Race 1: $75,000 Claiming Trot
(3) STONEBRIDGE GAMBLE goes back to the Bako barn off the claim and bumps up to the $75,000 level where he should be the controlling speed again. (4) SMALLTOWNTHROWDOWN is back in for a tag and the veteran trotter can also leave and may get the pocket trip. (6) WILD AND CRAZY GUY has been a consistent player for an extended period of time but could not reach in his last two and may have the same problem tonight.

Race 2: Pop-Up NW15000 Leg #3 Pace
(2) ANOTHRMASTRPIECE N controlled the action last week at five cents on the dollar and despite being a small price again he's hard to go against. (5) GINGRAS BEACH is a legit talent for the Bucci barn and he can round out a chalky exacta. (3) REAL PEACE has four official third-place finishes in as many starts here since shipping up from Florida.

Race 3: NW30000 in last 5 starts Pace
(6) ALEX TYE put in a big effort in defeat last week and if Gingras can fire him out again there could be upset possibilities here. (1) BEE TWO BEE drops from the Open ranks and the Burke trainee is clearly the one to beat. (2) AMERICAN COURAGE has yet to break through to the win column as a four-year-old but has certainly raced well enough.
Race 4: NW15000 in last 5 starts Pace
(3) ROCK LIGHTS seems to have figured things out as his last two wins versus lesser have been super; Cory Stratton trainee is sharp enough to handle another rise in class. (5) GLENGARRY KNIGHT N hasn't done much in his last three races but he takes an important drop in class and is reunited with Gingras. (2) CANTSTOPLYING was a winner in his last local race and he figures to be close to the pace throughout.
Race 5: NW20000 in last 5 starts Pace
(4) JOESSTAR OF MIA A has multiple wins facing $100K claimers and Open types this season and the drop in class combined with the post relief makes the Dowse trainee stand out. (1) MIGHTY SANTANA N draws best again and can sit the pocket to the top one from start to finish. (2) BILL HALEY N returns from Plainridge and was a winner in his last local start. He won't ever be too far back from this spot.
Race 6: NW31130 in last 5 starts Pace
(3) MR DS ROCK takes a needed drop from the Open ranks into a class where he fits much better and he was a winner when last in with this type; from this spot Kakaley can get aggressive. (4) NO LOU ZING has been burning money recently but with that said he still looms large here. (7) ST LADS BEAT IT continues to impress since arriving locally for Andrew Harris and he can help spice up the exotics.
Race 7: Pop-Up NW15000 Leg #3 Pace
(4) ALWAYS AND AGAIN hasn't had the easiest of trips in this mini-series but he does improve a few spots on the gate and we've seen good gate speed from him in the past. (1) BRONX SEELSTER is the obvious chalk going for three straight. (6) GROOVY JOE fits with these but lands another tough post; small piece?
Race 8: Open Handicap Pace
(6) PRICELESS BEACH is beyond sharp right now and he proved last week that he can overcome his outside post assignment. Bako trainee could offer a halfway decent price as well. (5) SPEED MAN N is a proven commodity at this Open level and his early speed always serves him well. (1) AMERICAN DEALER N lands the best post in his local return and Joe B. may be looking to take this field down the road.
Race 9: $50,000 Claiming Pace
(5) ALOTBETTOR N wasn't bad at all last week, finishing close-up at a price. Siegelman finds a spot where he may be able to leave the gate and make the front. (1) MOONLIGHT SHADOW has been a decent earner since being claimed by these low-profile connections; best draw and picking up Kakaley helps. (6) FOREVER FAV moves to the Height barn off last week's $50K claim and picks up Yannick. Problem here is the post.
Race 10: Pop-Up NW15000 Leg #3 Pace
(2) SONNY WEAVER N goes for three straight in this Pop-Up series and looks like another short-priced reliable chalk for Bartlett. (6) ROCKATHON went wire-to-wire with these two back and Brennan may be looking to hustle him out of the gate. (3) SHNEONUCRZYDIAMND A has been much-improved recently for Garcia-Herrera.

Race 11: $75,000 Claiming Pace
(3) LYONS KING has hit the board in all recent tries at this claiming level and from this post Stratton may be able to set him up with a live trip. He may offer the best price of the contenders. (1) FEELIN WESTERN has been solid of late for Burke and the four-year-old looms large but figures to be overbet. (7) I'M SOME GRADUATE goes for three straight four of six overall; post obviously hurts but it's impossible to dismiss him.
Race 12: $50,000 Claiming Trot
High-priced trotters bookend tonight's card, which is a little odd. (8) BIG BAD SWAN was ambitiously placed upon arrival for DiDomenico and never got involved. He finds a softer field here and new driver Bartlett isn't shy about getting them in play from the outside posts. (2) KANDY SWEET paid a nice price in that recent win, but now there's no value on her. (7) BIG RICH can be excused for that last tough trip; Burke trainee does have a recent win at this level.
