Race 1: $15,000 Claiming Pace
(6) ROSE RUN ASTRO moves back to the Izzy Estrada barn and though he's coming off a dull effort he's done well for this outfit and he lands a more aggressive driver with Bongiorno. (3) OZONE BLUE CHIP was uninvolved in his last two from outside posts but this classy veteran is always a player when drawn inside and classified correctly, and this is a pretty soft field. (4) I'M SOME GRADUATE has been much improved in his last couple of outings.

Race 2: 3-6YO $30,000 Claiming Pace
(1) THONG CONTROL has raced well most starts in the Lachance barn and he gets a catch driver tonight with Buter taking over; moves from the worst post to the rail. (3) TOPVILLE SOMEBEACH has been sharp and looks to keep it going for another new barn tonight. (7) LYONS BENJAMIN goes back to the Daguet barn, has been sharp, will look to move forward early for his best chance.
Race 3: Invitational Pace
An overflow field of five here going for $43,000...and a legit case can be made for all of them. (1) DANDY IDEAL came up just short last week after rating a kind pace but it was just his second start of his 4YO career and he figures to be getting stronger and faster as the season progresses. He's got a legit chance to seat everyone early and face zero pace pressure. (4) CAPTINHAMMERHEAD A has done nothing wrong for the Blackler barn since arriving. (5) MOSSDALE BEN N is back at Yonkers for the Pete Tritton barn after capturing the Battle of Lake Erie. Does he get away last in here? Very possible.
Race 4: NW30000 in last 5 starts Pace
(2) SOHO DOW JONES A tackles tougher after winning last start and with an inside draw again tripping out for another is conceivable. (6) CAPTAIN MOORE A needs an alert getaway for his best chance and the Blackler import would be the top pick had he drawn better. (1) STERLING CHOICE was in a tough spot last week but toss that line out and he matches up well here.
Race 5: $40,000 Claiming Pace - $10,000 Gtd. Pick 5 Pool
(1) MANFERNO drops right back to the winning level and moves from the eight hole back to the rail; recipe for success. (4) LYRICAL GENIUS A moves to another new barn via claim as Alexander takes over with the veteran gelding; he's been a model of consistency all season. (8) HIMSELF N was an interesting claim two starts back and the new connections stepped him up a level and didn't race that badly. He's back in with $40's and in a very tough spot due to the post but the price will be huge.
Race 6: NW15000 in last 5 starts Pace
I love when horses drop and pop, seemingly get their confidence back then step back up and dominate. Such is the case with (5) ESCAPE TO AMERICA and I think he can win another one. (3) AMERICAN DEALER N gets needed post improvement and Bongiorno is back driving; he won with the millionaire pacer three back. (1) PRINTVILLE is 0 for 17 and counting on the year and he faces better here but he's been good lately and can land a share with a smooth trip from the rail.
Race 7: $30,000 Claiming Pace
(3) EVER HOPING A finished second in his last three starts (plus has hit the board in six of seven) and was claimed out of that last one by the Alexander barn. Kakaley picks up the drive as the veteran stays properly classified and is well overdue for a win. (6) KOMODO BEACH returns to Yonkers after a decent run at Pocono for the Bongiorno barn and he's forwardly placed in most starts. He's up a little in price but should fit okay. (7) PEACE OUT POSSE has won his last three at this level in impressive fashion and has done it for three different barns. Enters another new outfit tonight but is stuck in a particularly tough spot.

Race 8: $50,000 Claiming Pace
(2) KEAYANG TACO A raced well since shipping in to the Stratton barn, especially in his last two starts at this level; ready to win. (5) ODDS ON CAPITALISM stopped badly two back and was claimed out of that race by the Laterza barn and last week's race seemed fine. He's got early speed at his disposal, especially with Holland driving. (3) INVISIBLE N can be inconsistent and erratic but he's also got the talent to hang with these.
Race 9: NW20000 in last 5 starts Pace
(5) LITTLE WILLY has been ultra-consistent over the last two months facing pretty much similar to what he sees here, and last week he was a close third against a rival who would probably be odds-on in here. Bako trainee gets the call. (6) IKNOWBETTER is back from a try at Pocono where he was outfinished in a 1:49 3/5 mile; Bongiorno trainee had also been racing well in all prior starts (7) BACKSTREET SHADOW is up in class off a win in his local return and he's drawn outside; tough spot for this $1.8 million earner but he deserves consideration for a share.
Race 10: NW8401 in last 5 starts Pace
(5) PLEASELETMEKNOW has lost a step (or three) over the past couple of seasons after earning over $900K prior to that. These lower levels are where he fits now and he has been competitive, though it's been a long time since that last win. There are some tough ones here for this class but that boosts the price considerably. (3) HAMMERING HANK drops back down from $40K claimers where he hasn't been bad and he seems the most logical. (2) FINVARRA A was short in his first start in almost a year; logic would dictate that he'll be better this time around.
