Race 1: 3-5YO $50,000-$75,000 Claiming Pace
(4) TOPVILLE SOMROCKET finds a better spot tonight, one where he likely won't have to two-move to enter contention. Cullipher trainee gets top billing. (8) CERTIFIABLE goes for three straight from an outside post. Will Bartlett get him to the front again? Quite possible. (2) TWIG rallied for a board spot in his first off the claim and now gets Brennan back in the bike.

Race 2: $40,000 Claiming Pace
(3) ALOTBETTOR N has tactical speed and could trip out facing this soft field of veteran claimers. (5) BALLERAT BOOMERANG enters another new barn via claim and he's clearly proven at the $40K level. New connections retain Brennan's driving services. (2) ISLANDSPECIALMAJOR has also been a rent-a-horse recently and now the Berkeley trainee bumps up in price and picks up Kakaley.

Race 3: $30,000 Claiming Pace
(2) SWAGASAURUSREX has looked like a new horse since Holland took over the driving and while he makes another bump up in class he draws well and faces nothing special. (3) ARRHYTHMIC SURGE finally got the job done last week and Kakaley drives again; clearly logical. (7) FLOW WITH JOE closed from nowhere to grab third last out at a price; he'll be forgotten in the wagering again but maybe he can spice up the exotics again.
Race 4: NW30000 in last 5 starts Pace
(5) SPORTY M THREE was a non-factor at the Open level but three back with this type the Burke trainee was a winner. He's versatile too, as he's won from on and off the pace. (3) ITSALLABOUTFAITH N responded to Marohn handling with a strong score versus a notch lesser. I think he can be competitive here. (4) SAVE ME A DANCE also makes a significant bump in class but he's danced with these before and it's tough to ignore these connections.
Race 5: $50,000 Claiming Pace
(1) SAILBOAT HANOVER looked much better in his last two facing softer conditioned competition and he returns to claimers perhaps with renewed confidence. He can lay just off the speed and strike late. (6) DEETZY has been a killer recently and the 11YO may never have been better; Camilleri trainee goes for five straight. (4) MICKY GEE N needs a good setup but if he has pace to close into, watch out!
Race 6: NW15501 in last 5 starts Pace
(1) SHINE A LIGHT and (3) UNDRTHSOUTHRNSUN N are both coming out of the same race last week (where #1 scored from the pocket at a price) and though they move up in class the competition they face here has been shaky recently. I think they will both be up on the pace here and can go one-two. (4) TWIN B HEART THROB didn't go all that fast in that recent qualifier but didn't really need two. He's been off almost three months and hopefully benefited from the freshening.
Race 7: 3-5YO $30,000 Claiming Pace
(5) BATTLEFIELD's local debut was a good one as he paced a nice back half to score at 5/1. Buter drives the Cullipher trainee again looking to double up. (4) KB MAC also went a solid effort coming out of the same race and with the post improvement he looms large. (1) SHUFFLE UP HANOVER lands the rail for Bartlett/Engblom and the 3YO figures to be prominent in the early going again.
Race 8: NW30000 in last 5 starts Pace
(2) AMERICAN DEALER N ran into Idealsomemagic A last week and missed a nose in a solid try; No such foe tonight and the Toscano trainee figures to beat these at a short price. (4) HICKFROMFRENCHLICK was not a player coming out of the same race but he left the gate in prior starts and may be looking for the pocket tonight. (3) THE REGULATOR is another who figures to be more involved at some point.

Race 9: NW10000 in last 5 starts Pace
(6) JAHAN HANOVER has been finishing on the fringes recently but he showed a more aggressive attempt last week and now facing softer that strategy can work. Looks like a spot for a Bartlett blast. (3) LUCKBEWITHALEX tumbles from the 3-5YO Opens where he's been a bit overmatched; Lance Hudson trainee will appreciate the class relief. (1) CAVIART SARGENT had been knocking on the door and got a long-awaited win last out; sharp sort moving up can definitely be considered.
Race 10: 3-5YO $30,000 Claiming Pace
(8) BARRYWHITE HANOVER lands the worst post but he's been competitive in his two starts since being claimed by the Stratton barn and he faces a mixed bag of pacers, mostly without much current form. I wouldn't be surprised at all to see Jordan take a shot firing off the gate. (2) ONE CRAZY GUY picks up Bartlett and draws well for his second start back at Yonkers. (1) CAN'T SWAY ME returns from upstate and gets a notable driver change to Brennan. He has something to prove but does seem to have some upside.
