MEET STATS: 227 - 640 / $1,269.60 (-$10.40)
BEST BETS: 31 - 63 / $100.30 (-$25.70)
Best Bet: ROUGH ODDS (1st)
Spot Play: FOREVER FAV (6th)
Race 1: $25,000 Claiming Pace
(3) ROUGH ODDS is a perfect 5 for 5 since moving to this barn and he'll be favored to take another. (4) GIVENUPDREAMING has underachieved pretty much all year but this is a much more realistic spot as he goes second-time for Burke; consider. (2) MACHIAVELLI makes his second start back after being on the shelf for a few months and he can land a share with a smooth trip.

Race 2: $30,000 Claiming Pace
(6) WEONA SIZZLER A drops in for a $30K tag after going an eventful trip last start as the odds-on favorite; price goes way up tonight if you want to stick with this Bongiorno trainee. (2) REAL LUCKY N was a sharp pocket-sitting winner last out going second-time Lasix; he bumps up a notch here but draws well. (1) CHANGE STRIDE N also moves up a notch off the DiDomenico claim and overall he's been pretty good in most of his recent starts.
Race 3: NW10000 in last 5 starts Pace
(2) MIKE'S Z TAM has been a check-earning machine recently for Lachance and he faces softer here while also moving inside; this seems like a spot where he should be aggressively handled. (3) LA PLAYER makes his fifth U.S. start and it's time for this import to show something. (4) IM SIR BLAKE A has taken money in most of his recent races, even from seemingly difficult spots. Bartlett's choice looks like a live player here.
Race 4: $30,000 Claiming Pace
(7) SUGARTOWN has really turned things around in his last couple at Pocono and he ships in to face a similar class of horses here; outside post presents a problem but he's worth a look if the price is decent. (1) TIME OUT I'M TIRED has rallied well in his last two and overall has been solid since moving to the Forte barn. (2) MY DELIGHT is back in for a tag after a couple of good placings facing lesser; Brennan sticks with the DiDomenico charge.
Race 5: $40,000 Claiming Pace
(1) EFFRONTE A is another example of a horse who showed major improvement after moving to the Dowse barn and despite getting caught last week he gets the call here to take these the distance. (3) PROVOCATIVEPRINCEN gets needed post relief in his third start off the Burke claim. (2) HIGHLAND TARTAN is in for a $40K tag after being second best last start to a classy rival.
Race 6: $50,000 Claiming Pace
(3) FOREVER FAV got hung to dry last week but to his credit he hung around pretty well before giving way; Jenn Bongiorno trainee was a winner the start prior and he clearly fits with these. (1) REVELRY has missed a bit of time coming off a sick scratch but he was a winner at this level three back for Gillis and he can threaten if ready to give 100%. (7) JUST PLAIN LOCO has been super in two starts for Dan Morrissey after being taken for $25K.
Race 7: Open Handicap Pace
(2) ROCKAPELO was totally uninvolved in his two starts since coming back from a vacation but if the Burke trainee is ready to fire his best shot this is a perfect spot for him. (4) ROLLWITHPAPAJOE took a few weeks off and tightened nicely with that qualifier at Philly; he's a proven commodity with these when drawn well enough. (5) ALLUNEEDISFAITH N returned to Yonkers two starts back in stellar form and has since kept it up with a recent win and a second.
Race 8: NW15000 in last 5 starts Pace
(4) SEMI TOUGH had some very nice moments earlier this year in the Borgata series and now he drops in class for the third consecutive start; Burke trainee can handle these. (1) RUNRUNJIMMYDUNN N is always a serious player when drawn well. (2) ITALIAN DELIGHT N just missed two back from a similar spot.
Race 9: NW20000 in last 5 starts Pace
(2) WINDSUN RICKY has had a couple of eventful trips recently but also a solid uncovered win from a very similar spot two back; Stafford trainee looks to have as good a shot as any in this competitive affair. (4) TOWNLINE ALL GOOD moves out of the $50K claimers, lands a better post and was a winner at this level five back. (7) IMSTAYINALIVE worked his way all the way up to the Open ranks and now he's descending the class ladder for Lachance; seven hole is no picnic but he's capable of hitting the ticket with a smooth trip.
Race 10: NW20000 in last 5 starts Pace
(1) JJ FLYNN has had some decent moments in the past at Yonkers and he returns into a very live spot. (3) PEACE OUT POSSE has raced well in all recent for Team Bongiorno and the post relief makes him a prime contender. (5) BETTOR MEMORIES gets a bit of class relief coming off of last week's failed speed try.

Race 11: NW31000 in last 5 starts Pace
(3) GARDY'S LEGACY A graduates from the age-restricted events and faces some tougher, more seasoned stock but he may be good enough to contend. If the price is decent he's worth a try. (4) GALANTE A doesn't always get the respect he deserves but he brings a solid effort to the track practically every week. (5) LYONS KING hit town for Jenn Bongiorno and wired NW20's at even-money; he should be considered again.
Race 12: NW30000 in last 5 starts Pace
(3) KEEP ON ROCKING A picked up where he left off last week in his local return and he'll look to make it two straight facing better. (2) NANDOLO N gets much-needed post relief and he figures to take a ton of tote action. (4) CAVIART LUCA is drawn outside his main competition and that may limit him to a smaller share.
