ARTIE’S IDEAL dropped and popped last out; the Erv Miller trainee seems talented enough to double up facing better. (4) MCSPIDEY is back at Yonkers after an extended stay in western New York and he's had plenty of local wins; veteran goes for four straight overall. (5) BLACK CHEVRON N has missed time with a sick scratch but obviously he's capable if ready to go.
Race 10: NW20000 in last 5 starts Pace
(3) SOHO LENNON A gets some needed post relief and this looks like a spot where Bartlett can be aggressive early; classy veteran should be on the lead or in the two-hole. (1) GLACIS has been second best in his last four and in six of seven overall; why not again? (4) REDBANK BLAZE A steps up in class looking for a third straight score.
