Race 1: NW15000 in last 5 starts Pace
(2) DANCIN DRAGON sat pocket to the tough winner last week and had no real excuse to blow second; that's a few starts in a row where he's failed to gain in the late stages but he could be on the front end tonight and that may make the difference. (1) MYSWEETBOYMAX has burned money in his last two after leaving the age-restricted levels; don't accept too short of a price again. (3) ALL HANDS ON DECK drops again after a disappointing effort; he may be out and grinding on the rim again from this spot.

Race 2: $75,000 Claiming Pace
(3) ELWELL made the front easily last week and rated a very kind pace in a winning effort; he faces much of the same tonight and could be tough again if he makes the lead without too much trouble. (2) ROLLING WITH SAM has been much-improved since the recent barn change to Dowse and he was second best from the pocket to the top one last start; he'll likely be sitting the stalking trip again. (1) VELOCITY KOMODO hasn't had much early speed recently; does Brennan try pushing harder off the gate tonight?

Race 3: NW22900 in last 5 starts Pace
(2) SPLASH BROTHER was favored to go down the road in the Borgata eligibles pace last week but he gave way in the lane fading to fifth. Schnittker trainee faces easier here looking to rebound. (5) TITO ROCKS returns locally and has done good things here in the past; Stratton takes the drive over his brother's trainee and he looks like a solid player. (4) SAVE ME A DANCE has good early speed which usually sets him up nicely; he was second best last week to a streaking rival.
Race 4: $75,000 Claiming Pace
(4) LYONS KING moves back into claimers in his second start since moving to the Cory Stratton barn and Jordan takes the lines tonight; veteran does have a win this season at this level. (5) REVELRY tried going down the road in his last start and was nipped on the wire; interesting to see if Bartlett tries the same tactics tonight. (3) PRINCE MCAEDLE N moves in a few slots and generally races well from the inside few posts.
Race 5: NW15380 in last 5 starts Pace
(4) CAN B PERFECT was second best to a sharp winner last week and he can parlay that good effort into a win tonight. (2) ALEX TYE tripped out to win last start and he's working his way back up the class ladder; Buter may have him on the front tonight. (3) WALKINSHAW N is usually accustomed to facing better and he's another serious win candidate in this evenly-matched field.
Race 6: NW30000 in last 5 starts Pace
(2) STANFORD COURT is up in class again looking for three straight and Brennan sticks with the DiDomenico trainee over a Nik Drennan horse who he's had plenty of recent success with. (1) ROCK CANDY drops from the Open and lands the best post again; he should be a live player. (3) ALLUNEEDISFAITH N picks up Bartlett with Brennan on the top one and he's been solid late across the river.
Race 7: $50,000 Claiming Pace
(7) I'M BENICIO A was claimed out of his last start by the Bako barn and he gets Kakaley in the bike tonight. Only problem here is the post, but that helps his price. (1) BALLARAT BOOMERANG put in a solid effort in defeat last week and while he's not a prolific winner he should be in line for a live trip. (5) ITSMYCHECK GB failed last start when up in class but he was a big off-the-pace winner at this level the start prior.

Race 8: Open Handicap Pace
(5) AMERICAN DEALER N finished well last week in the Borgata eligibles and note that was with Lasix added. Bongiorno picks up the drive tonight with Zeron driving the favorite and there could be upset possibilities with a live trip. (3) RED RIGHT HAND dominated last week's 4YO Open at The Meadowlands and the Takter trainee already has five local wins this season. (2) RUNRUNJIMMYDUNN N is two-for-two since the Dowse claim and despite that recent Open win he ends up with the two hole.
Race 9: NW15000 in last 5 starts Pace
(2) FINE DIAMOND double-bumps in class but he looked very strong in last week's win and he may be sharp enough to take another. (3) CAPTAIN BARBOSSA is the one to beat here after some good recent efforts in the Borgata but he's still 0 for 2022 and will be a short price. (5) GLACIS shook free with good pace last start and figures to be closing again.
