Race 1: NW7500 in last 5 starts Trot

(2) BEACON BEACH set a new life mark in his second start in the Bongiorno barn and seems like he's ready to tackle a bit better. (7) SWEET SOUL DAVID is accustomed to facing better than he sees here and though he seems to have lost a step and he's drawn outside the gelding still deserves a look. (3) CANTSTOP YANKEE was 40 cents on the dollar in the race the top choice (#2) won and he was even caught for second. He also is back up a notch and I'll only use underneath.

Race 2: F&M NW20000 in last 5 starts Pace

(2) PEMBROKE SOUTHIE has been knocking on the door prior to last week's sharp win. Here's another live one from the Bongiorno barn stepping up looking for more and she faces no standouts. (4) UPTOWN HANOVER is back with Buter after getting caught last week at odds-on and she's beaten better not too long ago. (1) TRUE BLUE HANOVER figures to be getting a good trip and she can land a nice piece.

Race 3: F&M NW30000 in last 5 starts Pace

(5) LLOYD'S LOVES has been on an insane form spree for the combo of Garcia-Herrera and driver Steve Smith. I'll have her on top again until she gets beat. (2) LIT DE ROSE was gaining on the top one but came up short; obviously she's more than capable of getting the job done. (1) LUCKY ARTIST A lands the rail again which makes her a strong candidate to hit the board.

Race 4: F&M NW10000 in last 5 starts Pace

(4) OKINAWA BEACH A was given a more aggressive steer last week and she was outkicked late; Brennan drives tonight which means the Bako trainee may be forwardly placed again. (1) MCMARKLE SPARKLE has looked better since returning from Ohio and she blew the doors off a softer field two back. She's got plenty of back class and fits well here. (5) CHERYLS SHADOW is outside some of her main competition tonight which makes the job harder but she would be no surprise if she took all.

Race 5: F&M NW15000 in last 5 starts Pace

(2) SUPER GIRL was not a factor last week but she raced well in her prior two and the move inside should make a big difference; Buter is back driving and she's done well with the four-year-old. (1) PREMIER SWEETALKER was a winner in her first Yonkers start since she was a three-year-old and she can certainly repeat going second-time in the Alexander barn. (8) FRONT PAGE STORY was used hard to make the lead from the outside post last start and she wilted badly. Back to Brennan who has won with her multiple times in the past and if she can improve early position without too much trouble she can land a nice piece.

Race 6: NW16151 in last 5 starts Trot

(5) BELLISIMO FACE S dominated a NW lifetime conditioned field last out and while the Engblom trainee transitions to face more seasoned foes I think he's sharp enough and fast enough to get it done again and make it four straight overall. (2) VINNY DE VIE is up in class for the third consecutive start looking to win another. Unlikely he'll be able to get away unpressured, however. (4) YO BETH D returns to Yonkers for Lachance looking to build on her prior few encouraging efforts at Pocono.

Race 7: F&M NW7500 in last 5 starts Pace

(2) LADYCORONA has dominated in two straight and it seems like the recent addition to the Lachance barn has more to offer; top call again. (4) MISS DOTTIE MAE is now third-time Lasix and was okay in those first two efforts. She can be forwardly placed from this spot. (5) ROCKN PHILLY has not won in some time and is just 3 for 21 overall this year but she's got plenty of back class and tries a new pilot in Dube.

Race 8: F&M NW7511 in last 5 starts Pace

(3) ATREACHEROUS A looked good when she first arrived here but it's been a tough ride since; Dan Dube is listed as a new driver and she finds a pretty good spot here to wake up. (1) DIXIE DREAM was 1/9 last week but broke before the start. Burke trainee gets Buter in the bike looking to redeem herself at what will be a much better price. (4) TWIN B ALLURE has hit the board in her last three for Joe B.

Race 9: F&M Invitational Pace

(4) ELEKTRA A put in a decent effort in her debut at this top level and she should offer some value in this competitive race where a case could be made for all of them. (2) MAN DONTFORGET ME has been coming up a bit short in all recent but her speed always makes her a player; Anthony Napolitano is driving on the card tonight and gets the call here from a good post. (5) SILK CLOUD A gets a new pilot in the catch-driving Lachance and she's not too far removed from a four-race winning streak.

Race 10: NW5631 in last 5 starts Trot

(5) FULL RIGHTS gets class relief in his second start back from a two-month break and the Schnittker trainee can head to the front tonight. (1) P L OSCAR was treated rudely last week and understandably tired; should be in line for a smoother trip. (6) HUSTLENOMICS raced well in his return to Yonkers but he draws outside his main competition and doesn't show much early speed.

Race 11: NW10000 in last 5 starts Trot

(5) SEVENSHADESOFGREY returned to some speed tactics last start and ultimately tired; Bucci trainee drops back down a class, tries a new driver in Buter and has beaten these in the past. (7) ENERGYSOURCE almost lasted going down the road at a big price last week in that form-reversal effort; similar effort puts him right there. (6) FULL STRENGTH adds the trotting hobbles for his second start in the Stratton barn; always a favorite angle of mine.
