(3) THE REGULATOR recently added Lasix and that seemed to help as he was a solid winner in his local return; Engblom trainee can double up here with Gingras on the return drive. (2) I'LL DRINK TO THAT also comes off a front-end win and he's got the talent to beat a bit better. (1) WALKINSHAW N shows up for work week after week and he's grinded out almost $270K over the last two seasons. From the rail he should be a player.

Race 2: $75,000 Claiming Pace
(2) OZONE BLUE CHIP has taken two straight in decisive fashion and he draws well again facing much of the same. Not much of a price here but he should get it done again. (4) FEELIN WESTERN gets Jordan Stratton back in the bike for his brother and this 4-year-old had some good moments at this level a couple of months back. (7) DON DOMINGO N is a model of consistency but has to overcome the poor post.

Race 3: $50,000 Claiming Pace
(8) SAILBOAT HANOVER has been super over the course of nearly a dozen starts now and despite starting from the worst post he must be considered on top facing a field with plenty of question marks. (6) WICHITA LINEMAN beat similar from a pocket ride last week; here's another sharp one. (2) BALLARAT BOOMERANG returns locally now in the Engblom barn and he did qualify effectively; Bartlett certainly is familiar with him from the Dowse era.
Race 4: $40,000 Claiming
(4) DARK ENERGY N seems to have found a home at this level as the Cory Stratton trainee has a win and a near miss in his last two; top billing. (2) CHANGE STRIDE N hasn't done much since the Jenn Bongiorno claim but he does get major post relief tonight. (5) SOHO CHELSEA A rallied for a minor award last start and now the Bako trainee figures to be more involved with the post improvement.
Race 5: NW15000 in last 5 starts Pace
(5) WINDSUN RICKY hasn't been far off at the finish in all of his recent starts facing a notch better than these. The aggressive Holland will likely be having this veteran moving early. (3) ELWELL also drops in class in his second start back from a two month vacation; he'll be more involved. (1) BIG SIR rallied to be third best last week with Boyd driving and he's back in the bike tonight.
Race 6: NW30000 in last 5 starts Pace
(5) PRICELESS BEACH found a winning spot last week and converted at a short price; he faces a bit better here and has the main contenders inside of him but that will help the price on this guy; capable. (4) NANDOLO N drops back to this level after rallying for the show dough in his last two in the Open; Shane Tritton trainee will be tough. (2) ALWAYS AND AGAIN missed a nose last out; loses Bartlett to #4 but picks up Gingras.
Race 7: $30,000 Claiming Pace
(3) POSH ONTHE BEACH A lands a rare inside post position after being stuck in the seven hole in four of his last five races. The fact that he finished third and fourth in his last two would indicate that he can flourish from this spot. (1) THRASHER shipped in last week, raced okay and was claimed out of that race by the improved Adamczyk barn. He draws the rail and picks up the live Braxton Boyd. (5) ASTON HILL DAVE takes an important drop from the $40K claiming level to the $30's and should offer more.
Race 8: $40,000 Claiming Pace
(5) TIN ROOF RAIDER A gets a fresh set of hands in Bartlett after being claimed out of his last start. Price should be decent to take a swing with the two inside horses raking most of the money. (1) MACH DORO A is back on the rail and he wired these two back. Veteran is a solid earner. (2) BRACKLEY BEACH goes for three straight for these connections and five of six overall.

Race 9: NW30000 in last 5 starts Pace
(5) GENIUS MAN dropped and popped last week from the seven hole with Braxton Boyd driving and he's in the bike again tonight on the step back up in class. Assuming he's firing from the gate, if he can clear the front he'll be trouble. (1) PYRO moves all the way back inside and should be a player. (6) JACK'S LEGEND N and (8) SEMI TOUGH are arguably the two classiest in here but both have to overcome tough starting spots; consider for a smaller piece.
Race 10: $30,000 Claiming Pace
(1) UPTOWN FUNK took a few starts to get going after the lengthy layoff but he's firing on all cylinders now. Gelding was a big earner for his connections last year. (3) LYONS JOHNNYJNR has been knocking on the door for some time and finally got that win last week; Alexander trainee is capable of repeating with a live trip. (5) SOUTHWIND ONYX goes to another new barn off the recent claim and new trainer DiDomenico leaves him at the level he's been most successful.
