Race 1: NW10000 in last 5 starts Pace

(2) FUNATTHEBEACH N was able to take advantage of the recent drop in class to score as the heavy chalk. Step back up a level shouldn't be a problem with this millionaire pacer. (4) HICKFROMFRENCHLICK should have benefited from last week's start, his first in over six months. Schnittker trainee has speed and can make the front without too much trouble if that's how the driver plays it. (5) JAHAN HANOVER is back from a couple of months on the shelf and also has early speed for top connections.

Race 2: 3-5YO $30,000 Claiming Pace

(5) LOUS THE ATTITUDE got off the seasonal schneid two back and followed that up with a decent second after sitting the pocket. Engblom trainee stays at the same claiming level and will likely be forwardly placed off the gate to land in the top three early. (2) CAPTAIN T HANOVER was a solid winner last week and stays at the same level off the Watson reclaim. He's raced well for multiple barns recently. (1) LYONS PRIDE gapped the winner and was outfinished in his first start after a two-month break; could be better this time around.

Race 3: $40,000 Claiming Pace

(4) SCRIBBLERS shipped from Batavia into the Adamczyk barn and went forward in his first start. 4-year-old lands an improved post and can be much more involved. (6) JUST ENUFF STUFF dropped from the 50's to the 40's last week and was a solid second; figures to be a contender again from a similar spot. (1) BIG DREAM FELLA was reclaimed by the Laterza barn last out where he had success in the past, moves to the rail.

Race 4: $30,000 Claiming Pace

(6) KEYSTONE DASH has always been inconsistent but also can be streaky and he's in the midst of a positive form cycle as he now steps up off the claim to face a bit tougher. Early speed can set him up nicely at a price. (8) SADDLE UP dominated last week on the drop to this class but is now stuck in post eight looking to repeat; tough spot but still must be considered. (1) SAN DOMINO A enters a new barn via claim and the classy 11-year-old has speed and the rail.

Race 5: $50,000 Claiming Pace

Tough race to figure. (2) JUSTASEC N makes his second start for new connections and may be ignored somewhat in the wagering despite the good post and being proven at this level. Dube should be on or just off the lead. (4) WICHITA LINEMAN was lost at the back last week when bumped to this level but he had won his prior two in for $40K and Bongiorno stays here rather than dropping. (1) UNDRTHSOUTHRNSUN N had the eight hole when first in for a tag and now the Engblom piece moves all the way inside.

Race 6: NW15000 in last 5 starts Pace

(2) PEACE OUT POSSE needed a few starts to hit top form for Bongiorno after a lengthy layoff but now he's firing on all cylinders as he goes for three straight. (1) YOROKOBI N moves in to the rail after closing well last start when dropped to this level. (6) BIG GULP hasn't been lucky with the post draws lately but he finds a slightly better starting spot and anything from Engblom/Bartlett has to be respected.

Race 7: NW30000 in last 5 starts Pace

(3) ADAM TWELVE has been razor-sharp since Bartlett got aboard; steps up to face better but deserves the call again. (5) BACKSTREET SHADOW is the clear class of the field as he's been competing in stakes events most of the year but he's got legit talent inside of him and may not be set up with the best trip. (2) NIGHT HAWK was an okay third bumping back up to this level, can land another piece here.

Race 8: Invitational Pace

(1) HIMSELF proved the win two back was no fluke as he followed that up with another win. Lance Hudson trainee now lands a good inside post again in this open draw looking for the hat trick. (2) COVERED BRIDGE faltered last week when put on the front; 2x Cup & Saucer champ is probably better off stalking, and that is likely to materialize from this spot. Will there be any outside leavers here? Can't imagine #4 Nandolo or #5 getting involved early, but maybe (6) ACT FAST will be firing again.

Race 9: NW20000 in last 5 starts Pace

(7) GINGRAS BEACH is back at the level he's most effective at, plus he picks up a new driver in A Nap. Tough post to contend with but he should be enticing double-digit odds here. (1) NANDOLO N has had a disappointing season with just one win and five on-the-board finishes in 18 starts but it's not like he's been bad in any races. He's back from vacation and enters off a winning qualifier. (2) KINGSVILLE hasn't tasted victory in quite some time but from inside posts he can always be counted on for a share.

Race 10: NW7500 in last 5 starts Pace

(1) BE DAZZLED LOU A certainly was dazzling last week when he blasted down the road from the eight hole. Bongiorno trainee steps up a notch but also moves all the way inside looking to repeat. (4) ROLL WITH THE FLOW was 45 cents on the dollar and no match to the winner upon arrival from Canada. Much better price tonight if looking to recoup some of last week's losses with this guy. (7) BONDI LOCKDOWN A has had dreadful post draws since arriving in the U.S. but he's raced well to pick up pieces. Siegelman picks up the drive in his Yonkers debut and he's one worth watching.
