Race 1: F&M NW7500 in last 5 starts Pace

(7) BECKONING YANKEE failed to get involved from bad posts in her last two but she was facing much tougher competition in those races; class relief leads to a better chance which leads to drivers often approaching races with a more aggressive mindset. (4) CHERYLS SHADOW drops for the third consecutive start and could be the one to catch. (2) PARTY CRUISER has missed some time coming off a sick scratch but she's been much better in two starts at Philly for a new barn.

Race 2: NW10000 in last 5 starts Trot

(4) EXQUISITE TASTE burned money last week when he blew up at odds-on before the start as the choice. Lachance mare drops again and gets another chance. (2) CHAPHEART was a good winner against a soft field two back then despite being bet to 2/1 he never got involved from the outside post. Post relief makes him dangerous. (1) CREDIT TO FRANK also gets major post relief as he lands on the rail for the Burke barn.

Race 3: NW5856 in last 5 starts Trot

(3) STORMY KROMER has made three starts in the last two years and the millionaire trotter drops to the basement trying to make a comeback at age 12. He was timed in 1:57 1/5 last start which is probably fast enough to win this. (5) FOR A DREAMER is another classy vet who is showing up for work every week but is still shut out of the win column this year; capable of better. (4) COMMUNION MONEY missed a nose two back at the NW7500 level and didn't finish that far off last out. Missed time may be a concern as she hasn't raced in almost a month.

Race 4: F&M NW10526 in last 5 starts Pace

(5) GOING AWAY is now two-for-two since the move to the Bongiorno barn and adding Lasix. Marohn drives again looking to win another. (1) ANNA LOVES BANANAS has been facing better recently both locally and at Philly. Mare faces softer and lands the rail. (2) YOULLFINDOUT was second best to the top choice last week and is in a similar spot tonight.

Race 5: NW15000 in last 5 starts Trot

(4) SEVEN LAYER usually puts in an honest effort and has outraced his odds in a few recent starts. 4YO recently cracked $100K on the season and figures to offer value again despite a decent starting spot. (3) TORRONE always puts in a good effort when drawn well; Holland drives again and he can make the front from this spot. (7) KILIMANJAROFACE DK moves to the Engblom barn coming off a good qualifier where she missed a nose to a quality rival.

Race 6: F&M NW15000 in last 5 starts Pace

(5) MILLWOOD BLISS N has had a solid 2026 season (including winning two legs of the McIntyre series) and was a winner when last at this level. She can offer some value with (2) FRONT PAGE STORY likely to offer the most attention. This classy mare drops to the lowest level she's seen in some time and draws well. (1) TIME TO STRIKE was a winner from the rail a level down two starts back, then was sixth from the rail a level up. Starts from the rail again; splits the difference?

Race 7: NW17381 in last 5 starts Trot

(1) MISSISSIPPI STORM may no longer be an Open/Invite type anymore but he's still closing in on $100K earned this year and the drop in class plus the move inside makes him a strong contender. (3) AQUARIUS FACE S raced better last week with Lasix added and now he drops to face softer. (4) HIGHLANDSTARBUSRT is a 4YO mare who has talent for the Takter barn but she faces more seasoned foes and will have to pick up her game.

Race 8: F&M NW30111 in last 5 starts Pace

(7) SURFINMAKESCENTS A invades from Saratoga for Stalbaum and the import has won her last three over the half despite outside assignments. The win three back was particularly impressive as she basically was uncovered from last but I expect her to blast tonight. (2) HARLEEQUIN A faces the toughest she's seen in her fourth North American start but clearly has some upside. (1) THE LAST MARTINI has been chasing stakes foes most of her 4YO campaign and was in traffic in last week's Invite.

Race 9: F&M NW20000 in last 5 starts Pace

(3) LYDEO needs a good stalking trip for her best chance and her tactical speed helps her set one up more often than not. Veteran finished third at this level last week but from this improved post could get away on the front or in the pocket. (1) OAKLEY SHARD N was a winner in her third start after arriving from Down Under then had the eight hole last week and went nowhere; Chris Height import moves all the way back in to the rail. (5) SHESGOTTHEJACK is competitive and finishes close in every start at this level.

Race 10: F&M NW5000 in last 5 starts Pace

(5) PURAMERI was a decent second at Tioga last out and though just 1 for 48 over the last three years at Yonkers this is a very shaky field of bottom-level conditioned types. This veteran has grinded out over $400K in her career and just needs a good trip. (8) CRUISE ALERT didn't get involved from post eight last time. Maybe Stratton tries to blast? She's arguably one of the better ones in here. (6) EVELYNA ITIS has shown some renewed life recently since dropping down.
