Race 1 - NW5000L5/12500CLM Trot

(8) MYCROWNMYKINGDOM romped over the half-mile oval at Grand River in Canada last time out and shows racing in several stakes events on his page. He gets to face bottom level foes here at Yonkers in his first start for trainer Paul Stafford, and I'll put him on top, even from the outside. (2) SUMATRA hit the board a week ago against NW5000L5's and was Brent Holland's choice. (5) MUSCLE STAR makes his second start for trainer Cory Stratton and was second in the corresponding class to this one over at Pocono on Tuesday afternoon.

Race 2 - 30000CLM Pace

(3) JACKAMINO has finished up his mile in 28 and change in both of his attempts for trainer Mike Forte and catches a pretty wide open-looking group here. Hopefully he'll offer a little value. (6) ALWAYS AT MY PLACE found the $40,000 claiming level too difficult but drops down to the $30,000's here and romped to a facile win two back. (1) SHARK PLAY was able to hit the board last week in his initial attempt out of the Carmen Auciello barn and landed another inside post tonight.

Race 3 - NW10000L5/Winners in the Last Start of Base Class NW7500L5 Pace

(6) SOHO LENNON A zipped home in 27 2/5 in his last start on 9-26. He drops a notch tonight in his third start back off the bench and has a driver switch to Jason Bartlett. (1) MICKY GEE N also flashed home in 27 2/5 in the same race my top pick comes out of. He gets the same class relief here in his second attempt after a layoff and drew a much better post to go with it. (2) HICKFROMFRENCHLICK downed NW7500L5's last time out and just missed by a head after cutting the mile in the corresponding class to this one at the Meadowlands prior to that.

Race 4 - 3&4YO 40000CLM Pace

(7) MAKE MY DEO showed the ability to finish second against NW6 company back in August and September and had no shot last week when he got wiped out in an incident. He adds Holland in the bike here and I'll give him a shot at what should be a good price. (2) CAVIART SARGENT finally drew an inside post tonight and won at this level on 9-10. (1) MUSTANG BEACH has hit the board in all of his attempts since coming into Gareth Dowse's barn, but he also hasn't won. I think he's worth taking a stand against.

Race 5 - NW7500L5/Winners in the Last Start of the Base Class NW5000L5/15000CLM Trot

(1) KASHA V landed an inside post here for the first time since back in mid-August and won the last time he raced at this level on July 30. (3) LADY JETER drops again tonight, moves inside on the gate, and has a driver switch to Bartlett. (8) DC ANNA is stuck outside but rallied to finish third in the corresponding class to this one down at Harrah's Philadelphia on 9-22, and I'll include.

Race 6 - NW15000L5/Winners in the Last Start of the Base Class NW10000L5/NW9 PM Races LT Pace

(5) ALEX TYE found a cure for his bad post blues by landing the five-hole here, and the only other time in his lines on the page he didn't have post seven or eight, he won on August 15. (1) REIGNING DEO gives this class a third shot tonight and has paced 27 and change final quarters in his last two efforts. (2) ST LADS BEAT IT drops after finishing third against NW20000L5's on September 27 and gets reunited with Bartlett.

Race 7 - NW10451L5/Winners in the Last Start of Base Class NW7500L5/20000CLM Trot

(2) ZIG ZAG exits the $50,000 claimers in this spot and won in this class on August 6. He also has considerable post relief off his last start as he had the eight-hole in that effort. (3) NO MAS DRAMA raced well to finish second to a well-meant foe a week ago and gets a second attempt at the same level tonight. (6) BIZET wasn't Bartlett's choice, but he gets a good replacement in Matt Kakaley, and given his two third-place results against $75,000 claimers in August, I think he can be included.

Race 8 - 3&4YO Open Pace

(6) RED RIGHT HAND couldn't deliver at 1-9 last time out but faces aged-restricted company here and will be a better price tonight. I also like that he gets reunited with Jordan Stratton, who has won with him before. (2) PLEASELETMEKNOW won the MGM Messenger Stakes final at Yonkers earlier this year and drops out of stakes company tonight. (3) SAULSBROOK HERO finished up his mile in 27 2/5 on September 27 and gets Austin Siegelman back in the bike here. Siegelman drove this horse to an off-the-pace victory on 9-12.

Race 9 - NW15000L5/Winners in the Last Start of the Base Class NW10000L5/NW9 PM Races LT Pace

(6) ROLLING WITH SAM doesn't have to start from the eight-hole tonight like he did on September 27 and also gets to drop out of the NW20000L5's. (4) SONNY WEAVER N romped over NW10000L5's last Saturday and is likely capable of handling the step up in class. (2) RHODENA ROAD returns to Yonkers tonight after racing in Canada over the last couple of months. He was third in a NW15000L5 race when last seen locally.
