Yonkers: Analysis for Saturday 10/10

MEET STATS: 171 - 509 / $884.70 (-$133.30)
BEST BETS: 29 - 49 / $96.90 (-$1.10)
Best Bet: OUR CORELLI N (4th)
Spot Play: PAT STANLEY N (9th)
Race 1: NW7500 in last 5
(6) CARLISIMO burned money last week pulling up with broken equipment at 1/5 odds. Prior start was a solid second to the classy Soho Lennon A. (3) ART SCENE was bottomed from the pocket last out in a mile then went in 52 and change; he figures to be forwardly placed again and can make amends. (4) FEELING CAM LUCKY returns locally after blowing away the field at Philly; repeat effort makes him tough.
Race 2: NW10000 in last 5
(1) BELTANE A was a solid second best last out from a similar spot and the Lance Hudson trainee should be set up with a live trip. (2) KEY ADVISOR didn't fire in his last two but was a winner versus similar three back and is hard not to include here. (8) ONE OFF DELIGHT A has been racing pretty well and gets class relief to boot; obviously the eight hole is a major concern, however. Need a price if using him on top.
Race 3: NW10000 in last 5
(3) DON DOMINGO N is the third Lance Hudson trainee in as many races on tonight’s card that's seemingly in a winning spot. Class relief and move inside a couple of notches can make this import tough to deny. (6) TYMAL PEACEMAKER has been going well for Lachance and returns locally after being in a couple of tough spots at Philly. (8) BETTERLATETHNNEVER is a classy oldtimer closing in on $400K lifetime and he arrives off a win at Plainridge at short odds; does Bartlett blast? I think he'll be trying to.
Race 4: NW10000 in last 5
(3) OUR CORELLI N never got into gear in a Yonkers start last month but he's been razor-sharp recently at Pocono and he finds a field begging to be beaten; short price with Bartlett driving. (1) HORSING AROUND saved ground and finished up well in his local return; from this spot he's the most likely candidate to complete a chalky exacta. (2) MEYER ON FIRE likely needed last week's start at Freehold and the Erv Miller-trained 4-year-old could have more to offer tonight.
Race 5: NW15000 in last 5
(3) ANTHEM N pops up with a big effort every now and then and the improved post will certainly help the Tritton trainee's chances. (4) ELWELL rarely puts in a bad effort and should find a way to hit the ticket.(5) IMAROCNROLLEGEND N is a proven entity here and the Jenn Bongiorno trainee will look to be heading to the front.
Race 6: NW15000 in last 5
(1) MISTER SPOT A returned from Pennsylvania last week to join the Shane Tritton barn and promptly handled his affairs beating a notch lesser at odds-on. He faces better tonight but may be up to the task. (4) ITALIAN DELIGHT N does bump up in class off a loss but the import has good tactical speed which should be on display from this spot. (5) THE REAL ONE obviously needs no introduction and he can take all with a favorable trip.
Race 7: NW15000 in last 5
(5) YAYAS HOT SPOT N lingered most of the way midpack through a rated pace versus some good rivals and finished willingly for a board spot. As is obvious to all Yonkers followers anything from the Shane and/or Peter Tritton barn deserves instant respect, especially if Stratton is driving. (1) SOHO WALLSTREET A called on his back class to wire them up from the eight hole last week; he faces better but will be a player from this spot. (7) KERFORD ROAD A faces an uphill climb but could rally for a share.
Race 8: NW22100 in last 5
(2) SAN DOMINO A moved from the Andrew Harris barn to the Shane Tritton barn and beat up on lesser at 5 cents on the dollar. Bump up in class shouldn't be a problem for this classy import. (1) SOMEBADDUDE draws best and I'm sure Bartlett will be securing the best possible spot from the best possible post. (5) SOHO LENNON A has been solid in all recent starts; include.
Race 9: NW20000 in last 5
We'll end the night with another Shane Tritton trainee in (4) PAT STANLEY N, who raced willingly in his U.S. debut finishing second to a razor-sharp rival. (3) SUNFIRE BLUE CHIP is getting up there in age but can still race at a high level; he got nipped at the wire in his last two. (1) RUNRUNJIMMYDUNN N is going well now and draws best; hard to leave off exotic tickets.
